Hey WA family, I had a question for anyone who has sold a WA site recently. I have a few sites that I really don't use and planned on selling them from the start.

And needing the EPP authorization code and unlocking to hand it over.

Another bit to consider you are stating it is a WA website, are you meaning say it is hosted on WA, or you are promoting WA on it. If the latter why would you want to sell it and you'd need change your links within which I presume you would be aware.
If something totally different, kindly let us know.
The sites I want to sell don't have too many links on them, I mainly bought them for the domain name, created some content and wanted to age them before trying to sell them.
