I take it you mean within your wordpress?
You can stop most if not all spam through your SEO and your Settings - Reading - Discussion sections.

Hi guys,
It's been a while. I've been so busy with my website that I hardly get the opportunity to check in. I had a comment on my website today stating that my website wo
I looked at your website Charlene in Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Opera. The only problem I experienced is that it made me hungry. :-)
Everything worked fine for me.
I have seen your site in all the three browsers. It is absolutely fine in all the three browsers. Rather I have bookmarked your site it for future whenever I desire to have some different recipe. Do not always bother about others' comments. Best wishes.
There's nothing wrong with the way you website displays, Charlene. Sometimes spammers make those sorts of comments to get your attention and encourage you to accept their comments. Don't fall for it. ~Marion
Thanks Marion, I suspected that was the case since the commenter made no reference to my recipe but focused more on my website "overlapping". I will put the comment in spam and thanks again.

I'm in the process of hiring a website designer to revamp my website. I'm using the same genesis framework with the child theme, and I've asked my designer to make selective chan
I am assuming that this designer really does know what he is doing and you have checked out the work he has done? In which case, the content will not change, and he will be just altering the appearance and feel of the site, which should increase flow to your site and have no effect to your SEO.
I wouldn't be too worried, SEO works on keywords and content, not layout and colour schemes. It'll be fine. Relax.
Depending on the competence of the designer, you should only be more appealing to your audience, because of the changes.
Thanks, he has reassured me that the changes won't have any bearing on the content/ranking. I've been doing my own research and as long as there aren't any changes to the url structure, my SEO and authority won't be compromised.

This morning I was approached by a healthy living website who seemed to have a lot of admiration for my website/niche, so much that they have invited me to feature an article on
I wrote an article from a request before from another website and I just wrote it up in Microsoft word, sent it to them and they did an edit and sent it back for my approval before they added it. I guess contact them like the suggestions your getting here. Good luck and sounds very cool, happy for you. :))
That sounds like a great alternative. I shall make this suggestion, as the owner seems very accommodating and thank you I'm very excited.
The link they have sent you is to login to their website by the sounds of it. you have an email and you can ask them can you submit the article through them. There are several ways of inviting someone to guest post but it is as bit odd that they should ask you to post directly
Thanks, I'm not too familiar with the whole guest blogging thing. It wasn't really something that I gave a second thought to but since the opportunity will help to gain some recognition, I don't want to decline.
I might ask the website owner to accept my article via email instead if it's less hassle for me.
There are two distinct Wordpress sites. Wordpress.com is for making a free site that is yoursitename.wordpress.com. Wordpress.org is who we are hooked up with. That's for making your own site. I don't understand why you would be referred back to Wordpress anyway. I would write them back and tell them you are very interested, but you need a clarification. I've been guesting and writing for blogs for years and I've never been referred back to Wordpress. I'm not saying there's anything wrong in doing that. I just don't understand. I wish you good luck!
Thanks, the blue "invitation" button brings back to wordpress.com . They said in the message that they wanted me to feel at home and allow me to maneuver around as an contributing author. I'm happy with our agreement, just don't want the hassle.
Upsgirl, has recommended that I register and sign up. I guess this is probably the best method to access this invitation?
I'm new to guest blogging...to be honest the owner caught me off guide. I'm excited but confused at the same time.
Can you email them your acceptance? Also maybe you need to create an account on Wordpress.com.
Email them that you want to guest post, so you nail down the offer. Then figure out the link confusion afterward.
I thought our website's were already with wordpress only through wealthy affiliate? The website owner knows I'm interested, in fact they want my submission by 14th November.
I just don't know how to access this invitation to submit/edit my content
Can anyone help please?

Thanks everyone for commenting. Seems like the problem was with Firefox. I'm now using internet explorer which is working accordingly.
Try turning off your computer, unplugging it then turning it back on again after 10 minutes or so. This will clear your computer's memory which can cause problems if it gets clogged. ~Marion
I use a free photo editor to adjust my images before I upload them to Wordpress. Try http:/resizemypicture.com.
I would submit a support ticket, too. I've never had a problem like this. If your size is correct, and from what you say it is, you need Tech Support to take a look at this. Good Luck!
You need to submit a support ticket to Tech Support. Just go to the blue tab on the left side where it says Build My Website and then on the top right you will see support ticket. They can help out with this problem. Kim :))
