About Katzee
Joined February 2010
Mother of 4 and grandmother of 7 adorable little people. Married for 22 years, and sadly widowed - I still miss him 20 years later. Late hubby would have been a whiz at this, teaching himself to write his own programs from scratch, for the old Microbee PC! He kept learning and eventually wrote his own software to completely run our own business which included two busy shops. I sold one of the shops after my husband passed away, till the youngest child finished High School, then sold the remaining shop. It was then that I became interested in Real Estate, and I did the necessary courses to secure employment in this field, first as a Sales Representative, and then as a Property Manager. I am still a Property Manager thirteen years later, and thoroughly enjoy my challenging work.

I'm a late starter in internet marketing, but have been interested in this area for some years. I also really enjoy creative writing and am in the throes of trying to self-publish something, as well as doing other writing (I also enjoy copy writing, writing for websites and writing pretty much anything writing related).

While I love my job, I am also on a mission to succeed in affiliate/internet marketing, promoting my passions (which now also include Wealthy Affiliates) and help my family and others make money online, or help them achieve their dreams. I am very excited to have found Wealthy Affiliates who offer the very best in internet training, enabling me to develop the necessary skills in this area, in the right way. My love of learning and being a part of this fantastic community will make this an enjoyable process.

While I did not set out to start with Bootcamp, I was not quite niche ready, and as I was interested in Affiliate marketing anyway, felt it was the best place to start. I'm so glad I did, as in the process, I am more convinced than ever that WA is the right and safest place to be for learning how to go about doing business and promoting your interests online. My website, while not yet fully developed, reflects my passion for the WA platform which offers people, whether they are total beginners or highly advanced on-line entrepreneurs, all they will ever need to pursue, develop and grow their online endeavours, whether hobbies, start up businesses or full scale business ventures.

Here at WA, you have helpul people all around you, with the founders, Kyle and Carson never far away, and help and mentoring there for those who avail themselves of it at every level, every step of the way. How unique is this, how reassuring and how rewarding to be able to share your successes with others who will readily cheer you on, or point you in the right direction if need be.

It is often pointed out in business publications that in order to succeed, you need to surround yourself with a "team" of like minded people - where to find them, I used to wonder? Look no further - they are here in abundance. Like minded people to cheer you on, like minded people to show you the way, like minded people who have gone before you and are now ready to share their knowledge with you, so that you can succeed too, because they want you to. Does it get any better than this? NO, IT DOES NOT. This really is it, here and now, so let's make the most of it - let's all grow and prosper TOGETHER.

Can I make it happen for you? No, I can not, it is still up to you, but help really is at hand, all the help, support and tools you will need.

And yes, it really IS free to start, free to see if it is for you, and only when you are ready to make full use of all the training, tools and resources which you will see are here, would you upgrade to Premium at a very affordable monthly (max $47) or yearly (max $359) membership. Too good to be true? NO, IT IS NOT - because it really is very very good and it is so very true!

Hi Vance
Thank you so much for stopping by. Apologies for the late reply but I've been away for a couple of days, only to return to find my internet down and unable to get back in until tonight. Thank you for your really kind comments. I took the liberty of reading your profile too and your comments echo just how I felt when I joined WA. It was a huge "Aha - I'm home at last" moment and from your bio and comments, I am sure you will be here for the long haul just like so many here. I may have to wait till I retire to get where I want to be, simply because I have way too much on my plate still - life and work - but I will pick away at it in the meantime anyway. Help is everywhere here and one just has to ask, (search bar at the top or Live Chat etc.) as I am sure you will experience for yourself. All the best for your success.

You ARE in the right place Katharina, and you are so right that hanging around with like-minded people will help you speed up the process to achieving success...

I have been here for 2 years and 27 1/2 months now, and would not dream of leaving for any reason. Of course, I have expanded my contacts in this world, but this remains the rock.

You have been here for quite some time I see. If there is anything I can do, let me know. We have to help one another and pull each other up.

Cheers!

