Hello. May I ask how was this issue resolved for you? Im going through something similar myself. Though I dont want to leave just pay monthly. I have been messaging anyone I can for 6 days and no response. Thank you

Just curious as I am a new member here. Why are you looking at getting reimbursement? Are you not happy something or its just a personal decision ? Is there anything we need to be careful of?

This is a great business if you work at it. Like in all businesses, some people make it work for them and others don't. I have been with WA for nearly a year now and I love it. Jim

Not true and you dont know why these people are requesting a refund. Your ignorent for even commenting like that. I dont want to quit this either and I see the value but this is technology and I had a billing problem also.

Hi - as the terms and conditions specifically state there are no refunds, then I am not aware of anything else you can do, other than await Kyle's response.

You have to cancel your premium membership yourself: Your billing will stop in your next billing cycle; WA does not offer refunds.

Unless there's a way for me to access and change the CNAME and A Record to allow connection with Shopify, I will need to transfer my domain hosting to another provider.

You can't make the change yourself but you can open a ticket with Site Support to do it for you. Go to Help Center > Site Support and fill out a ticket. They should be able to do it for you quickly.

If you still want to transfer your domain out, initiate the transfer with whoever you want to move it to, go to Websites>Site Domains and then click on settings next to the domain in question. Navigate down to Transfer Domain, unlock the site transfer lock and e-mail the EPP code to yourself. Finish the transfer with whoever you're transferring to.

I need a business roadmap, and maybe live coaching to provide structure and accountability. Thoughts?

I'm in agreement with Loes, there is no better route than affiliate bootcamp.

I reckon you have done the WA course, that's the best structure you can find here.
This isn't a roadmap but can be very helpful too

There is no roadmap currently available here. It's on my list to create one based on the training, but I think you're looking for something more general in nature. I would check out resources at places like the Small Business Administration if you're in the US.

OMOT - Been there. Done that. Not total rookies. Let us know when you have your roadmap devised.
