You may find that by using notepad you will get better results. Programs like word put formatting in with the text.
This is called "kerning" and will have to be altered via CSS code. It takes a little bit of practice to learn it so whenever you touch code, always backup first so that if you mess up your codes, you can always put the backup back again.
Thank you both for the response, I attempted to alter the css but got error messages, (might be biting off more then I can chew with css) I will work from within sitecontent going forward
This happened. I believe the formatting of the two system are not identical. What I could recommend is using the site-content straight away as you can save it as a draft and edit it later. You only publish it once you satisfy the content is ready to be published.

It can be done in the CSS of your theme. Letter spacing, line spacing, paragraph spacing, all have a specific CSS property that can be customized either in the theme settings or in the WP field for custom CSS.

Joshua Convert Your Pages to Posts or the Other Way Around Switching A Post To A Page Or Vice Versa Pages vs Posts How To Make Your Home Page Into a Blog Roll and Add a Read More Button on Wordpress What, Why, How, When of Pages vs. Posts - Don't Create Them Till You Know This!
If your theme has a blog roll on the home page everything you publish as a post will show up there. You can certainly organize it into menus, but a blog post is a blog post. They ALL show up in the blog roll. The only way I know of to keep your privacy policy out of the blog roll is to publish it as a page, not a post.
How can I give "about me" and blog post their own category?
