About JKingsberry
Joined March 2016
I am 73 years old and am not senile at all. I do forget words sometimes, but if I stop for a little while, I will remember the word. I learn best by visual means. I was a teacher for many years. My last years I taught refugees to speak English. (ESL) I do not have a Master's Degree, but I have a BS degree. I minored in English. I have social security disability and social security retirement which comes to about $ 800. 00 a month. My daughter's name is Natasha and my son's name is James. James is a computer engineer and my daughter lives with me. We pool our money together. I worked many years as a Speech Therapist in the public schools and hated every moment, until I taught ESL. I discovered I had a talent; design and writing stories. I made a 7 foot long and 38 inches high pictorial exhibit that is quite heavy. It stands on a utility table that is 6 feet long. My exhibit sides fold in and out. This took 5 months of hard work to build. It is about my dad, beginning in 1935, until his death in 1997. He was a creative genius and had 9 different events in his life. Most people have only one. I am interested in WA, because I have had some computer knowledge, plus I have wanted a work at home job. I found WA to be the answer. I did the research this time, because I had paid for an internet scam and it cost me. It was fortunate the credit card cancelled the payment for me. I can work on my own time here and do not have to go out in the cold Denver weather. I have done other jobs that I had to do, because of some difficulty, but I believe WA is going to be fun and challenging too, And it will help my financial situation. I am on SSI and retirement. People and business often get confused about my name. My daughter's name is Natasha. The email account is in her name, and the WA, I think, is my name Judy. Jaaxy is in my daughter's name. We both use the email and the computer.together. Are you confused? Hope not, but you can call me Natasha or Judy, and I will answer to both. I am anticipating a long term event. I thank everyone the opportunity to the use of my brain synapses.

My father? He was a creative genius whose work was mostly innovative; however, by doing everything by full measure, I discovered having a better journey into this realm of creativity. This has only occurred in the last five or so years. I do have a smidgen of talent in the written form, but also an ingenious designer.
Are you the person who wanted to read my website some time ago? I promoted the product 501 Levi jeans, but the website was findmejeans.com I invite you to look at that, although my stories are rather long. I just finished doing an advertisement on Facebook on the spur of the moment and got some good results. The irony is that my website is still not finished. I need to write about an item closely related to the jeans, but it is so new it will not be out until the Fall. Then that follows closely to other items, particularly bike safety products. Anyway, the stories are entertaining which shows my prolific urge to talk. The website is not finished, but I would like your feedback. I love the way you express yourself.

Judy, I could swear I had already followed you but I scrolled to the bottom of your profile and couldn't find me. Well now I will fix this up. I left a comment on your humour post.

I also went to look at your site. It won't open at the address here. You need to take the (not finished) off to get it to open.

That's your tip for the day.

Thanks. This is going to be helpful. I did not realize I had these messages from friends here on "My Accomplishments."
I can use your help. Right now, I am still working on my website, before the lesson 3 about affiliations and networks.
I do not have any difficulty in writing but had to go back and do some citations plus getting permission from Levi Strauss about some quotes and some images plus editing. Then I was searching a "how to" but got sidetracked with a sitemap use, which I intend on doing.

So I am editing and writing articles. I have a lot of words on my articles--from 500 to 3,000. Can you check on Google search, Levi jeans? I want to know if I am included on that page. It has my picture there from google +.
Help number one. I think I did some wrong in customizing. If I click myself as administrator to get to my site, when I go to edit a page it is only in code. I can not find the way to get it back to visual.
Kyle had an extra icon or something when he had on code. I know you can click on code and it will go to visual, but in my situation, it does not. Will you help? I do not think it is a big problem. I have been using the administrator to use the dashboard.
Help number two. In January, I will have my video finished and hopefully ready to go to a new niche. I figure I will have about 24 to 28 pages and posts by the time I finish and the are long too. Will you take a look at my website, because I know you will give me a good feedback?
I presume I can find your blogs nest to your profile. I am looking forward to seeing them.
Oh yes, I forgot. I am going back to make two or three sentences per paragraph for the mobile.
I thank you in advance. I have seen your answers to other people and have read a few of your blogs, but now I will make a concerted effort to look again.
www.findmejeans.com Can do this too. findmejeans.com

Hello Judy, Hello ,♫Welcome! Nice to meet you ツ I wish you a lot of learning pleasure and fun on WA. Thank you for following me.

From the start, I have written training for every issue I had problems with myself. I also made a list of 1001 niche ideas, a checklist with 25 points to go through before you publish a post, 101 blogging ideas when you get stuck and an A-Z WA dictionary. I just love lists:) It has been very helpful to a lot of people. I have listed them in one blog you can find on my profile. It's the first website link on the right (click on my picture to get there). I hope to help you with those.

