Hi guys, I'm not sure if i created my email properly? I created an email on the "New Email Mailbox" tab, but when I tried to create on the "New Email Forward Tab', it said first delete your email on the New Email Mailbox tab and then create on the forward tab - which i did and then put in my gmail ID as an email to forward to. However, I tested to see if it would forward to my gmail but it didn't. What am I doing wrong and what can I do to make it right?

yes, you had to delete the webmail to create the email forward of the same name

Hi Moz. It's just not reading my email ID for some reason. I followed the steps very closely right until it sent an email to my domain email - the issue is I can't access my domain email when I create it on "New Email Forward", so I'm basically completely stuck cause no emails am i able to access. Your help would be really appreciated in this matter.

it's usually something really simple, I'll PM you in a little while and see which step may be the issue, meanwhile make sure it is all the steps in this [different] training that you've followed and the troubleshooting page at the end ps make sure you created an email forward and not webmail

The truth is that it is difficult for me to understand the video because I do not know the English language. My question is: When you get to the part of forwarding an email to another. That does not understand. What color do I need to send? I hope they help me. Thank you

Hey guys I have an issue forwarding my domain based email to my personal email. Every time I try to forward it this message pops up: Oops! You already have a webmail inbox for support@your-3d-printer.com. You cannot have both a forward and a webmail inbox. To create a forward you need to first delete the webmail inbox for support@your-3d-printer.com by clicking 'delete' in your list of accounts below.

Anyone has an idea why that is and what to do about it?

Hi,
You have to use another email address to forward to your private email. You cannot use support@your3dprinter.com you may use andras@your3dprinter.com or admin@your3dprinter.com. It just has to be a different name.

I JUST went through this. Found out you have to DELETE the webmail you created and then use the forward tab with the email name you created then attach it to your personal 1 you want to use. Sounds complicated I know. But I tried HAPPY CREATING!!ut it's not I may not have explained it in perfect detail.

No you can use the same name You just have to delete the WEBMAIL name in order to forward the name you want to use.

I created an email account. I accessed and chose settings. I attempted to compose email--I could enter everything in the header, to:, subj: but could not access to compose body. The email sent but with null for body. Any suggestions? All I get for Help is AJAX help index which only tells me how to compose email, it doesn't say what to do if one cannot type a message into the body of the email.

Not sure what the problem is, I never encountered that one. Try asking about it in the query bar at the top of the page - I almost always find plenty of blogs and trainings that help solve issues that come up.

If you don't get what you need there, you can always send in a help ticket to WA support - they have a great team at the ready for all of us.

Okay, I got it figured out. In settings, HTML was checked which turned off plain text. When I unchecked HTML, allowed access to body of email for plain text. :)
