Daniel Euergetes here,

This is my first post at WA and I'm rearing to go!

I consider Marcus to be my mentor and coach here and I will consult with him as needed. I will attempt to do as much on my own as I can.

As for the 8 Week Action Plan, I don't know, haven't seen it. However I'm one of those who would like to get through this basic course as quickly as possible due to my own personal situation.

I'm in living hell with where I work and something has to be done fast! No. The answer is NOT get another job! I've got to get out of this as fast as I can move my two legs and my mind!

I couldn't think of any better place than WA and I warmly thank Marcus for introducing me (better than anybody else has) to WA!

I am a writer and therefore expect a lot of posts on this forum from me! I plan to be sticking around for some time and hope to be getting enough of a refund to fund both a year's subscription to WA and a new computer. The one I have is on it's last leg! I'm living in abject poverty (though not within my mind!)

I did things totally backwards...

Since websites are the most visible thing you see on the Internet, that's where I started first! I have websites up but they're doing nothing because I've not built any campaigns first. Marcus gave me two choices to deal with this problem - either start over again or attempt to build a campaign around what I already have in place. That is, connect attempt to connect the websites with the targeted audience.

Time is of the essence here! In desperation I must choose the latter. Things in the employment world are just getting worse - of course much of it is in my mind because I've seen outside that realm! So many where I work and everywhere have no idea what's outside the box! I've seen it and continue to peer outside the cracks of the box! I'm determined - so determined that I've even written a couple books on it already!

They will be part of my campaigns.

So here you have it! And by the way, Greetings to whoever reads my first post here!

Hi Daniel, I am fairly new to the website creation world...sort of. I say this because my wife has a pet sitting business here in South Carolina and I created it for her clients and to give her a web presence...but now I have ideas for her website and look forward to seeing how you pulled all your sites together in one campaign. So, I am now following you.

I appreciate that :)

I hope you can make a clear go in your campaigns as well. Things are a little slow for me now with having some outside things taking my time momentarily.

I very much appreciate that Michael :) Things have been tough for me, but little by little and little, it's been improving. I have gone back into my shell over the last few weeks, but I am making some serious changes on how I use WA. One of the success concepts I am working on now is following only the highly successful. I don't know where you stand in this, but one thing I have found - your writing is awesome and well-suited for the community, and sets you up as a role-model that people look up to in an Ambassador. Cheers!

I really appreciate your comment, Daniel. I have been in business most of my life, online marketing is a new avenue for me but I am getting the hang of it and know that in about 3 more years will earn a substantial income from it. Learning how to use these tools is what concerns me the most at the moment.

Michael
Reply
You're intelligent. I can tell from your writing. I don't think you will have a problem getting it together and making that substantial income. It took me three years before I made anything. It was never substantial, but it is when everything timed just right with one of my reviews and I was shocked, like I hit the jackpot! I never repeated that again, but believe me, you will know it when it happens, and you will like it!

I'm going to go to bed. I should have been four hours ago!

Have a good, rest of your afternoon, and evening :)

Had I not purged my content on here, at this time, I would have had about 700 blogs on here (now about 190) still have a number of training resources, and when the Forum was here, hundreds there. I have a number of questions in the classrooms. My writing on the platform went back to 2010. If you scroll down, you will find my profile messages go back to that year.

Now, when WA updated the platform to the OEP, an error occurred across the board, causing all the messages on here to repeat themselves, and anything older approximately the beginning of 2012 lost.

Albeit, I discovered that they were not lost, but I had to sacrifice the repeating messages, including their originals, in order to work my way back. I retained all the results. When I reached the oldest one that I had written, the repeating issue stopped occurring.

I have not just posted here for the first time today. Yes, I am raring to go. My future depends on this!

As for WA, you won't find anything that beats it, even by a longshot. I could have done much better with my business but I've had some serious setbacks. One thing I will say is, that after three years, two of which very little has been done with my business, and I have not had a single month without Internet income.

That doesn't say too much for myself and my performance in using what is here, but one thing for sure - it speaks very well of implementing more aggressively what I have from the first year I began making income from the teaching in WA!

My income from the Internet, though it should be by now, many times over, isn't full-time, but I'm also disabled and this has effected my ability to derive income. I have my good days and bad days, and unfortunately, more of the latter than the former.

I am working on this over time.

Hello Daniel, Welcome! Nice to meet you, I wish you a lot of learning pleasure and fun on WA. Thank you for following me.