If you have any questions, please add a comment to this message or leave them on my profile.
Success building your business in 2016. See you around, Greetings Loes

Thanks. I have seen a number of your written guidelines in your pieces of training. You are wonderful. I am using your ideas for a product review. I have a list of the blogging ideas. Some are funny! I am thinking about using, How to gain weight? as a niche. You have helped a lot of people so I will look at your profile again. I believe I saved the A-Z WA dictionary too. I need to check that.
When I have written some more on my website, I will ask you to look at my website. I will have (I think) about 28 pages and posts. But the thing of it is; they are long, but fun and interesting. None are less than 500 words and the most words I had were 3,000.
I have a lot to do and will keep an eye on your posts. Whenever I search a question and if you are listed, I alway choose yours first! You are an asset here.
This is a great community. Everyone wants to help and is concerned with your success.
Now I have to go and write an article about my dad's mule that I wrote a few years ago.
I am now editing, adding citations, and will ask Levi Strauss & C. for permission for a quote and some images. They did a blog on my dad's cowboy that he built in 1960 and had real jeans. So I got to speak a lot with Tracey Panek, the historian. Knowing her will help my nerves to ask for permission for the quotes and images.
Wish me well with that. I have a form letter, but I want to call first.
When you get my age, 73, you will have a tendency to talk too much like me. (glib and verbose at the same time)
Best wishes, Judy

I believe I left a message with you, but I am not sure. I really have not concentrated on the Social Networks yet. I want to do more on my website first. I did love the article about the jacnket that adjust to keep your temperature just right. Levi Strauss has a technology for people who have jobs with their hands not free to use that allows them to communicate without their hands. I know I am not saying that quite right. I take it you are an affiliate marketer for the jackets? If so, you should do well.

I loved your Google Plus, but I do not know how to do anything yet. I will have to find the link or information about the jacket I was talking about. I am at the age 73. and at a time in life to really want to explore things I know little about! My son is a computer engineer. but even so compared to your posts, he is limiting himself. I love it, and will try to contribute as much as I can. I do not know how to do that on Google. I don't know where or how to comment. Maybe you know where I can find this information--the basic of Google. Anyway, I did click the +1 but I am not positive what that means. Adding numbers to people who have read your post? Or have liked your posts? Be patient with me. I have some great ideas for the future. No skill however.

I just wrote you, but when I checked out your website on people/children with hearing losses, I guess it was deleted. I did follow you, and I apologize for not checking you our sooner than this. I understood your website, since I was a speech therapist, and I also have a severe hearing loss. In fact, without a hearing aid, I really hear nothing. You are right about the 1950's. I remember being in the 3rd grade, when a nurse came to give hearing test. But you see, I already knew how to look for clues. She LOOKED at me to give me the test!! That is a no no, and that is why I really completed college and two husbands without knowing I had a severe hearing loss. I was good at faking in school, so much so that I did graduate! When I was growing up, the focus was on my two brothers who were considered geniuses. I was a girl, and maybe the way I reacted, they did not consider that I too may have been a genius. Being a genius did not help my brothers to have a happy, normal adult life.
Anyway, your knowledge is great. I wish all speech and hearing therapist (I was a speech therapist--isn't that funny?) could read your website.
I commented on your page about adults with severe hearing loss, and you are correct about everything. I think people who sign and really can not hear with a hearing aid are DEAF, but people, like me, who can not hear but benefits somewhat from a hearing aid, is one who has a severe/moderate/mild HEARING LOSS. You are right about family can get impatient and angry with having to repeat. But I think people talk way too fast now days. I wonder how they can move all the speech mechanisms so quickly!
1. If you have time and feel like writing comments, please check my website out. I have NOT FINISHED and that is why I do not have my website listed. I am on google plus just recently and really do not know what I am doing, and this time it is not due to hearing loss. (smile)
My website is findmejeans.com That is my domain, and I use that for my site manager to write content and follow the menue. and the title of my website is 501 Levi jeans for men-for tall and big, original regular.
2. Try putting the title in google search, and scroll down to my picture and click on everything. You will get a pleasant surprise. I was surprised, because I did not know my post would be put on first page on the tenth position.
Anyway, I need more comments on my posts and pages. Everyone loves the page, 47 foot cowboy. but I need comments on other pages or posts. Hope you have time and interest. Sorry it has been so long. I just do not check my profile, so I did not remember your name. Dummy me. .

Hi Judy, we are of similar age and I have a website that I would like your opinion on. http://anti-ageing-phenomenon.com - I have tried to give people information as this new product is absolutely amazing. Stem Cell technology is breaking new ground not only in the medical field but in the beauty industry as well. At 72 myself I had these awful brown age spots on my neck and since using the products - and only 3 of them - those spots have faded to the point that I really have to look hard to see where they were. I use the cleanser, cellular rejuvenation and moisturiser - it also has worked on my hands.
I am off to bed right now as I have been at this all day and am worn out and I still have some ministry study to do.

