Hi. My name is Barry. I am a retired auto mechanic, and retired Distributor of Mac Tools. I have also been an avid horseman in the past, and volunteer with the US Forest Service, National Park Service, BLM and County Sheriff Search & Rescue. I first tried creating an online business way back in the early 90's. We all know how "easy" it was back in the day, right? I've tried a couple times since then with the same dismal result. Now with Wealthy Affiliate things are quite a bit different. This time I will succeed.

Good morning to you Barry, my name is Ken and I welcome you to WA and thank you for the follow. I'm following you back. You are correct, back in the days when I wore a young man's shoes the Internet was different.
It was full of gurus that wanted big bucks to build you a website. I chose the alternative, I did it myself. I started with eBay, then progressed to SBI. Wordpress came out shortly after that. It was free, I taught myself made just enough to keep me trying harder.
Then I found WA and been here ever since. I am a printer by trade, approaching retirement, wish to get out early by working from home. As you say, with WA, all things are possible.
I look forward to working with you and wish you much success and prosperity in your journey.

Barry, nice to hear from you. I look forward to getting to know you my new WA friend.

Just took a look at your gun website and left a comment. You have to jump hoops to get guns over here.

Work hard, have some fun and don’t forget to ask questions.
A very nice boss once told me, ‘Helen, when you ask a silly question everyone else breathes a collective sigh of relief because they don’t have to!’ And that is so true. No question is silly so ask away. If I can’t help I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Now let us keep in touch.

Hi Barry, nice to meet you :) Thank you for the follow! I am no auto mechanic but am being forced to learn now as my poor old girl ('98 Dodge Dakota) is finally showing her age. Thankfully, there are quite a few YouTube video's on various fixes. I wish you much success. I'm sure you will succeed this time because you are here and this is the place for success.
Cheers,
Dawn :)

Thanks Barry for following me. As you can see I am following you too. I too fell victim to unsuccessful attempts of online business ventures until I found WA. I'm sure we will cross paths again here at WA University.

Until then best wishes for your continued success.

Thanks for "following" me and being a part of WA. I've been here about as long and am still building our my website. Much success with yours. PSheridan just shared with all of us his "thought for the day": You can change your plan but never change the goal. Good thought. Ted
