It claims to generate thousands of visitors every month. Anybody who encountered this Marketizator? Thanks.

Sorry. I have not used it. Most "traffic generators" promise a lot but really don't deliver.

I would be leary of using something that is built to game the system. These things pop up from time to time and eventually Google changes their algorithms and anything that isn't heading in their direction which is everything related to people looking for pure content gets stomped on and that could be your site if you are using programs to syphon traffic, just my thoughts, seen it happen over the years.

Thank you so much, Mike. I was thinking the same thing. Happily agreeing with you. All the best and more power!

Interesting, will love to know the outcome. Thanks.

Bishop

I haven't used Marketizator but on checking it out it seems to be popular. I see that it has a free version as well as a paid version but I am always cautious about using any program with a paid option to drive traffic to my websites, due to Google's regulations.

I would be interested to read about you results if you decide to go with it.

All the best :)

Thank you, Valerie. I will keep you updated. I will try it.

Never heard that yet. You'll try Coney? :)

Thank you, Pio. I will try it and will give you a heads-up. Have a great weekend.

Never heard of it. Is it a plugin?

Thanks for replying. Will try and give you a feedback.

Not heard of it as I am still new to all of this..... Looking forward to hearing of some of the answers.

Sure, JL. I will try and share with the group how it went through. Thanks and have a great weekend.

I heard some members are successful using Pintarest. Could someone provide a guide? How to start and how to do it? Thanks!

Hi Coney here is some training you might find useful

You made my morning brighter. Thank you, Mike and all the best.

The effect of Pinterest is to bring in visuals. This is a sure road to gathering attention (and traffic)

Thanks, that is an encouraging comment.

type pinterest in search above
heaps good trainings

I am short on time right now. I can explain later, if you haven't found the desired answer. Geoff

Tku Geoff. I got tutorials from several members like the training of Kyle, KatieMac as well as with Jvranges and other members input.

I wasn't big on it at first, but my wife was she uses it all the time. When I started using it at first I wasn't sure, but I can tell you my traffic exploded now, not all of it too my site, but several about my niche so the potential is there.

My average Daily Impressions is up 54% (3,440) and daily views is up to 115% (926). Monthly Impressions is up 41% (10,384) and monthly engagement 61% (298). I hope that shows the possibilities of pinterest.

That is huge compared to some of my other accounts like twitter, google+, and myspace.

So as recommended by others look at the training and start pinning.

There is Kyle's in lessons.

Thanks a lot for the reminder, Jvranges. Yes, I forgot it was under What Does Social Engagement Mean to Your Business-- a full context on Twitter, Facebook etc. Very valuable lessons.

Yes, got it, Thanks for the reminder.

I use pinterest and it can be very useful brings me traffic to I did a basic tutorial on setting it up etc, I also use a widget on my side bar so people can go from my site to see more visual stuff to

Thank you, Katie.

Yes - Here is another's memebrs training I hope this helps.

Super thanks, Vic. I was scouring about this subject here at WA, but did not find this.

No problem, I hope this help you out.

Vic, thanks again for taking the time sending the link. Very much appreciated. That is my goal for this year...be socially involved:-)

I have a website published 9 years ago & owns the domain. Left unattended because of my work load. I am now browsing , but cannot find it. Any help, please??

Yes, ti has happened to me too, and my was just about four years old. It seems that they don't save for so long if you don´t use it.

Good to know that I am not alone. Thank you!

Since it is old if you did not keep renewing the domain you will have lost it

Thanks for your insight, Katie. Much appreciated.

Try putting your domain name inside quotation marks " website name " this will narrow the search down incase it is way down in the search results, cheers Mike.

Was it hosted all this time?
Ed

Ed, you have a point. I cannot remember if I have missed payment on the webhosting. But domain I pay yearly. I have to see my records where it was hosted. Thanks for your input.

This will be interesting,I hope you find it and breath WA life into it. J

Thank you!

Unless it got deindexed for some reason, it should still be in Google. It probably just won't rank for any keywords. Did you try typing this into Google site:http://yoursitename.com

That should show you which pages are indexed.

Yes, it was under www and now tried also http:// It shows only an info as registered 6 years ago but no snippet of the website entirety. Thank you, Chris.

I'm not surprised to see it gone after that period of time. Can it be discovered on Google Analytics?
BTW It's good to see you haven't left yet.

Thank you. Will try!

Did you renew your ownership every year? If not, then you may not own it anymore.

Yes, Barry. In fact, I renew every year and paid lately. Reason why I thought of reviving it.

Due to personal priorities, I will be suspending my WA account temporarily. I have a NEW DOMAIN pointed to WA, but with no website development yet. My question, do I have to

If you are not using your domain then change the dns address back to where you purchased your domain and leave it parked until later. You will have to continue to pay the annual fee for keeping the name though.
Good luck, cheers!

Thank you so much, Gerald. All the best to you!

Am late. You already have been answered

Never is too late. I appreciate taking the time connecting. Very much appreciated, J.

Oh! Thank you.

Your new domain name is not a problem, you can just leave it without hosting until you're ready to start using it. Your other domain(s) will need to be hosted somewhere if you want to keep working on it. Or backed up to your computer http://wealthyaffiliatetv.com/back-up-wealthy-affiliate-website or

Super thanks, Marion for the help and tutorial. Very much appreciated.

I would change the Name Servers back to the company where you purchased the Domain.
Best wishes and hope to see you again soon :)

Thank you, Valerie. All the best to you, too.

Hi if you don't use it you don't have to host it. You can leave it in the domain account where you bought it when you are going to use it you will need a hosting, As been said look for a cheap one with a lot of free space and free domains names.Hope it helps.

Much appreciated! All the best to you.

All the best to you Coney. Hope to see you again soon. Maybe you could do like Frank.
Marilyn

Yes, that is a very good and effective solution. Thank you, Yenomym.

I have one floating that I got through GoDaddy and it was about $113 for the year. I'd recommend going with namecheap, however.

Thank you for the suggestion, Frank. I appreciate it.

You need a hosting company even if you plan to park the domain. If you leave WA and the domain is on it's servers you will need to move it. They give you 30 days, but, for me, I would move it before you go there are many hosts like Namecheap, try to find something cheap.

Thank you, William. Will do as advised.

If you wish to come back, you can leave it floating but I would suggest, if you want to continue working on it, that you host it somewhere else.
If it's a FREE website from WA, you won't be able to transfer it.

Thank you and all the best!