I am behind on my Bible study too. Normally I spend about 2 hours, but sometimes I even go much over, since it is so interesting. I can not go in service, because it has been too cold in Denver. So will you website concentrate on one of these products? One plus the moisturiser would be great! You have your own personal experience, the medical field information, and a picture of your hands. Tell the truth and tell them that you do not have a before and after picture. If you have another friend where you live have the same problem, and if they are willing to be the "before" and "after" picture, that would be good too. For my product, I am doing the video myself, then putting it on my website.(I do not know how to put it on my Website) I interview 3 men at their business and they tell on the video why they buy my product. Simple. With this problem It is difficult to do the other things. Oh I am okay. I hope you got a good rest.

Thanks for your comments - I hate having my photo taken - even my kids know and I simply do not have any photos of me in recent years. I also live alone so there is no one to take any however having said that I am trying to get to the Gold Coast and have something done with my hair and make up before doing a video for the site. I am in outback Queensland and the drive to the coast would take about 12/14 hours - the train takes 24 hours and the plane takes two but is very expensive. I will Pm you

Please keep me informed, Carol. Look at my new photograph. I have shown my age too recently. I am certainly no beauty, but I so wish I could put your make up on for you. Let me give you some hints. You need to buy make-up. A base; (I like the cream type--covergirl?) eye shadow; (it's best to start with the colors you like, but get one you think will accent your eyes.. Eyelash;--I use black. If you are a blond and have light skin, then I would recommend brown; lipstick--For me I like the reds, but then again, you might choose a more subtle one. If you buy at a store, maybe there is someone who can help you. Put dots of you base on the checks, forehead, neck. Then move the makeup from nose outward toward the ear and hairline. If you have too much, use a tissue a blot it on your face to make it look normal. Make an S around your nose over the mouth. Then do the other direction. Now for eye shadow, they always come with a brush, but I would use the finger. Put the color that is perfect for your eye. Slide your finger over the bottom part of the lid. Back and forth until you have the right amount that you want. Go for the inner part and work it up to the inner top area. Then get another color--lighter--and put it on the right part of you upper eyelid and work it in an upward movement but making sure it is going up lighter. Then kind of blend in so it is two colors but look like one. Than is important in order an older person to do. It can not appear that you have two colors. It is subtle. For the rough, I use a little of my lipstick. If fact the top right part of the lid I touch it with the lipstick and blend it in. If it is too dark, I wipe tissue on my fingers and do it again! Put rough on the check part and move outward and a little upward too. Now take some tissue and wipe most of it off. It is there, but it is not defined. I do not use a lipstick pencil, but you can use it to outline your lips even a little bigger then fill in with your lipstick. Just over do a little for the video. Experiment.. Maybe you do not need to leave home. I have a friend who has thin hair and has a wig, but you need to style it so it looks natural. I will find a company that sell wigs, pretty cheap. That is if you would like to try a wig for the film. Remember try to look as natural as possible. I am 73, so I think you can do it. Hope this helps. My pictures are not too good, because I put the make up on very fast. Best wishes. I forgot to add about the mascara. Get hold of the mascara and work your way up to the tip. Do this a number of times. Then just the tip of your lashes. If you move it back and forth, it will separate the lashes.

Sorry for the late response - I was without my telephone landline for 10 days and then the internet went down I have been unable to work for over 8 days. Thank you for your tips on the make up scenario. I have been involved in the beauty industry for most of my life and worked for many MLM companies and have had limited training but know how to apply and use make up - I rarely use make up these days - preferring to cleanse my skin, use the Cellular Rejuvenation serum and then a SPF30 moisturiser. I try and stay out of the sun and drink plenty of water and my skin is relishing not having all that articifial make-up plastered over it. I use cool colours and sometimes use a lipstick but again I only go out maybe once or twice a week. I am also lucky to have kept fairly trim even after 7 kids and people often remark at how great my skin looks and am often taken for someone much much younger - in their late 50's or early 60's which I think is funny but I will take the compliment.
I have enough to keep me busy at home with the garden, I grow as much of my own produce as I can, the ducks, chickens, my dogs and cat not to mention my website adventures.
Keep in touch though it is nice to hear what others are doing

I just love your comment! I am sorry I misunderstood you, but I am very glad to here you do not need make-up. I love what you prefer to do: cleanse your skin, stay out of the sun (me too) and drink plenty of water. And you are still trim after 7 kids? Wow, that is great! I am thin boned and would have stayed thin, but I have many problems with my thyroid. I take the medication, but I still need to walk and watch my diet. I am the same way with people thinking I am younger. Makes you feel good when someone thinks you are much much younger. Anyway, sorry for my make-up lesson. I really did not understand you, but your way turned out very much better. Best wishes. Judy