From the start I have written trainings for every issue I had problems with myself. I also made a checklist with 25 points to go through before you publish a post and 101 blogging ideas when you get stuck. It has been very helpful to a lot of people. You can find them on my profile on the right under trainings (click on my picture). I hope to help you with those.

If you have any questions, please add a comment to this message or leave them on my profile.
Success building your business in 2016. See you around, Greetings Loes

Been having fun on WA for almost six years now LOL!

Not quite successful yet due to issues I've been working with over time, but this doesn't mean I haven't been making an income on here - just not enough yet.
Reply

Alright, didn't notice you are here from 2010, you are a veteran!
Reply
Yep. I was where you are now, and in fact, for a time, in third place in the WA ranking - that is, until @RICH came on the scene and became the king of the mountain and threw me off.

Not to badmouth any members on here but I'm glad this person is gone, and I was one of several people he didn't like. There is another person I occasionally correspond with, who was teamed-up on by this guy and others, and ultimately got booted off here.

Upon communications with him, I couldn't see where he had done anything wrong besides being misunderstood.

I had a lot of subtle issues with @RICH until I almost left in 2013, though this is also the time I had a spike in sales and this alone prevented me from leaving, even though this guy and a couple others of his sidekicks got me banned for a short time. This is when my ranking plummeted. It was the most harrowing time I ever had on WA.

I wish my income represented the time I've been here. I should, by now have a full-time income, but now I'm working on removing the things that have been deterring me.
Reply
Loes Premium
They where bullying you? Hope I will never encounter that experience.
Reply
Sure was. I still don't use the Live Chat at all since that happened. One day, he disappeared and it raised a lot of questions amongst the members as he was highly respected. One of his sidekicks tricked me into giving me my email address to JV with him on a gaming site - one that never existed.

He used my email address and got me signed up to a number of porno sites in the UK. I also got put on a membership similar to Empower Network (a British version of this) and I had a hard time trying to convince these people that I was subscribed without my knowledge.

It was bad news, but I've never had anything else anywhere near as bad as this occur during my membership here. It caused me a lot of stress and my head was reeling over it. It did take some time to get over it.

Like the other guy on here who got booted off (and yet another one who was run off, who had emotional issues) I was seen by these jerks as "odd" and disclosed maybe a little too much about my issues.

There's another member on here who was doing this as well and I have counseled him not to do this as it does cause problems when certain individuals who don't understand the issues gets on and starts bullying. I had no leg to stand on. They were very subtle about it. Some of it was done outside of the WA platform.

You will be okay. I don't think you would have to worry about this happening to you.
Reply
Loes Premium
As you say, there have vanished now, I know of some bullying here, don't really know though who are behind it, some friends of my got their writers access revoked for nothing, Kyle and Carson did restore the access, but it always is ver demotivating, when this stuff happens. I know they have changed the spam button, on our side it looks anonymous but The WA Team can check now who hit the spam button, and take action against bullying
Reply
Yes, I know they did some upgrading of this sort of thing. When it happened to me, I was banned for ten days until Kyle noticed it. I had to contact him through the WA sales website through the "Contact" venue.

Since this happened, I drastically decreased my activity on the platform. You can rightly say, "demotivation."

All but one of those idiots have either left or had been booted off. Only one still exists, though he is not very active, and he was the only one who apologized to me and we became friends.

When I tried to contact Jay (Magistudios) outside WA, I got reprimanded for the way I tried to handle it and that I rightly got banned. Kyle didn't think so and re-instated my write access.

I am very happy they upgraded those things! What I would like to see is that part of write privileges left open to being able to PM Kyle or Carson, and not have that revoked as well. I would think this venue would make it fair to be able to present the case from the afflicted one who has gotten teamed up on like I have, and your friends.
Reply
Loes Premium
Yes, that's a good point to talk about, a way to access WA support to clear unfair treatment, I have just PM-ed a proposition to Kyle about this.