That is so wonderful of you Dave, to check in to my profile and reaffirm what I have felt so strongly. Yes, I have been here quite some time, but after a few months here, decided I needed to focus on other things and could not justify the monthly fee at the time (I was pulled in different directions). I rejoined late 2014, but again, found job and family yanking at me and couldn't throw myself into it.

Been helping a friend with a book this last year, just finished - the relief is immense,- now I have that time to put in here. However, writing continues to tug at me, and I have a book project on the go myself, but I also want to promote WA as I believe in it so much, so I simply have to do it. To this end, I started Boot camp but then I felt I had to develop and succeed at a niche if I was going to try to convince people that they, too, will succeed here. Stumbling block - no area of expertise, other than my job - not really a niche.

So my job being pretty much IT, as far as any sort of expertise goes, and after unsuccessfully trying a water wise gardening niche, decided it was not for me, deleted the site, and decided\ to develop a site which offers a service to people who are managing their own rental properties and see how that goes. It should not be in conflict with my job, and if anything, may help it if people decide for one reason or another that they can no longer manage their own property and hopefully ask our agency to handle it for them if they are happy with the service I have provided for them.

Once I have that website in better shape I will also set up a blogging website (for reviews and fun stuff) and then re-continue where I left off with Boot camp - that website also needs resuscitating, I'm afraid. BUT, I have these three projects happening now, and I just have to get my head into my stumbling blocks (website development, social media and list building being the main ones). I have let these block me but realise it's time to really apply myself and get my head into these. I'm lucky I love writing, as obviously I will have to do plenty of that, but I realise that alone will not be enough.

Once I succeed here, there are so many people around me who would benefit form what WA has to offer, and I would love to be able to help them succeed too - my main motivation for doing this (apart from making some money for myself, too, to becoming financially independent at last. Sorry such a long post - your kindness and interest has opened the floodgates, lol!

Wow, Katharina, you have so much going on! That is wonderful and I think it keeps us going when we have an active lifestyle and participate in many things...

I keep myself pretty busy as well and would not have it any other way. The days, weeks and months fly by...Long term, I would also like to make more money so I can better take care of the grandkids for their future...

Also, NGO activities are a thing I have been involved with for a number of years off and on. At some point, I would like to shift focus to that almost 100% of my work time...

I know that many younger people are likely thinking why do these older people want to put themselves through such work and stress. If you love what you do it can't be work is my reply (but there IS some stress hehe)...

Staying involved keeps you young! Plus there is a good feeling knowing that what we do contributes in some manner to the common good and to the good of targeted individuals, as your efforts have...

A real pleasure to have met you here! Have a great day!

Thanks again, Dave. Age IS no barrier. I think it is sad that so many older folk throw in the towel on being productive and trying new things when they would have so much to offer, and much more fun and motivation to keep themselves active and well. Arthritis keeps trying to get the upper hand on me and I keep it at bay (one reason being I have to get up and drive to work,l lol); I found diet makes a huge difference and shed quite a few kilos of late, feeling much better, and now also switching over to green tea from my coffee addicted ways (by now having half a cup of coffee then finishing off with a cup of green tea - the coffee taste is no longer in my mouth so I am not wanting to follow up with another cup - really works and so much better for the brain and body (green tea works as a natural anti imflammatory agent in the body). Maybe not doing cartwheels on my 70th but maybe on my 75th! A pleasure to have met you too and have a wonderful day and week ahead! Now I'd better knuckle down and do some work, ha ha.

Thanks for your follow, response and lovely and equally thoughtful words, Svaata. Yes, I did join a long time ago, but when I first joined it wasn't really a good time for me and I left a few months after, then rejoined in 2014, but again, I was more or less just hanging in there, still not good timing but I always believed in WA as being the right and safe place at the right time to learn and grow a business online. Well, the timing is still not good but I am now going to make it work and that's that. I will keep at it till I can leave my day job or they carry me away in a box, lol! I want to do this for my family as much as for myself (to show them how).

