Hello,

I'm trying to get an image of the OEC levels. I went into 'Training' and into OEC and the screenshot will only capture the end of level 2. I want to have an image

Hey Monica,

Here's a screen print you can use...

Hope you find this helpful.

Hey Trish,

Thank you very much for your help. Yes, this works. I used MonoSnap to cut it to show just the OEC.

My screenshot doesn't allow me to size it.. and I don't get the complete image on one screen.

So you did this from your PC and click the print screen??? I use a Macbook Pro..

Monica

You can use your browser to snag images too now. Most (if not all) browsers now offer this option.

Google searching for your browser using something like...
'how to get a screen print using [browser name here] "
...without the quotation marks, of course... should provide you with easy to follow steps in getting those valuable screen prints.

Let me know if you are able to find the steps... please?

Thanks, Trish. I used another way. I copied your image into Paint. Cropped and resized it to suit my need.

This was on my to do list - you saved me time!
Much appreciated!

That's awesome Jude, and Thank YOU for letting me know, this helped you too.

Looks like your covered well and should now have your question resolved.

-Mike

Thank you very much, Mike.

Yes, I have the image now to the way I want it.

Monica

Glad to hear Monica!

-Mike

if you zoom in then you are shown all the levels

Hi Phil,

Thank you for your help.

How are you able to zoom in and out?

Monica

looks like Brenda has you sorted....
or if not then try clicking on view in your browser and you should be shown the keys...of clicking the menu items...
you may have to toggle zoom to get it working
Toggle zoom: Option + Command + 8
Zoom in: Option + Command + =
Zoom out: Option + Command + -

i hope you are sorted...

Hi Phil,

Thank you for your help.

Yes, Brenda and Trish gave me the solution so I'm a happy camper again!

Have a blessed rest of the week, Phil.
Monica

Hi Monica
similar to what Brenda just gave you here is the same image without the Dark Mode on. So you can choose whichever one you wish to use.

Also if you are having difficulty taking a full screenshot of the training click F11 and it will take away the top menu off your browser allowing you to see more.

Then take a snapshot and once done press F11 again to get your screen back to normal.

Hope that helps

Andre-san

That doesn't work on Mac. FYI, Monica states she uses Mac. Its command shift three on a Mac is a little different than PC. On Mac need to change it from horizontal to vertical so anyone can do the screenshot on Mac without the cut-off, as Monica shared.

Thanks Brenda don't use Mac perhaps there is another key rather than F11 one can use there no sure
appreciated

Thank you, Andre-san and Brenda 🙏

Thank you, Brenda!

Most welcome Monica

Hey Andre-san!

Thank you for your help.

I was just reading your conversation with Brenda and I do not have the F11 on my Macbook Pro.

Brenda's and Trish's will work.

Monica

Thank you, Brenda, for letting Andre-san know I have a Mac 👍

Great to hear and the main thing you have copies of the image both in normal mode from me and dark mode from Brenda

enjoy

Andre-san

Thank you, Andre-san, will do! Very cool.... I have 2 images.

I think you should answer my question to your question 😁

I will soon

I like both versions cool we all help each other out like a team collaborating. I love this. That why I can never leave this platform!

Best teamwork! WA rocks!

more some with great people along the way you rock as well.

Andre :)

Yes, me too. I like both. I think I'm going to be here until I forget where I'm at...

Haha very funny thats a good one!

Welcome to Wealthy Affiliate Monica glad to have you here LOL

just in case your forget hehehehe

What??? Who is this? Who's Monica? Is that a thing, an animal? Grrrrrr....whoof!

Perhaps it is a mermaid coming out to the shore. As for an animal well don't know you that well heehehehehe

😂

😎😀

Here it is is that what you want? I took it on MacBrook Pro simple change from horizontal to vertical easy same idea as landscape or portrait. Does this help?

Hi Brenda,

Thank you for your help.

It's still too big but I believe you did this from your Print function, right? I just tried it and it is workable in Portrait and I can size it down from there.

Nice... I hadn't thought of trying that. Thank you again, Brenda!

Have a wonderful evening and rest of the week.
Monica

Creativity pays off when you try to play with it. It looks 👀 similar to the print function but it's aiming your camera from horizontal to vertical. Pick up laptop then go to vertical position then you do the screenshots. Just like an iPad you can do both. My MacBook Pro is the newest model that can do that. I'm glad you got it down to where you want it.