These temperatures are mild, yes! We live in what we call Chinook country but we can get as low, as -22 to -31. And believe you me, I know the Arctic Circle well where it can go lower than -85. I worked up in the middle of the MacKenzie Delta on the two first artificial Islands, drilling for oil, way back in the late 70's. I was installing, monitoring and calibrating the first digital computers measuring all the oil rig activities.for Shell and Imperial. The project failed miserably because of the temperature differences between outside and inside.
And on you being totally wore out from the Bathroom job is understandable too. You are not doing this kind of work constantly and that makes it hard on you. This is what stopped me. The economy went bad and I didn't want to work hard anymore. So my work dried up to a trickle and when I went to work it was hard! I found a solution though. I hired a guy from a temp agency, paid him $20/hr and charged the customer $50. That kept me going for a short while and I wasn't totally exhausted. Now, I am not doing much physically and need to go walking every day to keep my old bones in some sort of shape. This is what make "retirement" a curse!
Reply
I think the worst temperature I've ever experienced was close to -60 in Maine. This was with the wind chill factor with fairly high winds, so the actual temperature was higher, but this was at night and we went out onto the frozen lake to experience it. The trees were cracking it was so cold!

In any case, nothing compared with your experiences!

My age is one thing but I'm also overweight. This alone tires me out. Work was a bit easier Friday, but Thursday, it totally wiped me out! The demo part of the job is done now and we are installing concrete board where it was once drywall. The idiots who built this place should have known better than to use sheet rock in the walk-in shower and bath tub pedestal. Of course, the fallacy revealed itself when someone taking a shower put their knee onto the tiles and they fell into the wall. It was totally rotted out!

Anyway, I've got some serious problems right now! For some reason, Google disabled every one of my accounts! As soon as I try to log into any of them, it suspends my account, for some apparent "suspicious activity."

It provides a way to re-open these accounts but using their form, requires an account where I can receive email. Nope! Can't use the form nor any other means to regain access!

Very fortunately, I was able to use the back button and to my surprise, it opened into the most important account I had previously been in before I started going from account to account and into the settings of each to find account creation dates.

Wow! It doesn't take much to have your accounts shut down! That's going into six accounts within a ten-minute period that put me in Google's doghouse!

From what I understand, to get these re-opened, I have to go on the Google Forum and get someone that way. This means it's going to take Google days to investigate what's going on and "sorry for the inconvenience."

What a bunch of horse crap!

Yes, Google is a pain in the you know what! I agree fully! To me it is way too complicated and I leave it to my IT guy. He is the one who managed to get me on page one in position one and position two on page one for three more keywords within one weeks time. Obviously, he knows what he is doing!
About the cold; it just depends on how you look at it. -60 down here is much colder than it is in the Arctic. In the Arctic, it is a very dry cold and doesn't feel quite the same. But when you are up in the crown block of an oil rig, it doesn't matter if dry, or wet-cold. It is just coooold.
Overweight certainly doesn't help but then, if you do this kind of work all the time than it is not quite so hard either, overweight or not.
If you use concrete board in the shower, you should also paint the inside, entirely with some watertight coating which is available from the Hardware store also. It comes in red, or blue colour. You paint it over the concrete board and cover it totally. A day later you can start tiling. The concrete board is porous and not water tight. If you used the vinylated board, then you can just tile without that coating. I have renovated in the neighbourhood of over a hundred bathrooms in my days but all here in Canada and the materials are called different definitions than in the States, even though they are the same manufacturer.

I've worked with several clients who didn't take my advice. Never use your primary account to send bulk email. I had a politician loose all their contact information when someone complained of spam and google cut of their account without notice and without anyway to contest the termination.
Reply
What I was doing at the time Bill, was trying to determine the start dates of my oldest Gmail accounts. Evidently, the going in, checking, coming out, going to the next, yadda, yadda, is what triggered the shut down.

Evidently this shut-down didn't last long. When I back-buttoned my way back to where I was in the first account (which wouldn't open via the sign-in, it opened, and I would not sign out again in case I would not be able to get back in.

I have found just yesterday that all of my accounts open now.

I'm going to be paring all this down and getting rid of most of the Google accounts I have and have just a very few that I use for specific reasons.

You are right! It does not take much at all - even a single complaint will get an account shut down if they find substance to the complaint!

There was a time a while back when there were a few folks stealing content. I don't know that it's happening anymore, but to remove the temptation I took it off. A number of others followed suit as well.

Thanks for your interest on those two items. I'm making an income though not as I should for the time I've been here. The two blogs show my progress from the beginning and I wrote them to perhaps help others not to make the kind of errors I've made and also do what they can to improve the environment in which they conduct their businesses because that really matters, as you will see why reading the blogs.

Enjoy, and any thoughts you have are welcome.

Oh, stealing content will never go out of style, unfortunately, Daniel.

