I hoped to avoid to ask this question because it seems a bit ridiculous, but I tried to get a $ 300 payment from my WA referrals and entered my PayPal email and the threshold.

Congratulations!

Thank you :)

Perhaps this will help.

1. Reduce the threshold to the lowest possible figure.

2. Make sure you've entered the correct email address for your PayPal account.

Annual referrals are held for an extra 30 days.

Contact Kyle or Carson by private message or use the form at wealthyaffiliate.com/contact

Thanks Marion, I will try that.

Thanks, Marion that's good advice

I don’t have an answer but I think Kyle would be the one to contact. However congratulations to you.

By the way Congratulations.

Thank you :)

Contacting admin for financial issues is always advisable.

Apart from PayPal ,there isn't any other payment method?

No, I don´t think so.

I've heard of members who have contacted Kyle or Carson and have got sent the commissions through another payment method.

Then this is great

Daniel, since You mention that You did this 2 weeks ago, it can't be a problem with the timing.

Are You sure that You didn't set the threshold to be too high? In general, a threshold is the minimum commision before you get paid. otherwise, You'd just get a bunch of mini commisions to Your email :-)

make sure that the threshold isn't higher than the "upcoming payout". this can be viewed inside your links & tracking...

If this doesn't solve it, then try to reach WA from here:wealthyaffiliate.com/contact - usually takes 2 days.
Or try to get hold of Kyle. Although I find it's hard to get hold of him these days :-)

Thanks for your help! Indeed I wasn´t sure about the meaning of the threshold (my native language is German), but I have $ 480 in my account and put the payment threshold to $ 300.

So that should be fine, or? :)

Hmmm...I took a screenshot for You specifically.
If Your threshold was set to $300, 2 weeks earlier. Then the field where it says "The next paycheck" MUST be over $300 (as in, "$299" won't be enough.)

If that field is below Your threshold ($300), then that is the reason... However, the red arrows show the places You can have pending money. As well as "annual commissions".

Let me know if this sorts it out. :-)

Wow, thank you very much for this! So I made a screenshot too, and there "The Next Paycheck" is $ 480,50", so the threshold I have chosen ($ 300) should be fine.

Unless You had a banging month of annual memberships, there shouldn't be a trouble.
Just make sure to check one thing though...

Are You 100% sure that the PayPal email You have in Your account settings? That it is indeed valid?

The screenshot You sent, is it on a monthly basis (as in, did You have a similar amount last month) or have You saved up until now?

If it's Your first time it could be due to the "little things" like, spelling the PayPal email wrong etc..So, I guess the question is, really...has it worked for You before and is Your PayPal correct?

Apart from this. All I could think of would be to see if something drastic.
- In theory, PayPal can sometimes " freeze " Your assets but this should be shown in big red signs and is not a regular thing. But if that, really IS, the case then I'd recommend that You check with PayPal. At least while You wait for the 2-day response from wealthyaffiliate.com/contact :-)
Hope it helps :-)

oh! and just for the reference, since WA pays out each month instead of Amazon or ClickBank who pays out regularly. I wouldn't say there's any reason to put a threshold higher than $10 :-) If I were an accountant, I would probably sort the thresholds when I do the company's economics. And if anything would occur or if I tend to miss that tiny pile of ppl who keeps their threshold higher than normal, then that could be the result of this.

Besides, anyone having a higher threshold probably wouldn't care either, so as a financer, maybe the small commissions gets prioritized. Then who know, it's only the 2nd, there might be a delay, but I highly doubt that :-)

It is the first time I ask for a payment, so I saved up until now. The email address is also correct, and I had a look on PayPal too, but there is no problem with it.

I guess I have to ask Kyle for it. Thank you very much for your time, I appreciate that! :)

This is an interesting point of view; honestly, I thought the payments on WA are automatically made... thanks for your thoughts :)

I guess they could, of course, be automated, but since they guarantee a 100% policy with no delay, I highly doubt that they would leave tha tof the hands to a machine. :-)

Hi Daniel,
I'm not sure if you can choose to receive an instant payment here. I'm not sure if I have understood your question correctly but it's my understanding that WA pay their affiliates on a particular day each month. I have always waited for them to pay me into my paypal account. How much you receive may also depend on whether any of your payments due were from purchased yearly memberships, as I believe there is a holding time for those larger payments if they are recent.
Hope this was helpful
Ange

This literally happened to me last year. I entered my PayPal email the same day they sent the payments, but it was too late so I had to wait another month.

I put in the payment infos about two weeks earlier, should be fine. Thanks, Miren :)

If you put in the information two weeks earlier, it's weird that you haven't received the payment. I suggest that you contact Kyle then.

Yes, I guess I will have to do that. Just want to be sure that I didn´t make any mistake.

