I am using the Divi theme, so I asked them first before I came here.
My website keeps changing appearance on mobiles. I have it perfect and after I save it, it looks grea
If you are using the Divi Page Builder you have different settings for every element of the page/post depending on how you want your content to appear on different screen sizes.
With Divi you need to do some editing and adjusting to everything you post from Site Builder.
I use Divi on Site Rubix and it works perfectly, but you need to dive into the settings of each element to make it right.
Thanks, that's what I do while I am using the builder. The phone view is perfect sometimes but messes up for no reason a lot of other times.
I have Divi and I am reluctant to use it unless you have a specific needs or niche that souly runs on its own hosting services.
Siterubix isnjust another extension in WA to help all of us to get started using Wordpress. There are still improvement works to be done to make the whole framework on Wordpress and siterubix flawless.
Then again Divi is a well deserved WYSWYG software hat sit on top of Wordpress and now we are applying on Siterubix - which would become a challenge on certain viewing from difference devices - especially once a developer already set a cast and stone to work well with their product - they don’t really change them often.
My suggestion - create a brand nee page and use it souly on Divi and if you can just use Divi and DIvibinky concepts. Don’t mix with siterubix - that would be my take.
John.
Deactivate all your plugins and see if the problems persist. It could be that two plugins don't play nicely together.
Yes, because when your site is viewed on a smaller screen the position of everything changes.
Give me the link to your site and I'll have a look.
I'm not seeing any problems either on my desktop or my mobile phone. It does take a few extra seconds to load on the mobile.
Maybe the problem is with your mobile device and not with the website.
Thanks again Marion, I thought that too, but I have checked it on a few others as well. But maybe it isn't happening as much I thought.

Why can't I connect the Jetpack plugin? It comes up with this error - "WordPress reports no SSL support". I thought this hosting was SSL supported.
You can try Social Media Auto Publish. There's also a plugin specifically for Facebook called Facebook Auto Publish. Both of those automatically feed your blog posts into the social media channels.
Hmmm, I didn't know that it was banned. Thanks for asking the question and thank you, Rich for your reply.
Wayne
Jetpack is banned on WA hosting because it is bug riddled bloatware! See Carson's comment here: why can't i connect to wordpress
This post explains K&C's position and repeats what Rich has already told us! Alternatives to jetpack??? i love it but its banned on wa??
JetPack has 20+ plugins in one bundle and tends to slow down site speed and has too many outgoing connections.
SSL is supported here. Have you enabled it?
In SiteManager, click on the "Details" icon box next to your website. Then scroll down the page that opens and you will see where you can enable SSL on your site. ~Jude
If I have Jetpack on my site but have it deactivated, does it still cause a slowdown? It was included by default on the host I was initially using.
A deactivated plugin's scripts continue to take up space on the server. If it is not used and not updated, it can leave a security hole. Best to delete it. ~Jude
.
Thanx for getting back to me. Your advice is appreciated & will be taken! God bless & much success!!!
Whatever people say I like JetPack but it's not allowed here. I use it on a site not hosted here and it helps me greatly.

Is there anyone else from Australia having problems when setting up their Google Analytics?
There is no Australia in the country drop down where it tells you to accept the T
Hi there

However if you cant find a solution , I suggest contact support and they will offer a solution for you
cheers PB
Hey Gail,
Doing a quick Google search for "Google analytics doesn't offer Australia in their Terms of Service acceptance list" (without the quotation marks, of course) and look what I found:
https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-Analytics-Account-Access/Cannot-find-Australia-in-the-google-analytics-Time-Zone-and-ToS/td-p/1131695
https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-Analytics-Account-Access/Why-is-my-country-not-listed-for-Google-Analytics-TOS/td-p/1124112
Hope at least one of these offers you a resolve.
Thank you for going to the trouble, I did this first and found this but none of those people that asked the same question has had an answer. Thanks again.
Thank you, I will look into it. I have used Google before and have had no trouble with it. I don't know why it has changed.

Is it possible to put a "coming soon" page up while working on a website? If so, how?
Create a page where you will write "Coming Soon" or "Under Construction" or any other messages (you may include a photo).
Then set it up as "Static Front page"
I have got a coming soon & maintenance mode plugin from Seedprod installed! This works great, you can ad any background with logo and a written text if you want!
Just go to plugins, add new and type in "coming soon & maintenance mode" and you should find it! It's free !
I really like this plugin. I have used it when doing a large update to my website that might take a while. It's so easy to toggle on/off.