I recently created a video review of a product, and within a few days, while searching Google for my review to see where it ranked, lo and behold was MY video review on some other clown's Youtube channel. The next day, a second person had done it.

So in the comment box below the video on their respective pages, I posted a link back to my page. I then privately contacted them and told them that it's okay with me if they use my stolen video, but the cost is to leave my link in the comment section or I'd have Youtube admin shut them down.

The alternative is to get depressed and give up making videos and creating content. That's not going to happen. But I plan to host the videos on my own site from now on with Simple Video Pro, which prevents hackers from downloading too easily. Technically, a seasoned hacker can still get your stuff, or or use screen capture software to get it if they really want it. So it's not worth worrying about. I'm more concerned with the punks who create mailcious code and malware.

I've been at this since 1995. I still haven't made much money at it and the WWW is STILL the Wild, Wild West! That said, 2016 will be my breakthrough year! And if I can help you somehow, Daniel, it will be YOURS, too! I mean it.

Yes, I have been here since WA was less than five years old but unfortunately I have nothing to show for it. WA is definitely the place to go for most people. I've seen a lot of folks come in here not knowing a thing and are now currently making five figure incomes per month. I've watched one, after the next, after the next.

It evades me. However, do your diligence on here and you will see results. There have indeed been many changes since I first arrived, but the biggest of changes I've seen is the effect WA has had on countless lives.

Hi Daniel.Thank you for the follow, I have just followed you.
The past is gone. Bury it and start over. You have a chance for a new beginning. Make use of every minute. I understand where you are. We all have issues. My wife's walking a fine balance between life and death. She's had a cerebral aneurysm, breast cancer, and a heart attack that destroyed 60% of her heart. Now arthritis is chasing her.like a demon.
No matter how bad things are someone else has it worse. Be strong and succeed.....Dick

I haven't been on here in some time and this morning found your reply. I've been down in the dumps for some time and though the past is gone, there are still many aspects of it that make me what I am today. I am trying to change these things for the sake of my online business. The things happening with your wife certainly make my own issues trivial.

One of the things I am trying to do now is start over. To do this, I may need to leave WA and go to a different platform, even though I am fully aware nothing compares to this. I have pretty much burned up my relationship with a large part of this community because of my inability to do what many have done on here.

Indeed, your reply brings about serious challenge and soul-searching,

Daniel

Not doing too well on here right now. Last year was one without Internet access and this year has been an impeccable number of projects that need to be done and that has been hindering me. I am now losing my WA income. Tomorrow is when I usually get the one instance of income I have left in my WA campaign. There are a lot of factors that have me inactive now, but mostly it's these projects I have committed myself to. I am trying to knock them out but some of them are very extensive. I may be at WA for my last year unless I can turn things around. WA is an incredible place. I've watched people come in here with no knowledge whatsoever and are now making over $10,000 PER MONTH in half of the time I've been here! So, it's not WA by any case. I just don't think online marketing is for me ultimately.

And I have done lots I thought I never would. So well done you for not having to see outside through the cracks any more. Good progress to you and keep in touch.

I'm a little backlogged here, but doing some of it now...

When you do what everybody else does, you will get what everybody else gets.

If you will do what others are not doing, you will be able to live like others are not living.

It does take a LOT of work and there's no guarantee, but if you don't attempt, it will never happen anyway.

Hi Daniel:

I went to your website and had to chuckle when I saw your opinion on binary options. I did try this and came out even. You're right, it is like playing roulette or playing craps and rolling a 6/8 point and then hoping that you don't get a seven out.

I did not find binary options challenging and very unsatisfying. A monkey could do it.

I enjoyed the Auto scam, though I've never heard of it. It sounds like all the others I've seen. This one is not very subtle, the usual expensive car, big house, etc.

Unfortunately, stuff like this appeals to the underemployed and unemployed who have little money they can afford to spend.
Reply
I don't know how to play Rhoulette, or the other two games mentioned, but one thing is for sure - the odds are against you and you are fortunate you came out even the first time.

If you win a bet, you get whatever percentage (usually between 60% and 81% of what you bidded on. If you lose the bet, you lose your entire bid. This means you have to get it right about 70 or more percentage of the time JUST to break even! If the payout is at a lower percentage, your rate for breaking even must be higher.

I ripped that ad campaign apart because it totally defies the reality of binary options trading. It is a flat-out lie.

