I've created 3 new pages, and, although, I can write on them, I can't get separate entries like the blog on my home page.
Hi!
So... think of it this way... A "page" will be like Nutrition Advice, and house your posts or articles that have to do with that topic. Nutrition Advice may be a menu item and when clicked it goes to that "page" that houses all blog posts with that category. Remember that google ranks "posts" or articles independently from your actual site.. so what needs to be keyword rich is the post itself, and not the page... unless you want the page to have static content that converts.
Hope that helps a little!
Best,
James
Pages are for static content that does not change. Posts are for the blog roll. Your static pages are things like 'about me' and your privacy policy - these will not change often over the life of your site. Your dynamic content goes on your blog.
Wow. That sounds messed up. I have other websites hosted elsewhere. Each of them lets you pick what format you want for each page. Guess I'll have to rethink my new pages. Damn.
K. I'll do some crying in my beer and rebuild. I can make it stronger, faster, and twice as absorbent than the leading brand.

How do I get the new pages I created to be in blog format?

It has to be a post to have it show up on your blog roll. Pages are for your main pages like about me, privacy policy and disclaimer pages. I hope this answers your question.

How do I make the link addresses in my profile actually link up to the websites?
You mean on the WA profile? That is not possible, I haven't found it yet how, so when you find a way, please tell me how
You might consider copying the links and using the Managing my Sites button on the right side of your profile page to add these sites along with your other websites. I know the links are valid because I used them so it should work fine to copy and paste. This also makes them very visible for everyone.
You first highlight the words you want the link to be in, then copy your profile link: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/gerbitzgyah and paste it into the Linking Tool in your post menu bar. See attached.
Please let me know if this works for you, or if you need further help. :)

How do I get a link to appear as a link?
Go to your dashboard, find appearance and click on that you will see widgets and click on that. It has to open a widgets page and find text box (html), drug that to your sidebar, it will give you space where you can paste your link. save it. You will be done. Now check it on your site!
I hope this will help.
