Im so confused. Anyone used this theme before?

Firstly my home page is only showing one Category. when I go to edit home page it shows secondary category which you can o
on my menu structure its showing 2 home page's. when I log into my account under home page its shows visit site and then under that visit store. am confused yet again.
I'm wasting my day today and feeling frustrated. Has anyone set up there business email on there yahoo account? I've entered in all the smpt info, incoming and outgoing server
Support has been helping me for the last two hours and finally it's working. Sent them snap shots of my settings to help them. I'm so relieved. Taken me all day. There really isn't any quick way to make money, it really is hard work and perseverance oh and fab support here. So worth the money.
Set you up an outlook account, then as you create websites, use the email features here and have them forwarded to your outlook account. As you grow, you will not want to use any of the free online e-mails such as yahoo. As Jaytech said earlier, yahoo is terrible for marketing. I even read somewhere on here, maybe in one of the lesson that even gmail is not so good once your amount of e-mails grow with an auto responder. Good luck
I've sent support some pictures of the trouble I'm having, they suggested a different port but that didn't help. Support are really good, but.....I think they won't be able to resolve
Yahoo is terrible for internet marketing, it blocks all kinds of stuff such as auto responder messages you may sign up for and confirmation mails. You're going to need a Google + account anyway, that will automatically give you a gmail account. So you might as well use that for your online empire ;)
Thank you. So within gmail I can respond from my email that's been set up here with my business name and not responding to customers with a gmail name?
If you find out how to do this, Please let me know. I have also noticed that if you send an email from your webmail, no one with an AOL account will receive it.
Support have helped me with one of my company emails, was something to do with the port number. I'm trying to set up another now but can only send and not receive. I was told to turn off SSL and set up as POP3. I think WA need to address this issue so the more that people contact support I suppose the better.

Yahoo Mail is great for personal email but most Programs/Sites require Gmail.com I have all my sites with a gmail address such as:

Just testing my new email that I've set up for my website. When I try to reply a blue circle comes up and just says connecting.
Any ideas

After setting up email from WA it seems really rubbish as when I log in from laptop or iPad I encounter problem. Now set up a gmail and forwarded my business email to gmail but is there a way there to be able to show my business email address rather than my gmail. Eg replying to a customer I want to show tracey@mybusiness.com

Actually there is. Here's the tutorial for that. The process begins at 1:21. Use Gmail to Check and Send Domain Email If in case you find the 1st video a bit confusing, here's another video. The process is almost the same though. The difference is just the year the video is created. Send & Receive Domain Email via Gmail - Updated 2015 Hope this helps =)

Sounds like you are trying to add an email account to your mail program. We would need to know more about what program you are trying to set up. You need to know what incoming and outgoing addresses to use. You email service like gmail or yahoo will give you the information.
Tricky one...Is this an autoresponder or email marketing system you're trying to set up, Twoods?
I can't even open the message if I use my iPad instead of laptop. Surely there's a better way?

Im going to be selling various things on my shop. Does bitsandgifts.com sound ok.
wanted something short and snappy for people to remember?
oh new names,,, how about something like hiddentreasures.com or funkyfindsandgifts.com , fungadgetsandgifts.com
If it were me, I would keep gadgets in there somehow. But, I"m a guy and love gadgets! Let's brainstorm some more....

not yet but they just suggest that im selling gadget gifts and nothing else. I want gadget as a big theme but want birthday gifts on there as well.
with this one, there is no "s" on gadget and that changes it for seo. "Gadgets" is more targeted and will yield more traffic.

Hi what line of products do you want to sell, is it groceries, books, software, electronics, cosmetics may be you can choose one or look for a general term to use for your online shop, you can even use your name like Twoodsonlineshop.com if you are not specific for your products.,