I'm going to be doing more of the binary ones now that I have learned how it works.

This is not trading, nor is it considered such by experts. It's gambling in the purest form. There are some strategies you can use, such as trends, etc, but when it all comes out in the wash, it's still gambling.

It's pretty much like flipping a coin. You can get 10 heads in a row but the 11th flip is no more nor no less likely to come up heads again. Each flip is a new game and it can go either way. Similar to roulette red/black bets.
Reply
Yep - all on chance, even with the strategic moves.

Hello and thanks for the follow. Following you back. So, you are a writer! What do you write? I'm a teacher and I have written a few workbooks used in schools in Sweden. Have a wonderful weekend!

Sorry I'm a little tardy here...

I have been writing a Journal since 1973 and continue to this day. I have no idea how many pages are in it because I began doing it on the computer back in 1993. There's about two gigabytes to it now. How many pages that would be in print, I don't know. There are images too, and that would take quite a bit if the space.

I like to write about Christianity and ways to beat consumerism. I have learned about advertising and critical thinking. I love to tear apart malicious advertising that misrepresents things and misinforms, worse, scams people. That's what my website is about, but I love history, especially ancient history, church history and the like.

I do not watch commercial television. It's very bad for you!

I do, however love to watch documentaries and shows like Downton Abbey. I love Star Wars and other well-made sci-fi movies and medieval fantasy.

Sometimes I play computer-based role-playing games of the above-said genres.

Hello Daniel ... thank you for the follow. I met Marcus on line ... great person. He was instrumental in keeping me from giving up on my home business idea after spending way too much money on the wrong program. You know the story.

I'm flattered that you would follow me and hope that we both can find the answers we are searching for here at WA. It is comforting to know that here we do not have to deal with someone blowing smoke you know where. The integrity, honesty, and sincerity of K&C and the community they have created is refreshing.
Reply
I originally joined WA under Ryan Moran, a member that has long left WA in the pursuit of his own empire. I asked to be put into Marcus' roster and it was promptly done. Marcus was the one who coached me early on, but due to serious extenuating circumstances in my own life, which has very recently abated, our coaching relationship could not continue.

A lot of the advice Marcus gave me still protects me from the woes of online marketing and has been the foundation of my business as it stands now.

When I follow someone, it's for good reason. I find them helpful, respectable, honourable and ethical. I won't follow just anyone. Somehow I wound up on your profile, probably from something you said on another blog, perhaps my own. Been around so much I forget where I meet people, but that's why I followed you.

The mind is a very powerful part of our lives. If we delegate our goals we can do what ever we put our minds to. It's always bad to be backed into a corner but sometimes it a blessing when we come out fighting. and achieve something better for ourselves. Great post. I wish you all the success you deserve. I think you will crack it. Best wishes, J B

Very sorry I overlooked your comment here. If I could like it twice, I would because yes, thing can and do get really bad and all you can do is just keep on going in the same direction you've been heading. Recently I was backed up really bad into a corner. Less than a week later, things have taken such a turn that it had my head reeling!

It's like, all that stuff I have been dealing with was suddenly removed from my shoulders. It hasn't yet hit home yet, but I have never had the kind of money I now have in my bank account. It's a one-time thing, but it's going to remove the debt from my life!

Last year was tough for me. It took me away from my online work for several months. My campaigns suffered badly and I have not been very active on here either, though I did write something about once a month or so as I was able to get on the Internet.

Just as you said, the mind - and its power. I also began taking wise counsel, which has turned out profound results that I'm experiencing today!

Keep on truckin' If you get down, ride it out and it will pass. I had a recent episode of this, and little did I know, just a few days away, was relief like I had never had in my life - ever!

I could not imagine being in your situation. However I am facing possibly the same thing. The next week or so may bring me into a homeless situation. I was homeless for a little over a year when I lost my house to foreclosure. Now I am facing a possible eviction due to a background check that tells me that having a foreclosure and bankruptcy may get me ejected from the trailer park I am living in even though I have been here for 4 and a half years.
Reply

I have spoken to a pro bono lawyer. Litigation was suggested to be avoided unless it comes to this. I am simply letting it play out. There would be no trouble but I have been overcharged by $7800 and this has the management which was just changed looking for a way to deny this which is true but I will not get anything back. It was legal but not right. This is why they are threatening eviction. I am going back to paying what the lease says. I overpayed to stay here for 4 and a half years.
Reply
I'm sorry I overlooked this. I had not received a notification and just going over this today, I found it. It's been over two weeks since you wrote this. Are you still in the trailer park?

