Hi, Everyone

I'm really hesitant to write this as this is NOT a pity party post, but more a question about patience. I'm not going anywhere, but I would like a little i

You do not say anything about ranking of your posts. If you base your activity on organic traffic, then ranking is the first thing that must be there. If you are not ranked well, you will not see traffic.

Make sure you do not target high QSR, otherwise it will be hopeless.

From what you write, I fell you do not know how to check ranking. The G+ mentioned is not a true ranking, this is your browser playing with you. Ranking must be checked incognito. Let me know if you need more, can give you links to my trainings.

Also Warren, if you want you can share one of your blogs from your site right here or send it to me in a message. I'll check it out to see where I might be able to assist.

The RIGHT keywords are very important for organic traffic and I'm sure I can give you some pointers on where you might be leaving some "traffic" on the table.

22 posts isn't exactly a "huge" number because you might be competing against sites with hundreds of them... but if you've made 22 and NONE of your traffic is organic it'll be worth it to take a closer look.

Let me know when you can,

Thanks

Hey Warren um... I had a ton to say in this response but I deleted it all and I'll just direct you to this webinar by Jay. Things got so clear to me once i watched it. Also, I'd sign out of Google+ and even try another browser, THEN check to see if my latest posts are still on the first page.

Hope this helps.

Hi Warren,

I guess keep wading through with each article or post making sure you are using relevant keyword and an engaging content on each posts for your respective niche.

You will definitely be discovered sooner or later :)! I know you want to be discovered now but we are at the mercy of Google so to speak. They do whatever they want! Patience like you said will have something to do with this but...
You got to be doing your part, keep writing!

Regards,

Sidney

Hey Warren,

No problem asking your question. Don't think anyone will see this as a pity party ;-)

Think you might find watching the following video advantageous to you: I know I sure did!

Hope this helps you.

Thanks, Triblu. I didn't ask it for the money. I know it takes a while, but I thought you might see some progress on searches along the way. I'll check it out. Thanks. Warren

Hi, all. Doing a screenshot on Windows 10 is pretty simple, but I'm wondering how to do it and only show the material you are looking at. I always get the tool bar at the top

If you have MS Office, Notebook has a great little snippet tool that captures whatever you are displaying, allows you to crop it, then drops it into your Notebook. You can save it there or save it to another location.

I do ! Thanks for the info. Warren

I like faststone capture

Snagit

Windows Snipping Tool! Free and is baked into Windows!

Yup. That's what I use in most cases, too. :)

Hi I use fireshot, it produces good quality images of your screen which you can save in various formats and use at a later time.

I use Jing

You can use Paint to size down your toolbar through cropping.
It's very convenient. Refer the following and have handy.

You either have to cut it away manually (e.g. in Paint) or use a software to take screenshots.

Most Windows computers have the "snipping tool" installed by default.
Search for it on your computer. You might have it, too.

Thanks. This really helps!
Warren

No problem.
Did you find the tool?

Actually you don't have to cut it away. Just select the bit you want and copy and paste it to a new Paint file. Then go to the bottom right and grab the handle. Move that up to the bottom right of the copied image. Then you don't have to muck around cutting bits out here and there.

Doing this makes the page the same size as the image you want.

Yeah,
there are many ways doing this.

If I use Paint, I usually select what I want to keep and crop it.
After that, I resize the image to my liking.
It is usually too big anyway to put on a website. So I just reduce the size.

I use Leoemery's method of resizing.

Sweet.
Another one would be tinypng.com

Hey Waren,

I had the same issue and Marion Black's training saved me: Hope this helps you.

there is some extra training as sometimes some posts or pages are not https when you switch over, and you should make them so - eg use the search bar too to find more

Is it possible to have both http and https on your site?

Hello
Go on google.com
type site:mywebsite.com
if you receive results from this query, this means your website is indexed in google.

so my website name is www.smarttvworld.com
so what i do is go to google, and type "site:smarttvworld.com" results were returned by google, so that means my website was indexed.

Thanks. I really appreciate it.

Hi, Everybody.

I've was checking out my Site Health today and so far everything is looking great! I DID notice that my " #of Plug-Ins" is at 70%. and it's been that

Great question. I have been successful using 6 to 10 plugins on my sites.

here is Jay's training on the use of PI's Warren!

If you have 5 – 6 plug-ins you should be 100%.

Here is a post that might help you with "how important the site health bar is": Advanced WA Members consider it more or less a guideline.

Thanks, Henry

You're welcome!
