I know, but Carson may never see it since it's not a PM. :) We've been trying to encourage Richard to purchase his domain back before it's too late and someone else grabs it.

It's definitely a long-shot that WA would still have a backup of a site after several years of not being a member. I do know, if Richard doesn't re-purchase the domain name, someone else will. That seems to be the most important first step.

You need to purchase the domain name URL if you want it... Site support cannot help you with this. You need to own the domain name then; if they have a backup, they'll sort that out for you :)

I have been gone for longer than that. No I didn't take any back up with me. I left it all here. How do I get it back. I need access to both site and email.

Well, as was mentioned in Live Chat, you no longer own the domain, so you need to re-purchase that.

I doubt it would be possible to restore your website, but click the Help button at the top of the screen and ask Site Support.

Hi Richard. As mentioned in live chat, you let your domain name expire. Your website and email and likely gone forever and you will need to start over. You can ask SiteSupport, but I don't think they keep backups that long. If you want the same domain name, I would suggest buying it again very soon before someone else does.

you need to change it to https if your site has SSL on.