I'm no attorney, but I can't see any kind of grounds that these people would take past financial circumstances you may have had and turn around and throw that in your face.

That's awful what the management did to you. They will find any way to put the screws to you. I'm in an apartment complex that has charges for every little thing. On a much smaller scale than yours, even denying their in house tenement insurance, they are charging me $10/month as a monthly-recurring waiver fee. I guess this is to encourage tenants to insure their apartments, which is a good thing, but bad because it is yet another stupid loophole for the company that owns these buildings just another way to make something off of those tenants that do not opt in to insurance.

I don't shake a stick at it though, because that would only give them a way to find something they don't like about me and lead to eviction later. The only thing I did get them for was because I went through the floor just inside the front door. That had to be fixed!

They have yet to take action. My brother has been here for 8 and a half years with my mother and she owns the trailer outright.I have been here 4 and half years. I feel it is inappropriate to discuss this much more. I just hope it works out. Both of us just had to pay $40 for a background check on each of us. They have to find out if we are safe to be allowed to stay here. New management.

Hello Daniel ... I followed you some time ago and was just dropping in. Really enjoyed your tutorial on Questions. I was wondering, and gonna' comment...that you seem to be living in an area of the world known as the Sonoran Desert. ME TOO!

No, that time I was in the Sonoran Desert was because my brother was on his death bed and we went Arizona to visit him there at Apache Junction. My younger brother and I enjoyed our first time ever in the desert under the shadow of Superstition Mountain. Sad time for our family then, but the desert was there to remind my brother and I the reality of life and death. It was an experience for both of us. The Sonoran Desert is a beautiful place, but one that must always be respected.

I appreciate your wonderful comment Linda :)

My heart aches for you in the loss of your brother, as it sounds from your comments that time was short for you both when you visited here. Yes, it was and is a terribly sad time to go through when a loved one is slipping away from us.

While sad, I am glad that you had some precious time with each other! i am hoping that some good memories were created and you can yet smile and be warmed by the love you shared.

This was the home of my brother's second wife and she was very terse and mean to us when we were there, "monitoring" each of us as we visited our brother, and it was in sessions of ten minutes a time. They were afraid we would say things to my dying brother that would convict them. None of us did and we held our peace. It was a harrowing experience when, on the day my brother asked us to stay with him another day, she kicked all of out of the house when she discovered we made arrangements to stay the extra day. Note that, even though my brother was losing his physical abilities as he was shutting down, his mind was still sharp and his ears could still hear the going-ons.

This is what selfishness does and only pushes me further into a more disciplined and calloused heart. Albeit, we can't control what others do, we can control how we react to them. There is much I could say about the situation but really, this isn't the place for it.

Life is not always fair, but joy comes when we do come into these kind of oases in life that are heart-warming.

The Sonoran Desert was an opportunity to behold God's wonderful works on the earth and over all, it was a cleansing period in my life and the life of those that were on the trip with me.

The above post was from my first one on the old WA Forum. I transferred it here and soon after, the Forum was taken down. I only wish I had gotten other posts off there before this happened. My first post on this Blog software wasn't until much later, when I finally decided to give it a try. It was called "WA Spaces" back then. I believe the algorithm is today as it was, though the thumbnails may not have been there and the Like capabilities, etc.

I have handicaps, so it took me longer to make money than it does most people, but I didn't quit. I kept at it until it finally started happening. It took the right words in an article, put out at the right time and it went off like fireworks! I was very encouraged by it! Sales have not stopped since, though they are only around $100/month, it's because I've had a period of inactivity through about six months of this year.

I appreciate this and glad you've gotten something out of it. I was already here a month before I posted anything. Exactly what my most recent training is about that put a delay in posting here - a hard drive failure. It's happening now to the computer I've replaced that old one with. It lasted almost five years since I bought it brand new, and here's another myth people should watch out for - some say it's better to leave your computer on all the time. WRONG! This is why my hard drive is now having errors and a little bit more of it becomes unusable. I will be turning off the computer whenever I'm not using it going forward. This USED to be true with computers, but not anymore.

May blessings be upon you as well!

I know this is two weeks passing, but right now I'm going through some heavy duty changes and it has taken my attention away from here for now. This will change in a couple weeks when everything will be completely different for me and hopefully a much greater improvement in my personal living situation than I've ever had since I became a member here in the dawn of 2010.

