1) Definitely you can. You need to be aware though that hosting our sites in WA has limit. If your clients site is huge, you might want to consider to go for dedicated server instead of shared one.

Very subjective. I believe you want to search for review sites that give comparison in more details.

You will create a user for them and provide them with a password. They can then log in to the site with the access credentials you provide.

you could setup their at-mail addresses and then link them to your clients own email. Niot ideal but the onlty way you can do it if you are hosting on here.
So you could set up a standard sales @ and a support @ for each site and another one for authors, then all three are linked to a gmail or similar account.

If they have an email account you can forward the WA email to that account.
You can also set up delivery onto a system like Mozilla's Thunderbird where the emails are automatically delivered to their account.

As others mentioned below, you want your domain name to be relevant, or to contain your niche.
So Indian Travel Blog, are you going to be going around India or just reviewing places in India that would be nice to travel to?
And then, you have to think, "Indian" as your keyword could mean Native Americans and people from India. So just be sure your content will be relevant to your niche.

I am planning to write about almost all types of things........
First I will start with my Home Town, Amritsar,Punjab,India........
I will choose a city say Amritsar and going to write about all Famous Places.......be it Indo-Pak Border...Famous Forts, Golden Temple, Temple of Lord Rama, Famous Hotels, Heritage Sites, Museum.......... basically anything famous........worth visiting........
I can write about Sikh Culture, Hindu Culture..........Content is not going to be problem for me.........

On a WA Promotion site what extra legit products or services I can combine for promotion?

1. any program you have made money on is a good one to promote. (I was going to say - do not promote anything that competes with WA but there is nothing that does!)
2. You should not have to have a second best hosting company as WA is not going anywhere, however, I used to use HostGator and they were very good.
Not sure second hosting program as I don't need it as WA runs a mirror site plus teach you to back up and reload in case you mistake. Once your site is done good I will stop playing with new additions as this is a clue not to be in trouble. Regarding new programs you can join AWIN dot com as affiliate network and put your background and site to get approved and promote various programs there. Also Amazon and many more as you type in google " affiliate networks affiliate "
Anything that you review you can promote. In one of Kyle's trainings he says that we shouldn't leave any money on the table and suggests that we make up an excel sheet with the name of the companies, our affiliate links, so that we remember and have everything handy.
Of course one of the biggest candidates is Jaxxy!
Maybe you can try Bluehost, they pay extremely well for affiliate but their service may not be that good!

Yes Vijay, as others have said, most if not all of these kind of offers are a waste of time...It is not quantity you are looking for, it is quality.
You will likely get traffic from sites or people that have no interest or intention to buy anything, they may be getting paid a small amount or are fake accounts...
This is the same as for offers to advertize on the social platforms for you. Often they say your post will be seen by millions, and that may be true...
If you look at WHERE they are posting, often it is on a page that everyone else is doing the ame, and literally you will be throwing your money away...
My advice would be to work to get traffic three ways: Content, social marketing that YOU control and build, and paid traffic to augment the other two methods...
Having a long term view is needed, and as you work on all three areas for traffic, make sure that what you are doing is moving you forward towards your target, whatever that may be...

I have heard it is fake traffic and a scam, I would stay away from them. If join them, you don't have the option to cancel your account and they will keep charging you month after month. Stay away from them.
When I search for grow traffic scam I get a list of reports which all turn up a redirect error. Id steer clear of this one!
