Ey there Craig... yah, it's easy to do. I did the same thing. I'm not sure how I did it because it was a few years back but I think it was a plugin that recognized the Blogger format and it was a piece of cake. Sure wishin' I could remember for ya'... )-: I think it was Blogger Importer or something like that!!!

I'd say- moving your ranked content manually to a different site may get you in trouble for content duplication. There's a way (not easy though ) I'm not familiar with. If you keep digging you'll find an answer. Good luck.

Yoy may be able to import it like you would a picture. Save the page to word or something similar.

For your own purpose or for your readers? If you are looking for your stats you can use Google Analytics, but if you mean you want your readers to see how many there are, you can probably find a plug in for it, but the more plug ins you have the slower you site.

Now I'm having more problems with WordPress. Can't upload photos anymore. Haven't had this issue before. Anybody know what I can do about this?

This COULD be a server issue. Reason I suggest this is this has happened to my website hosted here and when I contacted support to find out, I learned that sometimes the server creates issues ... and ... there is a workaround.
I recommend you contact support to see if this is the same issue that you are experiencing with your website.

Right now we have lots of Wordpress development going on do to us implementing several new features for websites that we manage. I have had no reports of any issues or difficulties with the word press media library or anything like that. We actually have one site with several hundred pictures . To be honest I personally do not deal with WordPress directly anymore.
In fact I am looking to hire an additional WordPress programmer if I can find someone without the self-taught curse who can function in an environment that has coding standards and procedures. We actually don't host any production sites at wealthy affiliate. I do use the wealthy affiliate site builder for setting up initial sites in our development and staging area. This is something that all professional programmers use in order to keep from putting bad changes into production.
It's may be an issue with WordPress 4.8 that we have not yet run into.
What message are you getting? Have you tried to drag and drop the image into your media section?
Where is your source of uploading? I'm also encounter problem whenever I try to upload from my google drive where it was initially fine but not now (after few update of wordpress). Dropbox is more stable and never have problem so far.
Another local drive uploading failure may due to your tablet's memory limitation or not enough memory.
Try to log out and log in again, that worked for me.
Also remove brackets from your file names, can help too
Are they free photo's or banners do you know how to use widgets you drag and drop on sidebar and remember to save

Hope you get that fixed - I have no clue but I would try to change the theme - remember to back up before you do that!!!
Yes. That may be a good idea. I had to change my theme mid-build. I could not do what I wanted on the one I was using. I think that has been the most time consuming part of my endeavor-- selecting a theme that actually worked for my needs. Don't give up. You'll work it out.

I had the same problem and someone told me to change themes and I did and it's still the same if not worse. They also said I may have to go in and mess with the HTML. I do not know much about that so That is something else to learn.
It is easy to change themes, you may need to try several until you find one that fits your needs.
I feel a similar way, Craig. I'm not a tech person and have had several issues with my WordPress. I've learned that WordPress themes have different authors and they do not all operate exactly the same way with the same rules., Thus the training does not always work with my theme. Frustrating for sure!

It can be fixed by changing your theme. I had the same problem but I was stubborn for a while because my Theme was very suitable for my blog. I finally changed and I am happy I did.

Have you tried breaking the line with the br tag in angle brackets. ()? Are you using the visual editor or the text editor?
You might need to learn a little text editor fun stuff. I bet if you went into your text editor and put ( ) at the beginning of every paragraph and (

I thought maybe I could tell from the source or html but didn't see anything. I did change my theme and it was very easy. I made sure I backed up my webiste first -(dashboard/tools/export/all content/download export file). The file will download onto your computer and you can upload it back to your website if anything should happen.
Then choose a new them and install it. Mine is Twenty Sixteen and seems to work just fine.
