The November Top 10 Posts Are On Fire!
I log in every day to WA and check out the top 10 posts on the dashboard home page. Though almost always interesting to look at, for some reason, the past few days have been on fire!
Lots of people are posting about making money!
On top of that, we have some super helpful tutorials, and a case study proving that starting a new website can yield results within days - not months.
I highlighted a few of my favorites, but they are all good.
Is there something special about November? Is all the hard work from 2017 starting to pay off?
I think Wealthy Affiliate has just improved so much over the past couple years that more people are seeing better results. There are tons of success stories, small and big rolling through WA blogs every day. Keep your eye out for them!
Want to see more?
I've been quietly adding to my original post called Is Making Money Getting Easier In 2017 & Beyond?. Check it out and see just how many people are seeing results from their hard work.
Personally, I think we're going to see even more of this in 2018.
Will you be starting a new site for the new year, or doubling down on your current site?

Inspiring posts for sure, I am setting my goals for 2018 and hope to do much better and add another site, thanks Nathaniell
I'm wondering if you can help me learn how to "warm up" people before they join wa, either from my blog or in an email once I've gotten their email address.
Reason being, I'm getting 4, 5, 6 referrals a day but 99.9% of them don't even complete account setup.
I can see hundreds of ghosts...
Send me a link to some useful resource to learn from?
Thanks Nathaniell!

Jimbobulous!
I have the same challenge. Conversion rate from free to premium has been so low during the past 2 months.
Same here, I've been wondering why.
We're not the only ones with this problem: Many wa referrals, few conversions. why is that?
Are they interacting with you at all? If they don't initiate anything, I would look at what you are doing BEFORE they sign up.
In other words, where is your traffic coming from?
Someone looking at a Survey Website review is likely to want fast cash...to trade work for dollars. Low conversion rate.
Someone looking to make money with Google Adsense wants to build a website already, but don't know the best way to monetize it. You have a good answer for them (WA)! Much better conversion rate.
So look at the mindset of your referrals before they even land inside WA.
I have been thinking about this as it is such a shame to lose so many initially interested folk. I think what is missing is a big immediate engagement when you come through "on the other side" when first arriving as a free member. You know, you may be completely new to all this and are expecting someone to grab you by the hand and show you the way to get started. So you look around, somewhat bewildered and don't take that first step even, to set up your account. Maybe a big bright "hello" video from Kyle or Carson, walking you through your initial steps such as setting up your account, then the importance of immediately getting started on the Certification Course and to stick with it till done, hints on goal setting and having a timetable to see them through.
I think initially a bit too much is left to their own initiative and obviously a great number of people feel lost as soon as they are in and look around and just take fright and leave.
Maybe a big strong centre-stage call to action to all arriving newbies, at least till their accounts are set up and they are rolling on one of the courses, may help retain a higher number of them.
I think this is a challenge Kyle and Carson may find very worthwhile taking up - to increase the retention rate of newbies.
WA has given us so much to work with within the last couple years. It's encouraging to see so many success stories. Bottomline -- you CAN do it if you put forth the time and energy.

Hi Nathaniell, I had more than one hundred referrals for the month of October, and they're still trickling in.
I'm planning to write a post about it as soon as I get the time. :)

I totally agree. I think the number of success posts has increased and they are working as inspiration for all of us.
My 2018 plans are (among other things) to do more WA promoting. A new blog is about to be launched that I have great hopes for. It's sort of a new angle on what we all try to preach :)
And I will, of course, continue to follow the paths that have generated money so far.
Everybody, keep up the good work!

Hi Nathaniell,
I'd like to think that all of that success is from people who have truly "doubled down" on their sites? It seems that no matter how much time I put into my site, I lose track, get distracted with work and then have to pick up where I left off. Maybe I need to put a schedule together whereby I spend xxx amount of time on my site EVERY day so that I keep it going -- even for days that I just can't get on...?
Thanks,
/a.
I'm not sure about their individual stories, but you can certainly contact them and see what they say. It could have been after a longer timeline, or perhaps they really did double down on their effort. Maybe they started out as an expert in their niche, or outsourced some material...
Everyone's story is different. It's sometimes hard to see successful people, especially when it looks "easy" compared to our daily struggle, but I guarantee that they have had some bumps in the road along the way.
You may just be experiencing a bump right now...or a very long bump for the past period of time. It's hard to say! But I wouldn't count yourself out just yet.
You already have so much time under your belt doing work on your site, I know it's going to culminate into a huge success story at some point in the future.
At "which point" in the future is up to you!
Well said, Nathaniell. It's all up to me -- I get it...there's no easy answer and I just have to keep moving forward... Thank you.