I like your enthusiastic determination! :) Yes, I understand very well. I got started with internet marketing already in 2003, and tried many things, but was a bit too afraid of putting myself out there and also a bit ashamed of spending money on ebooks and trainings. It was such a foreign world to most of us at that time so people didn't really understand (nor support) me when I tried to explain them. That discouraged me quite badly. I started over a few years ago, and I'm now trying to stay positive and find like-minded people for support. Just thought I'd tell you my story as well and hope it might offer you some support too! :)
Reply
katzee Premium
There are probably more than a few of us with similar history - realizing we have stumbled onto something years back but due to lack of support and fear of ridiculed being held back too, and I told myself to "get real" after the naysayers had their say, but just couldn't turn away from it and when Kyle followed me up some years later I was so happy, even though I still couldn;t devote myself to it properly - I am on a mission now, however, slowly I go while working full time - whoever doesn't like it can show me something better (and they can't). But, like all the best things out there, one has to work at it, it won;'t be an overnight success (and why should it be?) and we just have to persevere and have fun while doing it. Baby steps and the occasional leap will get us there. I really appreciate your words of support and can relate to everything you have written. Let's follow each other to success!
Reply
svaata Premium
I agree with everything you said. You're definitely right that we're not the only ones with similar history. It's true that it's actually nice that it takes time and some effort to get success. I like it that there is time to consider what direction to take, and then to see how all the ideas and work actualizes.

I'm happy to hear that you are determined and ready to do all the work necessary. It gave me some enthusiasm to go on too! Let's just get back on track every time something is about to derail us! :)
Reply

Absolutely! A derailment is only a temporary mishap. A setback is a learning opportunity I like your suggesting :)

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

Hi Kyle,
Wonderful to hear from you - thank you so much for reaching out and I love that nothing really ever goes unnoticed here! Yes, I guess it was all about the niche that got me stalled. While I have put Bootcamp on the back burner for now, so that I can focus on the Certification Course with a niche of my choosing first, I will be looking in on Bootcamp as much as I can as I go along, so I am not too far behind to return to complete it too once I have finished the Certification Course, as I basically want to have them both working to complement each other, if that makes sense. If I'm going to be your oldest success story to make it to Vegas, so be it! Wouldn't this be a great headline -
GRANDMA MAKES IT TO VEGAS AFTER KILLING IT IN AFFILIATE MARKETING
I still don't have a lot of time, but then, neither did you and neither do a lot of other successful people - but I'm just going to get on with it.
Regarding niche ideas, as I have a great interested in gardening, and it is pretty broad, I particularly want to focus on the home gardener, and show them just what they can achieve in their own back yards or balconies if living in flats, so I do want to encompass a broader group of people and am aiming to run a blog directed at the home gardener, leaving it fairly broad. Am i being too ambitious with this?
Thank you again, for your kindly interest.

Hi Kyle
Gardeners in most of Western Australia are battling to keep their gardens green and hydrated in the long hot summers, and water costs are set to go up yet again, if you are lucky enough to be allowed to water your garden due to restrictions. "The water-wise garden" is a niche which occurred to me - what do you think? Is it narrow enough? I would think it would resonate with a huge audience, not only in Australia.
Reply
Kyle Premium
Yeah, that is most definitely the direction you could head with your niche. If this is something that you are passionate about, definitely go for it Katharina!
Reply
katzee Premium
Thanks Kyle - now I;m excited again - since mentioning it, I've been thinking non stop about it and wonder why I didn't think about it before - I am the owner of a big garden, thirsty for around 6 months of the year, and keeping it all going in summer and even "autumn" is such a challenge. I'll be building my niche and revolutionising my garden at the same time. AND I'm a "greenie" at heart. This was staring me in the face all along! Thanks for all the encouragement too. I just makes me feel even more like I'm on the right track and in the right place at the right time..

Hi Kyle
I messed up a bit by reading things incorrectly earlier on and instead of choosing a Siterubix domain, I went straight for a .com domain and then, of course, couldn't transfer it so I couldn't advance from the last lesson unless I ticked that box as though I was transferring it - didn't know what else to do.
Reply
katzee Premium
PS Kyle
I'm not really happy now with the Domain name I chose and in hindsight feel I should have chosen something with "waterwise" in it, rather than "waterless" (as in less watering) - I know I can't change it so maybe I should just delete it and start over with Site Rubix first, then transferring it to a better chosen .com domain name? In a bit of a quandry, but should I worry about it at this stage, or just move on and see how it works out anyhow?
Reply
Kyle Premium
It is better to move your website over sooner than later if you are going to be switching the domain.

