Just curious as I am a new member here. Why are you looking at getting reimbursement? Are you not happy something or its just a personal decision ? Is there anything we need to be careful of?
This is a great business if you work at it. Like in all businesses, some people make it work for them and others don't. I have been with WA for nearly a year now and I love it. Jim
Not true and you dont know why these people are requesting a refund. Your ignorent for even commenting like that. I dont want to quit this either and I see the value but this is technology and I had a billing problem also.
Hi - as the terms and conditions specifically state there are no refunds, then I am not aware of anything else you can do, other than await Kyle's response.

Hello. May I ask how was this issue resolved for you? Im going through something similar myself. Though I dont want to leave just pay monthly. I have been messaging anyone I can for 6 days and no response. Thank you

Unless there's a way for me to access and change the CNAME and A Record to allow connection with Shopify, I will need to transfer my domain hosting to another provider.
You can't make the change yourself but you can open a ticket with Site Support to do it for you. Go to Help Center > Site Support and fill out a ticket. They should be able to do it for you quickly.
If you still want to transfer your domain out, initiate the transfer with whoever you want to move it to, go to Websites>Site Domains and then click on settings next to the domain in question. Navigate down to Transfer Domain, unlock the site transfer lock and e-mail the EPP code to yourself. Finish the transfer with whoever you're transferring to.

Liked the basic concept of why people are fed up with working,, but feel that you may have missed a trick in not really pushing WA. As is said below, free start up, training and website, no credit card. Something like "Are you ready to get out of the rat race and have a better life which you control, if so go to Wealthy Affiliate where you will find these benefits...."
Just a thought but I did enjoy reading it.
Hey there. You make a compelling argument in your post. I think most corporate/office culture mid-level employees feel undervalued and underpaid. I like the link to the "history of the 40 hour work week". I love stuff like that. My wife says I have a head full of useless information. Anyway more to the point...the absolute best CTA for wealthy affiliate is the 30 day free trial..no obligation..no credit card required..try it for free angle. Really your job is just to get them here and if there is no risk involved how hard is it to click? Once they are here and see all the training and support available and all the resources if they are serious at all then it's a pretty easy sale. You might want to personalize it. How did you get here? What's your honest opinion? What do you hope to accomplish? You get the idea. Good luck to you. Much success.
