Hey Jay great to meet you too. Your blog looks good - i especially like the full screen photos at the top of page.

Nice work with the dieting...and yup i hear you! For me the best thing ever has been fasting (i don't eat for 24 hours once or twice per week)...and this gives a weight loss of around 1 to 2 lbs / week.

Cheers,
Dave

Hi Jay, nice to hear from you. I look forward to getting to know you my new WA friend. Sorry about the delay in responding but I am a bit slow at the moment. Trying to do too many things at once.

I am not sure about the submarine. I am not claustrophobic but being in one for any length of time would be quite off putting.

I just commented on one of your posts and boy was it a good post.

If you have time I would love it if you visited my website and left a comment on a post, any one will do. The site address is fantasy-sci-fi-vision.com

Keep working hard, having fun and don’t forget to ask questions.

A very nice boss once told me, ‘Helen, when you ask a silly question everyone else breathes a collective sigh of relief because they don’t have to!’ And that is so true. No question is silly so ask away.

If I can’t help I might be able to point you in the right direction.

Now let us keep in touch.

Ciao

Hello Jay,♫Welcome! Nice to meet you ツ I wish you a lot of learning pleasure and fun on WA. Thank you for adding me to your network.

From the start, I have written training for every issue I had problems with myself. I made an addition for After The Walkthrough. Also a list of 1001 niche ideas, a checklist with 25 points to go through before you publish a post, 101 blogging ideas when you get stuck and an A-Z WA dictionary. I just love lists:) It has been very helpful to a lot of people. I just wrote my 102nd training for WA. I have categorized them in one blog you can find on my profile. It's the first website link right under “Follow me on” (click on my picture to get there). I hope to help you with those.

If you have any questions, please reply to this message or leave a comment on my profile.
Success building your business in 2017. See you around, Greetings Loes

Hi Jay! I grew up near Albany, Georgia. I live in Northern Virginia now - in Burke to be exact. I's about 15 miles from Capital Hill aas the crow flies. Weve spent a lot of time in the Norfolk area. My daughter did competitive gymnastics from 8 years old until sshe was 18. They had 2 or 3 big meets in that area. Also, my youyoungest had his nig baseball jamboree in Virginia BeaBeach every year until his local league stopped participating because of money issues. These things came all at about the same time.

I hope you have a great Friday and a great weekend!

Hi Jay,

Having just read your post about camping at Cloud 9 ... I am envious of the countryside over there.

We here in Australia have similarly beautiful locations and I am sure that you enjoy your outdoors as much as we do ours.

Would love to experience camping in your backyard one day.

It is on my bucket list!

Hi Jay! Wow, your accomplishments and lifestyle are amazing! I respect all you do! You have had such a full and adventurous life already! Nice connecting with you here.

I had a dog I rescued as a golden retriever pup (2 weeks old) with a broken hind leg. I found her in the woods with a whole litter of Goldens and decided to keep her immediately and found nice homes for the others. The vet wanted to put her to sleep, but instead I paid to have her leg set in a cast and she (Odie) went on to be the best dog ever for 12 wonderful years! She went everywhere with me (even to work where I found her) and we were inseparable. She passed away in my arms a few years back. I have always rescued kittens, too and have 3 cats currently. Two of my cats passed in my arms, too. Whiskee was 16 and Sparkee,18. We had a rescue cat growing up (Taffy) who lived to be 28 and died in her spot near the heater in the bathroom in her sleep. Glad to meet another animal lover! Well, see you around!

Thanks Erin, We had a Golden/Lab rescue and he was truly my best friend for 14 years. When we lost him, we waited five years to bring in another large dog because he left such a void. Thanks for your love of animals and they are by far the best judge of character. Jay

Sherry, Thank you but it seems like a lifetime since I last set foot on a submarine. I agree we do have much in common and it is a small world.

I was bucked off of a horse into a barbed wire fence when young so prefer transportation without a brain. Of course, the horse was old so I should not have been on her. We do love to see the Mustangs in TR national park in North Dakota though since they are so majestic.

Our youngest just moved out for the second time so we are empty nested now... we are lucky to see our kids weekly for support but it is a hole.

Take care, Jay.

Sure is a small world indeed, wish I had known about the mustangs in TR national park during the few years when we lived in ND years ago...

And, Ouch! That must have hurt...guess I can't blame you for preferring transportation without a brain! They sure have minds of their own, the worst fall I've had was landing flat on my back when the saddle slipped upside down, and getting the wind knocked out of my sails for a bit. Good thing I was a kid at the time, lol.

I know what you mean to a point anyways since our eldest moved out...a lot quieter around here even though we still have our son home with us. They grow up so quick!

Best wishes :) ~Sherry

Good afternoon Jay,

Reading your profile I see there are many things I could comment on but I will only do it on my favorite little piece. Fur-home for abandoned cats and dogs. Missu came walking in as a baby in 1995. Sasha was put out at the main gate, 500m. away from my house, at the age of 4 weeks, on Oct. 2010.
Jasmin, also 4 weeks old, was sitting, as a small black spot, in the middle of the road Sept. 2013.
Cindy, my dear Rothweiler lady from the dog rescue Jan. 2007, she was 1 year old at that time.
Michael and Shugar, not really rescued but they were a bit lonely.
I always say this to the new people I meet here if you need a good source for writing have a look at my WA post on the Spanish priest and the world library, amazing things can be found there

Thank you for the follow and all the best.

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

What's up Jay!

It's John from the Work at Home Jobs site, in case you didn't remember!

I just thought I'd not only welcome you, but also help you get started on the right track so that you're not confused with anything like you probably already are.

First off, you'll want to put a pic up (preferably of yourself) and say a little something about you so it can be easier for others to help you, which you can do by clicking on the little square with a question mark up on the right.

Starting out, there are only 2 things you really need to know.

1. People who TAKE ACTION by asking questions and interacting within the community are much more likely to be successful and learn this stuff faster than someone who joins and does nothing.

2. The level 1 certification course will explain the process of how to make money online and you should have a pretty solid foundation built by the end of this course as well.

By lesson 4 you should have your first site up and running, which I'm sure you'll find to be an accomplishment on its own.

Click the link below to get started on your first lesson and you'll be on your way. Also don't forget that if you have any questions, you can respond to this message and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I hope this helps Jay and welcome to the wonderful community here at WA!

Your friend,

John