We actually have a "Move" feature that you will see right within the SiteManager.

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites

You can move any domain to any domain hosted here at WA. For example, if you wanted to move your Siterubix website to a domain that you have purchased, then it is a very simple process.

The "Move" feature also handles for all proper redirects and SEO, it will transfer your site in its entirety and it is as simple as a few clicks. See attached screenshot for what I am referring to here.
Reply
katzee Premium
Hi Kyle
Thanks for that; I don't know why, but it didn't work for me (spent a couple of hours on it). I think I will just live with the domain name and see how I go - I have read a few times that the actual domain name is not that important. If the worst comes to the worst, I will set up a new website down the track and when going well, delete the old one.
Reply
Kyle Premium
A domain should be brandable and a .com. If you have followed those rules, then you will be fine.
Reply
katzee Premium
I think then I've still got a problem, as I don't see my domain as brandable. But I thought I couldn't change it? Should I delete the site and start again?
Reply
Kyle Premium
What is your domain?
Reply
katzee Premium
This is bad, I'm even embarrassed by it; instead of "the waterwise garden.com" I came up with "the waterless garden.com" (meaning water your garden less, but it just doesn't read right). I was in too much of a hurry to keep moving with it. Waterwise is recognised as water efficiency, water saving, etc and in our dry country it is highly promoted. Actually, it wasn't available which is why I had to come up with something else. Maybe "waterless" is OK - if nothing else, it might arouse curiosity?
Reply
Kyle Premium
Waterless sounds fine, I think it is captivating and intriguing. You are pushing the idea of water savings so I think this can work.
Reply
katzee Premium
I'm glad you think so, Kyle - it does re-assure me it could work, too. And I am also making use of the term Water Wise on the website itself, including the name, so I guess I cover it that way too. I have struck another problem, though - my theme won't let me organize my menu in the way described in your video; the page titles are all jammed up against the right hand side. I will re-watch the video in case I missed something. Thanks so much for the domain name feedback.
Reply
katzee Premium
PS (to the message below)
Just wanted to add please disregard the menu "problem" - I watched the video again and now understand that the menu can run down the side instead of at the top, then just need to arrange the pages in order of preference, top to bottom. Now getting on with it! Thanks Kyle.

Thank you for the follow back; Great that you have a sales and marketing background too - yes, it is challenging too, and I understand that meditation would be very helpful, as one is constantly having to push oneself in that environment (as you know). Having said that, it's the "bread and butter" of every business. I wish you every success.

He just wont use a litter box and much prefers to be outside - escapes through the dog door (have an inside dog) - however, he is slowly coming round to staying in at night, so I am getting somewhere.

Hi Jessica
Seems we have a lot in common, including Scrabble! I think if you study the market and then what it is that tenants want to live in, you can't go wrong, really. However, a lot of people buy the property they want, then wonder why it is hard to rent, as there are some common denominators which make properties easier or harder to rent. It is a combination of things. Price is important, too, of course, but not everything. Too often, investors forget renters are people, too, with real needs and wants.
Reply
Swangirl Premium
Here in Anchorage Alaska you can rent a cardboard box! It is a crazy rental market. You can't go wrong. It is also very expensive to get into. We don't want something shady in a bad part of town.
Reply
katzee Premium
Ha ha, all good. Seems you are in the right place to follow your dreams, then. Perth in Western Australia was like that a very few short years ago, but it is the opposite now, post mining boom with an oversupply of properties for sale and rent! Still, things go in cycles so it won't last forever. At the moment, it is a renter's dream!

We never had a real estate crash unlike much of the U.S. With the declining price of oil however, we may have our own crash here.

