How do I edit my site in wordpress?
Hi there,
Do you mean you want to log in to WordPress directly, rather than from the WA platform..?
If so, you need to go to the WordPress login page which you'll find by adding /wp-login.php to your domain name when you're viewing your site in a browser. Here's an example:
your-website-domain.com/wp-login.php
You will need the username and password that you created in Site Manager when you set up the site.

That's great you create your wordpress website congrats. I'm not an expert, but I've just pass through this step. I believe you have to access your back office which is at the top on the left side, so as you can edit your website.

where is the membership renewal page?
Hi, Allen! My renewal came as a pop-up.
Having joined in October 2017, then upgrading to Premium, ...my renewal will be due Dec8th, and I'm grandfathered for the Black Friday cost!!
I just needed to make sure payment came from card on file, which was personal debit. I did switch to my business card.
This is the best educational investment we can make!

just so you know, pretty much everything is on this platform on-line for you to access, including your accounts.
simply go to your WA profile > Account Settings > Subscription Settings > billing - membership - payment source ... follow the prompts and complete or amend as needed ...

Hello AllanSiegel, You might want to save some money by upgrading during black friday. Also, I personally would keep my site here at WA for several reasons.
If you're able to keep the site at WA, site safety is covered and that one thing alone will take a load off your mind.
It's something to consider.
PS. I do not benefit when and if you should, I just feel it's a good value and a bit more stress free.

Thanks, Marion. My renewal date is tomorrow, but I want to keep my site(s) for another web host. If I cancel today, will I lose my site. Another WA affiliate commented that there is a 30 day "grace" period before the site disappears from WA. Can you please confirm one way or another.
you have access to sitedomains to be able to move or transfer your site after leaving.
after 30 days it gats a bit more difficult -so its best to do transfer or move your sites within this time period.
if your domains are coming up for renewal and you have fonud a better price then it might be worth transferring them - it will cost you a years ownership anyway and this time is added to your site.
if you are mid term then just changing the nameservers will host it at another hosting site.

I really hate to see you leave is there anything that we can do to try to convince you to stay, this really is a great opportunity you are passing up on. You could just simply become inactive on the platform, and use the hosting services only, that way you will still have everything WA offers if your situation changes.
I strongly suggest that you transfer your domains and make sure they are up and running at the other hosting service, and also do a website back up just in case prior to doing any of these procedures.
But if you insist on leaving I understand and here is how you do it:
To cancel your account simply
1. Click on your “profile picture”
2. Click on the “account settings” link
3. Once in the account settings, scroll down to subscription settings
4. Click on “membership”
5. Click on “Stop Billing & Cancel Membership”
That’s it you are no longer a WA member, if you think by chance things may change and you might want to return or you’d like to leave the opportunity of someday returning this may offer you some advice on how to handle your account: Can You Cancel A WA Premium Membership And Come Back? There appears to be some confusion between the co-founders answers as to how long they will hold website n the above blog Carson is quoted as saying 2 years, but then in the blog Vicki gave you Kyle is quoted as 6 months and not 2 years. So if you think you might come back you might want to get in contact with one of them the verify which is the case.
If you don’t think you will be returning ever, than I suggest that you complete steps 6 & 7 below also then
6. Click right above the membership box on “Account Data”
7. Click on “Remove All Data”
You and any data you every entered into the WA data base are now completely deleted as if you were never here to begin with.

If I become inactive on the platform, do I pay a lesser free for WA trying be the host only?
No your membership fee is a flat rate if you use just the hosting or if you use the entire website's platform it is the exact same price.
The only thing you can do is the Black Friday sale reduces yearly membership to 300. versus 359. And if you are paying monthly then going yearly that would also reduce the cost.
Other than that their is no other way to reduce the cost any!
You really are not going to find any other business that is legitimate and cost this cheap, it really is a very good value you might what to really think this one over!!
