First, let me express my empathy for your condition and let you know that...YES...you can come back!
I was out myself for a while because of blindness and several other health concerns. I am struggling today, but I decided that I'd find ways around my ailments. My sight, by the way, is about 80% restored, so at least I can see well enough to type.
One thing you might want to do is check out some of the current speech-to-text programs available. I've used "Dragon Naturally Speaking" in the past, and it works quite well. There are others. As for cost, that is something I don't know.

Have you tried acupuncture? More than anything else, this has helped me to the point where I can type a little every day.
Take a break and heal, if that is what you need right now. Health must come first.

If people sign up for the $19 first month, your commission on that is $8. You get $1 when people fill out their profile and add an image to that profile (image and introduction).
As a Premium member, if people sign up after their trial period then the commission is $22.50. Starter members earn 1/2 of that and nothing for filling out the profile and image.
Kyle is referring to a calculation that breaks down the lifetime average value of a premium WA member (about 5 months) into a value per referal subscriber.
So as long as it costs you less than $7 in ppc to get a referral you should be profitable in the long run because of the average premium member spend is over $100...
You also have to budget your ppc budget and your affiliate commissions, because your outgoings will be immediate and your incommings staggered over future months.(5 on average).

My site is going better. I write contents for my site slowly because I'm not a good writer and I have to do a lot of reading before writing a page.
