Hi, I am Jay Patterson and it is great to meet you.
Team building, management, supervisory, problem-solving, training, technical repair, coaching, consulting, and executive-level experience in U. S. Navy Fast Attack Submarines and corporate service delivery companies.
Raised in North Dakota and have lived in Illinois, Connecticut, California, Virginia, Georgia, South Dakota, Iowa, and currently in Missouri. Travelled the world above and below the ocean's surface which is an experience unequaled.
Bride of 30 plus years, two grown professional children, and always a fur-ever home for rescued dogs and cats. Love the outdoors, ATVs, kayaking, camping, photography, motorcycles, old cars, cooking, a great cup of coffee, and to letting my hair down although it is thinning out.
Please feel free to visit my first website and provide feedback. Thanks, Jay

Hi Jay,
Thank you for the follow! It's nice to meet you here and be a part of your network. It's always awesome to find people with the same interests here too...I see we have quite a few in common... animals, nature, coffee, photography, camping, and yes, even old cars, lol. That is awesome that you and your wife always have a fur-ever home for dogs and cats!
Wow, I'm sure that is quite an experience traveling in a submarine! I also need to say Thank You for your service in the U.S. Navy and keeping our country safe!
See you around WA!
Best wishes :) ~Sherry

Sherry, Thank you but it seems like a lifetime since I last set foot on a submarine. I agree we do have much in common and it is a small world.
I was bucked off of a horse into a barbed wire fence when young so prefer transportation without a brain. Of course, the horse was old so I should not have been on her. We do love to see the Mustangs in TR national park in North Dakota though since they are so majestic.
Our youngest just moved out for the second time so we are empty nested now... we are lucky to see our kids weekly for support but it is a hole.
Take care, Jay.

Sure is a small world indeed, wish I had known about the mustangs in TR national park during the few years when we lived in ND years ago...
And, Ouch! That must have hurt...guess I can't blame you for preferring transportation without a brain! They sure have minds of their own, the worst fall I've had was landing flat on my back when the saddle slipped upside down, and getting the wind knocked out of my sails for a bit. Good thing I was a kid at the time, lol.
I know what you mean to a point anyways since our eldest moved out...a lot quieter around here even though we still have our son home with us. They grow up so quick!
Best wishes :) ~Sherry

Sherry, where did you live in ND? I am originally from Jamestown but left for the Navy at 17... it is still home since most relatives are still there. Have a great day, Jay

We lived in Minot, just for about 3 years, since hubbies parents moved there, then moved back to Upper Peninsula of Michigan in 2000, which is where I was born and raised. Most of my family is here. Well, some of my hubbies family too, since they moved back here not long after us, lol.
Hope you have a great day too! ~Sherry

Good afternoon Jay,
Reading your profile I see there are many things I could comment on but I will only do it on my favorite little piece. Fur-home for abandoned cats and dogs. Missu came walking in as a baby in 1995. Sasha was put out at the main gate, 500m. away from my house, at the age of 4 weeks, on Oct. 2010.
Jasmin, also 4 weeks old, was sitting, as a small black spot, in the middle of the road Sept. 2013.
Cindy, my dear Rothweiler lady from the dog rescue Jan. 2007, she was 1 year old at that time.
Michael and Shugar, not really rescued but they were a bit lonely.
I always say this to the new people I meet here if you need a good source for writing have a look at my WA post on the Spanish priest and the world library, amazing things can be found there
Thank you for the follow and all the best.
Regards, Taetske

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".
I know, same thing happened to me when I started.
I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.
Get back to me when you get the chance! :)