Hi Terry
Thank you for following me back. With Katharina, your can pretty much take your pick - I get Kat, Kate, Kathy, Katy but come to think of it, Kat makes sense and would end all the other shortenings! Thanks for stopping by, and saying hi. I am still learning too - it will be a neverending process, lol. Never mind, it will keep us young and fresh. Like a rolling stone gathering moss, more and more knowledge is "sticking" and I know a lot more than I did a year ago. Eventually I will know enough to be able to do something productive with it! Loving what we are doing is the key to staying with it until that happens, I believe. All the very best,

Hi Carol
Thanks for sharing that with me; the good thing about this great community is that when we need a break from our online tasks, we can always hang out here and meet wonderful and like-minded people or learn something new. I used to have misgivings about developing online relationships until I joined WA - it's an amazing community, and thanks also for sharing that you have met a soul mate and someone who understands where you have come from and what you have been through, online. Maybe there is hope for me yet, lol! I do need to update my profile, though, as I now have six grandchildren - Reuben is 5 months old already, and so adorable.

My newest one is almost 7 months and cute as can be; the product of my stepdaughter.. As for online, my husband believes it's the most antiseptic way to meet people (his words). We lived 4 hours apart and emailed for 2 months before we met. You can do this!

It would be an intriguing way to meet, too! I would never say never, but to tell you the truth, I am happy with the way things are, too. I have a wonderful family all around me and it can be quite challenging to keep up with them all, apart from work and WA! However, that said, there is nothing quite like having a soul mate of your own to share things with. If it happens once in your life, you are darned lucky, but for it to happen a second time, you are truly blessed.

Hi Katharina,
your profile pic came up on my "build your personal network" tab and with an iconic Aussie bear I just had to check and connect ! It also told me 'this person must be Australian, this person must be Australian and love Koala bears or someone who just loves Koala bears' ! So which one are you Katharina? Anyhow, Hi from from an Aussie new here at WA.

I had a quick look at your website and it is really inspiring. Made me wonder why you haven't gone to your own domain name ( dot com )? [ it is available and at good Black Friday price !! $9 / annum ] A few tweaks and you'll be powering away.

Great to see you are rejuvenation yourself and your dream.
All the best success.

Hello Rushton
Thanks for connecting. I really appreciate your kind and encouraging comments. Apart from the Community here, I don't know anyone in my day to day life who does this and sometimes in that situation one's confidence can flag, until you get a boost from someone who takes the time to comment, such as you have.
Ha ha, loved your deductions on my association with the true blue
Aussie bear and you are right in that I do love them and I am Australian (live in Perth too, in fact); wish I could have my own Koala but I have to be content with my faithful oldish black Lab/Cockerspaniel X and white socked black cat.
I have just been blessed with a sixth grandchild - beautiful little baby boy - three weeks ago.
On my website, thank you very much for your very positive comments. I still feel very passionate about it but have stalled due to outside pressures, and been frustrated that I need to get a handle on sharing and getting through the rest of bootcamp. I originally did set up a domain name on Namecheap but when I tried to apply it to the WA website, it didn't happen. As I just wanted to get going, I just set it up on Site Rubix and intend to transfer my own Domain name to it later on.
I rejoined only last year after being away for a few years and while I made good progress for a few months, I have fallen back due to work and family constraints, but I want to get back into the swing of things as I really am very happy to be doing this and would love to make a success of it. However, I will probably only continue to make slow progress as work is quite demanding and I don't have much staying power once I get home.
Apologies, I haven't checked if you have a website but will once I hit Reply - wish you all he best anyway. Great to read that you and your wife are enjoying travelling around and having some "me" time now that your children are grown up and doing their own thing.
All the best
Katharina

Hello again Katharina,

Congratulations on your 6th grandchild. Must be a bundle of joy.
Jill and I have 3 grandsons with our daughter. With school holidays coming on there will quite a few sleep overs I am sure.

I also know what it is like to have distractions. In the last month we have been renovating our bathrooms and laundry. So I am now just getting back in he bootcamp to finish my website.

