Well, hello and welcome back.
I just came back after more than a year. It's hard to really get back on the saddle. I come and go literally many, many times. But now, I am just determined to keep moving forward. I started by getting in touch with the WA community, connecting with my follower, chatting here and there hoping to get the feel of it again. My next goal is to go back to the lessons that I started and go from there.

I had similar fears to you, I still do in many areas and I find myself procrastinating a lot. It's difficult to give you much advice at this point because I have no idea where you are in the training.
A lot of what you need to get started and get your website up and running is covered there.
Could you elaborate on where you are in the training and what you need help with?

Grrr... lol Hey there, My site will have to do with yoga and meditation along with hypnosis. I just included music or really sounds waves to alter the brain waves so you can achieve more. Many different ways to do this. Do i have too much going on?... Going back over the training again. You could do it all, but you would need branding that connects them all together. You would need to explain how they all relate together etc. Is this good, or would you like more feedback?

Hey there Danny, I can totally understand your position. I recommend you use social media to promote your website. Don't send random spam messages to people... Build relationships with people in your market. Let your passion show and know what your market wants.
Just talk with them like people, not customers. You will get a feel for it after spending some time talking with your market. This is just one method of marketing and I find is the easiest way to start promoting while building up your network.
Also might want to check into an auto-responder like Aweber and put an opt-in form on your site so you can capture peoples emails for a future email marketing campaign.
Also, there are a lot of books out there that can teach you in-depth, how to market effectively. I recommend "The Digital Marketer" by Larry Weber and Lisa Leslie Henderson.
I hope this helps point you in the right direction! Just start building a network and be patient, it won't happen overnight. Be diligent and with some research and practice, you will see great results.

Glad to see your back and hopefully your health has improved, I have had a on off 7 months for same reasons and it is hard to get back into things, so I have set myself a routine, spend some much time sorting emails, then I do a training slot, then research/writing.. I am behind however I found once you made the start momentum will pick up, also have set alarm for each slot once you start getting the feeling of achieving these small goals the rest will come

I am looking to make a page full of items but I am not clear on how to do it or even if this is the best way to promote my items. Does this make sense? I want to have all the it

If you are talking about affiliate products, you could use the Ultimate TinyMCE plugin to create columns and then use Andy's (@OldMule) idea about thumbnails.
If instead you are talking about selling your own products, you would need some kind of shopping cart solution. I know that WooCommerce is a popular one although I have never dealt with it. You would also need to set up an account with a payment processor, unless you are planning on using PayPal.
If you are considering physical products, you would have to deal with logistics of shipping, warehousing, returns ,etc. An alternative to that would be to try Amazon's FBA program which you can get more details here:

The advantage with that is they handle the entire workflow. You just send them your products and the details regarding pricing, etc., they take care of the sales funnel. The downside is I have heard that when sellers start really doing well with their products, Amazon starts undercutting them which is really a nasty practice, IMHO.
If it's digital products that are your own, this is a bit easier to handle than physical products, but there are still logistics that need to be managed. A way to get around that is to use something like ClickBank to list your products. They charge a one time fee of $49 and then you can have as many products as you want within that account. ClickBank is more amicable to non IM businesses which your tea website is a perfect fit. A further advantage of this is other affiliates could sell your products as well which can boost your revenue.

I had an idea to have a page dedicate to products that I recommend. Along with other products. It sounds like the Ultimate TinyMCE plugin is what I am looking for. It can definitely be done. Not sure that page will be liked by SEO, but when I considered doing that particular page, I decided I would turn SEO off for that page like we do for privacy policy and affiliate disclaimer.
Look around at some other websites that use this method and decide if this is something your want to proceed with. My opinion only!

I called Amazon and I was told that they did some kind of update and some product links don't work with word press. they are looking into it but still my links don't work. they said something about javascript but it over my head.
