Loss of domain, hacker, and bank problems are going to keep me off the web for quite awhile
Hi - it is clearly covered in the terms and conditions which you are expected to read before entering into any financial transaction.
"Subscription to Wealthy Affiliate Premium and Paid Services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis (as per the option you have chosen when you purchased Services) and are non-refundable for the subscription period they are purchased for."
been a premium member for exactly ! month. got billed yesterday for this month. I cancelled my membership today. will I be reimbursed for this month? thanks in advance mike
As I understand it, there are no refunds offered. However, you can cancel your premium membership and billing will stop in the next cycle.
You should reach out the site support directly instead, they respond real quick, seems like a bigger issue.

Diana.......
If they let someone take over your domain, I think that negates the contract...at least that's what my lawyer says..............................
Your purchased domain? That is yours to keep, providing you keep up the annual payment. If you fail to pay for it, then it goes on to the open market, and anybody can purchase it.

This is because of not having a domain, the hacker and my bank problems.
You don't need to ask twice, as your original question is still visible. Here is my reply "Have you actually cancelled your membership? You need to click on your profile photo, go to account settings, then membership and cancel billing. This is the only way to cancel, no one will do it for you.
There are no refunds. I notice that yesterday you were asking how to change payment details, so you were obviously not thinking of cancelling then."
Can you tell me when my refund is going through?

About my question regarding card number change.......there's no answer
You got a reply from Leo and Snazzy to your original question
Go to your profile top left then click account setting from there you can change your account details also if you are using PayPal you will need to let them know as well
I see a few answers and I answered too. Also you waited a whole 3 minutes before saying you haven't received an answer yet....
Hi, you will need to ask Help Center - you just need to type and make it a general enquiry.
However, you can also PM Kyle directly.
Nothing there from my question, why is this to difficult?