Regarding the other members of WA here in Perth, I know of two living nearby South of the river. We are in Bibra Lake. Are you nearby?
One of the girls also suggested a catch-up which is a great idea. The wheels are in motion, we'll see if it happens before Christmas. :-)

Thanks for your kind offering. It was very hard for a long while, but as the children were so brave and everyone helped each other, I just had to make the best of it. They are all doing fine now and I am blessed to be able to be there for them when needed and in the meantime still have a good job and am free to learn all of this offered here (which I love to do) and participate in this fantastic community. Things have worked out OK - we do have our ups and downs (who doesn't) but in the overall scheme of things, I have been very fortunate with the way things are going.
Thanks for connecting and offer of help. Hope to be able to pay it forward too, going forward.

Hi Katharina!!

I first wish to offer my condolence to your loss and becoming a widow. My mother is recently widowed and so I know how hard it must be.

Thank you for following me. I am following you in return. Let me know if you need anything!!

Sorry that I missed your response, thanks for following back.
Yes, I live in Forrestfield (a suburb of Perth in Western Australia). Been to Adelaide a long time ago, it was lovely. I was also really pleased to learn of other Aussies at WA - there are quite a few of us here.
If there is anything I can help you with, let me know, and all the best - you really have made it to a great place for online learning.

Fantastic, Zlatan. Yep, step by step, and you will get there. If you feel stuck, just dig in deeper, and remember to ask for help, and you will find the way forward again. Happened to me time and again - my biggest drawback is I don't readily ask for help, so I stay stuck longer. Trying to mend my ways on this pointless trait. Here's to your success.

Hi Gadifi
Thanks for stopping by; I'm glad you found WA because it really is 'the real deal' and the more you look around here, the more you will discover. The pathway to success is clear - complete the Certification Course, or Bootcamp, check out the Training and Classrooms, ask lots of questions and before you know it, you will be on your way to success. Found this out late in the piece, doing now.

Hi Fred
It is a pleasure and an honour to meet you too - I read your profile and it really touched my heart to read your post "What Do You Do For a Loving". For me it would be via writing, but you do it in a much more practical way. There is so much negative material out there, I want to input positive material for people to read - a long way to go with that yet, but I am just finding my feet. I am aiming to get a website up for that, after my first one promoting WA which I believe is also giving hope and purpose to many of every walk of life, which is why I have decided to start with the Bootcamp course. All the best to you, and thanks for the follow too.

Hi Jack
Thanks also (for your follow). It's great to the see opportunities the internet has for us older folk who used to face being forced to see all our life work going to waste once we are past optimum employment age. Also, we are of an age who are used to figuring things out for ourselves, so we absolutely can make a go of this (I'm 68 this year) with all the help available here. That's not my photo either - most of my photos are from about 20 years ago, so I am waiting for an update to happen; looks like I will have to go with a "selfie", lol.
Stick with the training, classrooms and videos, and also there are many helpful and very experienced members here who can point you in the right direction when stuck.

Katharina,
I took the liberty to follow you.... Hope you dont mind ?
I was in the real estate/house building business for 35 years before I contracted a vision problem which left me half blind, and unable to perform manual work in the real estate business.
Maybe, in times to come, we can exchange a few ideas in this regard ? I would love to get your take on something I have been thinking of for a few years.
Take care and look after yourself.

THANK you for following me! I read your profile and saw your background in Real Estate/house building - there are a variety of ways to be involved in Real Estate, and mine is in Property Management, but of course I get information in the other areas too, just from working with people who are involved. Feel free to exchange any ideas anyway - I'm all ears (lol). I will put a photo up one of these days, but had nothing recent, always the one behind the camera and am not into selfies as yet. Might have to resort to one of those selfie-sticks. Now I am sort of used to being a Koala and it doesn't seem to be an issue here, so I'm not even sure if I want to replace the furry-eared image any more - not sure how it would come across on my PM card though (no photo required, thank goodness).
Take care of yourself, too.

Katharina,
Sure, once we got ourselves a bit more established here, then we can talk about real estate in general and I will run a few ideas by you.
One of my followers here on WA is promoting selfie sticks.... I just need to go find her and then I will pass it on to you to read her revies and recommendations.
Talk later.