I have not sent you the bonuses yet so I will get those off to you via PM.

I'm more than happy and honoured to have shown you Wealthy Affiliate. It's the first place I've ever been able to make any kind of income online, and even during this rough time in my life, I'm still getting residual income! It's encouraging, and when I'm able to make necessary changes to my life and meet some deadlines, WA is going to get a prominent place in my day, whatever that turns out to be.

For now, I'm going to wind up in employment, and since 2010, I've not been on any kind of payroll as an employee. For now, I'm back on this, though it's not a daily thing. When I'm re-settled, it's full-speed ahead, once again!

I do check my PMs as they get my attention more than anything else on here, so if you would like to talk, have questions, or comments, please do contact me.

Once again, I hope you are coming along well with your studies here. WA has an amazing community, as you have undoubtedly have found by now.

Beautifully written profile Daniel. I related to a lot of that and have just followed you. I had a father but in physical presence only. The absence of so much has in the long run brought me here. All the best to us both. Hope you may come over to Australia one day.

Hi Daniel , Very inspiring story in your profile, many shades of me in it, although I must admit my Parents were Lovely people never restricted me in any way, In fact I could have turned into a right tearaway with all the freedom I was given, I learned very quickly the value of money and what you could achieve with it and how you could make it work for you, Perhaps we were on different tracks but I think we could have been learning the same lessons, when I left school at 17 all my part time jobs earned me more money than my Dad earned in his 9 to 5 Job in London in the company that he started with a partner most of the merchandise he and my father had collected through various nefarious means while employed with other shoe mercers.
My dad was a very intelligent man who spoke seven Languages fluently and was a bit of a mathematical genius but he never applied himself - In the late 50's I entered Guildford college to train for my Higher National diploma in Catering and Hotel Management specializing as a Chef Catering Manager Which I managed to qualify with an "a" pass But I had decided by then that I was going to be my own boss after a short spell in the Merchant Navy P & O Lines as a Junior Purser Living in Australia for three years Returned to England and for the next 40 years was my own boss in various business ventures Including Restaurants, Bakeries, Car sales and Garage, a Publishing business, a travel agents, a computer development company my final business being a Mini bus company Operating All over the UK Then divorced then moved to Thailand Most of my companies were mildly successful my publishing and computer development business were both Extremely successful , But my point is that I never had a boss I was always my own man and I lived or died by my own actions Bought up and took care of a wife one son and two daughters who have all thank God turned into nice people, and done very well for themselves. I think I achieved a good life.
Wealthy affiliates is something else, in three months it has changed me into something I thought I could never be. Its obviously done the same for you - I can see great success for anyone who works hard and applies what they learn here, So you keep working away Daniel and lets hope we can meet In LA next year.

I'd like to do again what I did to create five sales I got in that short period of time! I'm beginning a campaign that looks similar to that one, but the last one did too and turned out to be totally different. I've been kinda stopped in one place. I'm in level 4 and have done other stuff in upper lessons as well. How are you doing with it?

I'm doing ok so far. I'm implementing different marketing techniques to promote WA more. Which I have been slow this year as I am focusing on my other niche sites that are active. But I'm picking up on promoting on social media more with a different angle and see how this campaign does.

I'll be running this new campaign until the 2nd Quarter of 2014. I'll be checking my periodically to see if I'm heading to the right directions.

Let us know how it goes on your new campaign and hope you can double what you did on your five sales.

Cheers!

Hi Sharon, (my sister's name too)

Sometimes we wish we were in other times of our lives. I've had those moments too. I know you left this some time ago and I'm returning these now. I am also working (somewhat) with alternative health. My own site needs to be built up. Actually, it's my landlord's site I've first begun managing.

Now, you have the same, and even more, opportunities. There are some things about WA that has not changed ever since it started. Of course, it did evolve to what it is now based on experience. Nothing really worked very well for me until Boot Camp. It has gotten me started making money now but I need to proceed with the course.

If I can be of help to you in any way, I'm right here.

Hi Daniel,

I think you have updated your profile picture since I last visited, because I got a cold shiver reading it this time. Without getting too personal, much of what you write makes my internal voice yell 'yes, yes, yes'. This man has been to the places I know of!