Yeah I understand. Weird things happen. For example, last week I earned a new WA commission but it didn't count for the Vegas challenge, it counted as if it were a yearly premium membership sale. It's weird because it was the first time that my referral upgraded to Premium so it should have been counted for the airplane. I contacted Kyle to let him know about this but I still have no reply. I'm also wondering if I made a mistake because I haven't heard of any other affiliate who's gone through this.

From now and then I think mistakes can happen but should be solved immediately. I hope your problem gets resolved quickly.

Timing - that information should have been entered *before* the first of the month.

I entered this information about 2 weeks ago.

There must be some mistake.
WA is very strict with payments and takes pride of having a 100% cashout and no delays

what level is Your threshold?

Contact Kyle then, the community can't help with anything financial.

Yes, I guess I have made a mistake somewhere, I don´t blame WA for anything. My level is $ 480, and I selected $ 300 for the payment.

Yeah I probably have to do that. Thanks for your help.

Study it out before you jump into anything because it is the lowest QSR!

Thanks for the reminder, Michael!

As always I try to do a great research job before I write my post.

Be careful of 'what is...' type keywords. I believe google ignores stop words like 'what' and 'is'. The QSR is a bit of a misnomer.

Check out this post.

Hm, I have never heard about it before...that would be really a pity if that was really true. And then it should definitely be included in Kyle's Keyword Training.

Have you ever made bad experiences with these "Stop Words", Chris?

I would get the protein drink keyword although there is a confusion to me about stop words... The words "what" and "is" are stop words i think ... and i'm not sure if Google reads them for SEO ranking..

Hi Kay, I also had an eye on the "protein drink" keyword...but I have never heard about these "Stop Words"...have you made bad experiences so far with those kind of words?

I also have had a similar situation where i saw amazing traffic scores and lots of traffic for a keyword that included stop words and i created an article targeting that keyword but i haven't been ranked on it since Oct 1st 2017 that i have published it. So i'm waiting to see - giving it time.
I asked about it in WA but i didn't get a clear answer so i'm just testing it.

Hey Daniel,

In lesson 9 of level 1, Kyle explains this best: Here's a tutorial that you may find helpful too: Hope this helps you.

Thank you Trish!

Thank you ALL for the tips and the participation! I will do my best!

Hey Daniel, don't give up. I don't know if you had a chance to look at Jay's Webinar '21 Minute Ranking Method in 7 Steps. ' This webinar has been my focus and it makes sense if you want good ranking, Let me know what you think...

I also wrote some notes on that webinar and I absolutely follow it and noticed my ranking go way up. if you want I can share with you and anyone else who wants it. It's in point form only so that's why I haven't shared it here but you're all welcome to it...

I've been here since December 2016 and haven't made anything yet on my site but I know I'm getting there.

I looked at your site and it does look very good and I also agree, some of your posts look a little short. I'm not a good writer but it's getting much better. My posts range anywhere on average from 1400-2400 words.

You put a lot of work into your site and I think it just needs some more tweeking and Jay's webinar could help you immensely. Are you using Google+ and You Tube? Google owns them and so your ranking will go up even higher...

Did you go thru all of Affiliate Bootcamp training?

Wishing you much success... keep improving.

Monica

Yes I indeed watched Jay´s webinar. And I love his Webinars, I think they are a perfect addition to Kyle´s training here.

It looks like that I have to go a step back and do the Affiliate Bootcamp training again and try to catch everything what Kyle is teaching.
Maybe I missed somethings since English is not my mother language.

Thanks for your tips :)

Daniel

You're welcome! Ya... I had to start over too on training.

Best,
Monica

Just had a look at your site and it looks pretty good in my opinion.

One thing I would say is to focus on the quality of your content. A lot of your posts a quite short. It is also a very competitive niche, so it will take time to rank.

Make your posts personal and thorough and really helpful for people. Write about what you know about. I for example saw you wrote a post about how to rank fast in google - it can be difficult to write a really helpful and personal post about this when not ranking very easily yourself. Then it will mostly just becoming repeating theories we have heard from others. I know there are many different opinions about how much we need to actual know and have experience with what we write about. But my opinion is that if we have actual experience the posts will be far better and more detailed and personal and readers will sense this and connect more because we are being honest.

Just my opinions though and I myself still have a lot to learn.

But overall I do think your site looks good - but please remember that according to the WA rules we are not allowed to post our link in WA posts:-) You can put it on your ersonal profiel instead and then people can visit it from there.

Wishing you all the best

Mikael

Thanks for your tips, Mikael! I will have a look to the quality of my content.
And thanks for the reminder with the website link :)

You are welcome. Glad I could help

I found your site on page 4 of google so you have some work to do just to get organic traffic.
Also had a look at your site and to be frank with you I found it boring.
That HUGE Header pic put me off right away simply because there was no text to read to tell me what the site was about.

