I have been granfathered for the $299/year for as along as I am here. Do I have a choice to for go this sale and paid when my expiration comes near?

BF 2021 offer is same as your current plan for premiums, however it is $499 yearly grandfathered if you were to upgrade to Premium Plus subscription (i.e. not subject to price increase) as you remain subscribed to the platform.
You always have a choice..

Why am I to pay my yearly membership dues for black friday sale?

Once you sign up for annual and get you the Black Friday price, the price will never change and you will be billed yearly until you cancel your membership.

I have a domain name solely for forwarding to another site currently with Godaddy. Can it be transfer here? Also can it be secured with the SSL? P lease, I am not building a we
You may transfer or point to WA servers (if transferring domain has to end in .com, .net or .org.
To update your domain DNS settings to point to WA. Here are the DNS settings.
ns1.mywahosting.com
ns2.mywahosting.com
These settings will be updated within your domain registrar (where you purchased your domain) after the transfer has taken place. How to Transfer a Domain Name to Wealthy Affiliate How To Point Your Domain Name To WA NEW Go Daddy DNS details to make it work: To transfer your domain here you need login current registrar and fetch the EPP code, there's a one year charge of $15, privacy included. One year more will get added to your domain.
Also it has to have passed the grace period of 60 days.
In site domains settings you can redirect your domain.
That's websites tab top menu, then site manager > site domains.

Please how do I transfer a domain from Click Funnel to host at Wealthy Affiliate? Actually wanted to move the website but I don't think it is possible given it is not a Wordpre
You will be probably able to migrate thr domain but as you said they are different engines. Your website layout and settings cannot be transferred from Clickfunnels to WA. As of the database, I would say it can be backed up and brought to your new WP site but for better info check with site support.