Katharina, I see you are making some good progress through the Affiliate Bootcamp. Just wanted to pop by and see if you need a hand with anything?

I also wanted to mention the success rates of Bootcamp. Absolutely everyone that has taken action on all of the phases of Bootcamp has a business that is generating consistent income online. MANY of these folks are going to be at our super affiliate conference next year.

I want this to be you and I want you to succeed with your promotions. So, please promise me that if you ever need a hand or feel stuck as you move forward, that you will get in touch with me!

Trust me, I know things can be a little overwhelming sometimes and I don't want you feeling like that.

Anyways, just checking in. Get back at me if you need anything Katharina.

Hi Kyle
Thanks for dropping by and checking in. I have not lost faith, but my progress has been frustratingly slow, partly due to home and work commitments but also because, yes, I have been getting stuck.
However, I am discovering that instead of downing tools, by going back again and again, things do gel after a bit. I do forget to ask. Well, I hit a bit of a stumbling block trying to change my theme; bought a Child theme and then a framework with it, but I still can't get the background picture to come up, so went back to the original theme. Maybe I will leave it as is for a while. I hope to progress to lesson 5 over the weekend but there is still a long way to go! Thanks for your interest and offer of help. I'll just chug along and. turning a new page, will ask for help immediately I get stuck going forward.

Work at your own pace, this is definitely not a race and work through this when you get a chance. I personally started while full time in college, so I can totally relate to your situation.

As you start to see progress and results, you will naturally dedicate more time to your business, but I can absolutely assure you that with some hard work and dedication here, you are going to see results.

If you need anything going forward, let me know.

Thanks Kyle .... I have made some more progress on my site tonight and can't wait to get through the lessons now..... I will be applying myself every spare minute. Blown away how you manage to keep up with us all, though, and it was great to have you call by. Must admit I have just finished writing a 200 or so page book as well, which has been a side project I just had to complete. Getting it published next - that and website are twin dreams, but Bootcamp will take priority now till I have a fully functioning WA promoting website up and running. Thanks again for your interest and encouragement.

Awesome, if you can write (which it sounds like it is your forte), you can create a very successful business online. Writing will be the premise of all of your traffic, rankings, and revenue!

Hope you have a great weekend!

Thanks Kyle.....it does come naturally, and I really enjoy it - love the concept of Affiliate Marketing and promoting WA too, and helping people get their own online business up and running, so combining the two would be fantastic. Have a great weekend too.

Well, I did say I would turn over a new leaf and get in touch when I get stuck; this one is a problem for me: "Share WA in at least 3 places, the more the better" I guess I need to do something with Facebook and Twitter and email someone - I have hardly done anything with Social Media.
Reply
Kyle Premium
Yeah, don't be too concerned if you don't get all 3, but by all means if you have Facebook and Twitter accounts or people that you know that would be interested in WA, share your affiliate link with them along with help them understand what they get. :)

Hi Kyle
Just wondering. I know I have lots of work to do yet on my website but I was just wondering when would it show on the Websites list below my profile and blog list?
Also, Is it too soon to ask people to have a look at it and ask for a comment?
Another question: I am trying to set up a weekly blog on Affiliate Marketing on my Website (as one of my pages,), and would like to have all the blogs show up as on a list of blogs, newest top of the list. Are there any tips or training on this? Many thanks
Katharina

I see I will really have to familiarize myself with ways of sharing WA and make it second nature - this is really holding me back, probably more than anything else. Oh well, here goes.

You can get all of your affiliate links from the WA Affiliate Program page Katharina:

https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share

Here you will get everything from your stats, the program details and commission structure, your affiliate links, create your custom messages, get banners, and some other awesome features.

If you are interested in promoting WA, I highly suggest you work through the Affiliate Bootcamp. This is training that I created and put a lot of thought and energy into. It is very interactive and if you work your way through all of the phases I can assure you that you will have a business in place.

PS. Sorry about my delayed response, just returned from a week long cruise with my wife (first actual vacation in awhile). I promise moving forward I will be much quicker to respond.
