Many times I get this and it is the interconnect connection - If I am doing things here in Lithuania all ok but as soon as I go to the WA site everything goes so slowly things drop in and out and it is really hard to do things and sometimes I have to leave what I am doing until traffic slows down

I want to redirect a page URL to another Page URL.
Ex. redirect www.domain.com/product1 to
Hi Gerald, I'm not sure if it will work, but there is a Wordpress plugin called "Pretty Links" that may do the trick. I used it in the past and it did what I needed. It might be worth a try. Good luck.
Gerald, I have been using a plugin called "Quick Page/Post Redirect" that works for me. For your example, create a page on http://domain.com named product1 - it can be empty. Below the content box you will see a the options for redirect. Make redirect active and paste http://www.domain03.com/product3 in the destination URL field.
That's it!
Hope it works for you.

I had a WP site previously and I just went to the admin section and it gives you the redirect option at the cost of $13 as long as you own the domain name of both sites. My old url at www.letcopyhoundtellyourstory.com now goes automatically to my new site through WA freelancewithcopyhound.com and it took me 5 minutes to switch it over this morning. Hope this helps.
Thank you for sharing. I believe that will direct anyone typing in the domain name, I don't know if that will direct the full extension of my link as there will not be any matching link on the other site unless there is a way for me to tell where it should go for each link.
Rationale: I have a Facebook PPE ad that I have been running with lots of engagement 3000+ Likes, 300+ comments, & 300+ shares. I am using a new site and if I change the link address on the ad Facebook will take away all the Likes etc.
Cheers!
My FB did not change but old posts now go to the new domain. I just know the redirect I did was very simple but I had already imported my old site into the new one before I did the redirect.
You go to your import/export feature in the old site and export a file to your own computer. Then you go into the WA site and go to the import feature. It will ask you to select the file to import from your computer. Just click on the file like you would an attachment. It will convert it to whatever theme you are now using and then you may need to go back and adjust menus to correspond to the new theme. If you can find your own theme in the WA site you should change that before the import. I had the Canard theme but now have 2016. When I imported from Canard to 2016 I had to adjust my menus as Canard allowed 3 menus and 2016 only 2 menus. You'll have to play around with it a bit. Good luck.

Thank you for your question Gerald, and I think maybe it is something that you need further help with like site support. So far no one else is experiencing this issue.
Thanks for your response Linda, cheers!