When people land on a site they expect to see that they have indeed come to the right place based on their search term.

You can do one of two things.

Try a small PPC Campaign with Google or Bing or simply buy traffic.
There are some good programs out there and mostly you get what you pay for so if you go cheap then thats the kind of traffic you will get with no guarantee of people wanting to buy what you have to offer on your site.

These are only my opinions and not anything personal but I believe in telling it how it is.
Robert

Thanks for your honest comment! That is what I need, not the standard "your site is great, your post is great, everythings is great..." ;)

So do you think I have to work on my homepage? That people should know what they can expect on my website?

I haven't seen your site but straight away your 48+16 isn't anywhere near the output needed for content, then there's quality and SEO to consider. And more training. I see you've got some good advice here already though.

I'd also ask how passionate you are about the niche...?

In short, I guess you made the points here. More Training, more content, better quality.

Yes, I love this niche!

Daniel if you had a Landing Page outlining what the site was about it would be better.
You should be telling people what affiliate marketing is and how they can make money with it.

Really though it was that big pic.
No probs about having a banner but not one that's going to cover the screen.
There is no way that is Mobile Friendly and there are a hell of a lot of people use mobile devices to surf the net and the number will only increase.

You should read my recent blog on this here - Enjoy your Tuesday.
Robert

great, loving your niche is absolutely key to getting into more content and research etc.

There's a number of things that you can add to your routine that I think will help you out here. You have a good, solid start, but when your results aren't to your liking, it's time to take a look with fresh eyes and do some renovations, right?

First and foremost, consistent, quality content is key. Sticking with the goal of 2-3 posts per week is huge (a solid average of 10+ per month), but also using the SiteComments feature and the Comment Feedback forum to get eyes on each post, and then making sure to reply to those comments is very important because it creates a solid environment of interactivity and buzz that Google likes.

I noticed on a number of your posts there are only 2 comments, one by a reader then one by you. Several have 4, several have 0. Make it a habit to get around 20 comments on a post to start. (That's really only 10 since you're replies make up the other 10). This translates into eyes on your site and interactivity that Google likes. So after publishing a post, go into the SiteComments area and request 5 there, then go into the Comments Feedback forum and leave comments for others to get another 5. Reply to all of them and you have 20! That's not so hard, right? And think about how much more appealing your blogroll will look when a reader sees that each post has 20+ comments!

Also, I didn't see a Wealthy Affiliate Review listed in your reviews. I only saw 2 listed there and you definitely need more. Reviews are great because you catch your reader at that point in the Customer Purchase Lifecycle where they are ready to make a purchase. You can actually intercept them at that crucial point and point them in the direction of something much better for them in WA. Having a WA review is absolutely crucial. You may have it set up on your site as a page, so if that's what you have, create a brand new WA review post. This is where you're going to direct everyone as your central hub to get referrals.

You could also use some more internal and external linking in your posts. It's a good idea to have 1 or 2 external links to quality authority sites, but then of course have an additional 3 or 4 internal links to related content you've created. And don't just link to your new WA review, mix it up. Every post should probably have a link to that WA Review since the point of each post is promoting WA, right? But also link to related content so it comes off as natural and informational as opposed to "selling".

I'd try to add a bit more content into each post as well. Not only with regards to word count, but also consider embedding video as readers LOVE video and it keeps eyes on your content longer.

I didn't quite get from your question here if you've completed the entire WA bootcamp and then gone through phase 1 again, or if you've only gone through phase 1, but I would definitely consider going through it from start to finish and going back and incorporating all the little things that may have been left out the first time around. You want better results, so you just need to hit that training again and pick up pieces you left behind, right?

You can do this. I'm by no means the guru or expert here, I'm just like you having gone through this same training, but if you'd like to see examples of what I mean with those tips you can take a look at my site from my profile and see what I mean. I've just followed the tips from Kyle, Carson, Jay and many other awesome mentors here who have helped me, so I hope seeing the tips in action can help you as well.

You're doing the right thing coming to the community for sincere help. I hope those tips can get you started. Hit that WA Bootcamp with a renewed sense of purpose and be patient with your results! You'll get where you want to be :)

Super assessment, Eric. I was able to pick-up quite a few good pointers, thanks.

Well thank you. Just passing along what I've picked up here in the training and from great mentors!

Wow, wow, wow!

Thank you very much for taking the time and give me these tips. I am still motivated to work on my website. A mentor is so important, fortunately there are many mentors here :)

Absolutely. That's the best part of WA. We learn from each other's example, right? And you asking these questions is the way to get you to your goal. Good job using the community like this!

There is no way that is Mobile Friendly and there are a hell of a lot of people use mobile devices to surf the net and the number will only increase.

You should read my recent blog on this here - Enjoy your Tuesday.

great, loving your niche is absolutely key to getting into more content and research etc.