I guess the only experience where we had totally opposite outcomes, was re finding faith. My father was a 'fire & brimstone' bully, so unfortunately my notion of god was of a subject best hiding from. Even after hour plus long morning prayers, daily mass, nightly prayers & scripture readings, there was still a reason that god needed to punish me for my sins (of course through my father). I have since made peace with my father, though have been scared off god for life...Maybe too much info....

Cheers for the follow Daniel, all the best with your campaign.

Regards,
Damien.

What the Scripture says is the final authority. Nobody needs it forced on them when they are not ready or willing. We need to find out through study on our own accords. I hope the experiences you've had doesn't cause you to shut God out for life. God's word is for those who will hear it, not to have it crammed down their throat. That's not the way it's to be done and it sounds like your father was indeed bullying you with it..

I am with you when it comes to forgiving others who have done you wrong. Less regrets and more peace for you :)

Thanks for your kind words and thanks for your kind words again in my blogs. I don't know what profile picture I had up when you visited. Could it have been the one when I was in the desert (with the cacti in the background?)

Kindest,
Daniel

Thanks for the following and had a look at your website about WA ---I liked the look of the old news paper and your information there. How is your site doing for you in the rankings? Yes, we do have a lot to see and learn here in USA for sure. hope all is going well for you.

It's been coming in spurts. I think that when I changed the look of my site, I suddenly (after a bit after the fact) started getting all kinds of invites on here. I have not looked because I've been busy, but perhaps some of my pages have also reached the first page for the keywords chosen for them. Somehow, people are finding the site and coming in. It's great news for me and is encouraging. Great news for those who find the site because it does lead here where they can experience online marketing training at its very best on the WWW.

As for what you've said of the old newspaper look of the site, that is much more aesthetically-pleasing to folks as I've had other comments about it. This must be what's doing the work. I need to be adding more content to the site now as this is woefully lacking.

I feel for you. My dad (85) died of cancer in May 2012. I have never had anything hurt so much, at least in good part because i don't have one bad memory of him. My mom is still struggling...but I digress. Getting all the love you should/need as a child is important, yes. That being said being loved so much as a child does NOT always mean they will respond in kind (as I am finding out).

I will keep you in my prayers. I'm glad you found your way to the WA family, they have wide open arms :)
Reply
I know I'm not supposed to bring up certain particulars, but what started my road to recovery has been the church. I did not have a father and a mother, at least in the respect of providing all of my needs, but the very best thing that ever happened to me was finding the church and being baptized. This has been a seed that was planted and over time grew inside of me in spite of my extremely immature ways.

Wealthy Affiliate has tremendously helped me in the ways of learning about people, business and has, in this regard, put a LOT of things into perspective for me. All the sudden, as if out of the blue, a lot of people are coming my way and are being invited on here. Recently I had a sale with one of them becoming a Premium member. I need to go back and find what it is that I've done that suddenly caused all these people coming in. I now have 40 invites. I had one since this morning.

Things are improving in all counts in my life and I'm very thankful for the resources that came my way. It could have been one or two small decisions in my life back then, that I could have made that may have left me still unproductive to this day. Much to be thankful for. Thanks for coming to my space and commenting. Greatly appreciated :)

*grns* Hey. You have 40 invites and one that converted to a Premium member. I stand at one-back July 31, 2013-no clue where he came from and he hasn't been back; didn't even *know* he was there until 2 months after he found WA!) and while aiming for new and hopefully better ones) am setting up google author, google+ URL, tracking and so on. The profile pic might help too (hope anyway)...

Oh-my parents let me pick my own (if I wanted to at all) religion growing up. That I feel, was an error. However, they lived their lives in such a day-to-day Giving manner that I got the message very early on. The reverse was true for my ex spouse.

Onward to better days! :)

Thank you for the follow. I couldn't agree more with your statement about "life lived on my own terms". That's where I am at as well. WA is the best for accomplishing that goal.
Reply
As I 've said many times before, it's exactly why I stay with WA. It is the next best thing to me in life - outside of my church home. WA has done so much for me in helping me build my character, become more mature, more emotionally intelligent, more stable.

I had a very rough life and I know many other have as well. This whole thing with Arizona was over the loss of my brother, who passed yesterday.

Now that we, as a family have closure, we are all moving forward in life, to take what it throws at us and bear the brunt of it. My next billing date for WA will make it the beginning of my fifth year here at WA. Everything I'm making from here is going towards that now. If things keep on the way they are, I will have paid this entirely with income that came from here.