In my spare time, I want to see the profile of each of you following me. An added bonus, I will give you individual help on writing your content or to answer your questions. I thought I wrote a few blogs, but found out that I had not. My new blog I am writing is a simple unconventional way to teach grammar. I also include include punctuation and wording of phrases on a personal level. The blog will be in several parts. I can name an ambassador who needs help with grammar. I make mistakes too, because punctuation has changed from the time I studied grammar. I am also lazy to edit my work. Anyway thanks to everyone. Please comment or reply to anything I may ask. Some do not because I write a long comment. Anyway, thanks. My motto is: "Everyone has a Story."

Hi. I like you very much and the others in the community have been so supportive. Just an update. When I log on to Jaaxy, I can not retrieve my account. This has been going on for about a month now. I have told them (Kyle) to fix it. Then my email says to redo my password. Finally I thought this was the end. I had my new email and a new password. It did not work. I tried All possibilities and email Jaaxy again. Plus they took Two payments of $ 19.00 to Paypal to pay for Jaaxy. Paypal made the mistake too by allowing the two payments. I got that straightened out. I hope Jaaxy will do what Paypal sends them in the email. I now go to try again, if I can get Paypal. Yesterday, May 19th, it did not work. I am sure they get a lot of emails, but I have been wanting help from them for about a month. I have emailed them through my account, sent Private message, sent email through Jaaxy. Is there anything else I should try. If I can not get Jaaxy today, I will wait a week. What else can I do?

Now I will stop. i just need Jaaxy, but I can do other things. I'll be okay and it will work out, because Carson and Kyle will figure out I am really in need of their help. Talk to you again soon and thanks again.

There is a question I just submitted. I won't get the answer until tomorrow--July 9--I am quite excited about it, because Jaaxy ranked my keyword as Rank 1 on page 1. It also gave a google link to my site, but I need to find out about that too. I want to hurry and get this started on my web site along with the other one I started on Lesson 5. I am on lesson 6 and so I will get to it now. Is there any advice for me?

I like the smile; the glasses. You must be a cool person. Are you willing to put up with this old lady with here crazy questions, like how do you drag and drop? Ugh, simple, perhaps, but not for me!!

I thank everyone for their welcome. Maureen, I am spry, but my body is old. One problem I would like Wealthy Affiliate to program is the closed caption button that is found at the bottom of the videos or presentations. I have to stop the instruction to "hear" what is said. I love this new adventure. I just finished a large pictorial exhibit about my dad, who built the 47 foot cowboy statue in 1960, (still standing and being repaired) so my project to continue my new adventure is appropriate for me. It's a creative endeavor. Thank you for your comment.

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

Hi Judy!

Welcome to Wealthy Affiliate! I'm Edward from http://MasterMyFinance.com. You signed up through my site so I thought I'll introduce myself. I created my website in mid 2015 and have been working on it using my spare time after work (I'm still holding a full time day job), and it's already showing a lot of promise. As long as you're committed to make this work, you'll succeed online.

To get started, you can upload a picture and write a short description of yourself here: http://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/home/my_profile. Treat it as a social website and make friends, because there are a lot of awesome people in this community!

You'll learn a lot here, but for now just focus on the Online Entrepreneur Certification training. Follow the training one step at a time and you'll have your own website up and running in no time.

Enjoy your stay in Wealthy Affiliate! Feel free to PM me or write on my profile if you have questions.

You've come to the right place to succeed online, what's left is just to learn, put in effort and make it work!

Thank you Edward. I clicked on your link, and I think you have made a wonderful Web site--and in a short time too. I like the word "created" instead of the usual "made". When you create something, you are using your creative talent. I have your email address and will send you some pictures you may share. You remind me of my dad, not by age or looks, but by his working part time to create a landmark tourist business. I am trying to find ANYONE who would be interested in a unique design I made for a tourist attraction/interest. That is not WA problem, just mine. Search: blog Levi Strauss and you will find the curio shop with cowboy. Levi Strauss provided the jeans, although dad had to sew the jeans on the cowboy. I think it is important to do the training one step at a time. I may take longer since I am new with the vocabulary. My favorite interest I have is research, so I go slowly to learn even extra things to completely understand each step. I used to do that with algebra. Again, I hope everyone will check out your website. Yes I am getting more comfortable with the community and their support and their personalities. I will succeed, if I do not die, but my daughter can take over the business and do well also. Thanks again.

It's admirable to have the learning spirit no matter what stage of life you are in. Take your time and do the training slowly, and repeat any video if needed.
I'm glad you liked my site, it's a great encouragement for me. Talk to more people in WA and you'll grow to like to community even more, too.
All the best to you!