Mac is not touch screen so to zoom in and zoom out you need use the feature

Zoom in. To zoom in, press these three keys together: Option, Command, and Equal sign (=).

Zoom out. To zoom out, press these three keys together: Option, Command, and Minus sign (-).

Maybe then you can do the screenshots instead of doing it vertically.
.
Both ways works. If you zoom out it will look smaller and hard to read yes the image itself can be reduced in your photo editor. I do that all the time.

Anytime you need help with Mac PM me I been using Apple products since 2005, never looked back.

Hello,

Thank you very much for responding back.

Wow, Brenda... kind of like an ancient Japanese secret!

Ok, I did the three keys together to zoom in and out but it still didn't capture what I wanted.

I put my Mac into the vertical position but nothing happened. It must be too old and not have that ability.

My Mac is getting old and hopefully, next year, I can look at the new one. I think mine is from 2017.

I do enjoy my Mac but I certainly don't know a lot of things about what it can do.

Thank you very much for your offer to help me when I'm stuck with my Mac. I will do that...

Have a blessed rest of the week🙏.
Monica

You are correct old one wont work when if you have the finances to get a new one get the latest M2 version. I have M1 right now. What helps is I am Apple’s beta tester for their software so any time the new version comes out they send me a beta software so I can play with it and report bugs before they release it. Sometimes I get freebies Apple products so that helps. You have a great week.

Good to know... I will keep the M2 version in mind.

Wow, that's really cool! You are definitely an authority on Apple products to do that. Exciting too when they reward you with free Apple products.

Thank you for ALL your help, Brenda. I sure appreciate you taking the time to share all this information.

Regards,
Monica

WA Affiliate Program

Hello,

Apparently, WA gives 3 opportunities to make a Premium or Premium + monthly payment on the due date.

Do you remind your referral or do nothing? I'm assumin

While it may be that WA sends them a reminder, it is also very important that you connect with your referral. This way you begin to build rapport and trust with your referral, they will be more likely to stay with the program. You are after all helping them find the road to success.
Jerry

Hey Jerry,

Wonderful to hear from you. Thank you for your awesome advice. I do keep in touch with my referrals. I like to help them in any way I can.

I hope all is well with you and have a blessed weekend.
Monica

The referrals usually manage their accounts status.

Thank you, Abie 🙏

Hello Monica! You have done your deed doing the referral. The next step will be his/her to take on.

WA efficiently emails them of their account status. I know because one of my referrals do tell me. 😊

Cheers,
Maria

Hi Maria,

Thank you for your response. Wow... that is good to know. I thought WA would be sending emails out but this confirms it.

Congratulations too on your referrals.

Have a wonderful new week.
Monica

Always a pleasure!
Enjoy your week as well!
Happy Thanksgiving!!!

Cheers,
🦃 Maria

Thank you, Maria!

I live in Canada and we have our Thanksgiving in October but I'm guessing you live in the States?

Happy Blessed Thanksgiving to you and your family.

Monica

Thank you so much Monica!

What part of Canada do you live?

I hope you won't get hit with a lot of snow!

Stay warm and be well!

Cheers,
Maria

Hey Maria,

You're welcome!

I live in Red Deer, Alberta. Actually, about a week ago we got a huge dump of snow. It's melting now and the temperature is comfortable 4+ Celsius.

I love the snow and the cold... it just seems to clean everything up, like spiders, mosquitos, etc.

It feels very refreshing.

Where are you?

Monica

I live in Beach Lake, Pennsylvania!
We are also one of the areas mostly pounded by snow as we live in the surrounding areas of hills and mountains!
We are 6 hours just away from Niagara Falls!
I have been to Toronto, Ontario, Montreal & British Columbia.
I was supposed to get a job in Alberta in 1990. I turned it down last minute because of the snow!

I love the snow and the winter, if I don't have to drive in the icy roads! I love skiing ! It's the most FUN sports in the wintertime (although I am not very good at it - I only ski on the green and the easy blue trails! I cannot be in the black diamond as my husband's family does!

Anyway, stay safe in the winter!

Cheers,
Maria

I agree with Eric…he has you well covered!

-Mike

Thank you, Mike. I appreciate your response.

I decided to follow Eric's recommendation.

Have a wonderful new week.
Monica

Excellent decision

-Mike

You should take the opportunity for any communication with your referrals.

Thank you, Phil. I appreciate your help.

I decided to go with Eric's suggestion.

Have a wonderful new week.
