Kyle, just in case you don't notice your PM inbox, have sent you a PM regarding reinstatement as a Free member ...

Thanks for that, but yes, I have already done that.

Send Kyle a Private Message ... he doesn't see everything out here (that must be the case if he ever sleeps!).

How and where do I cancel my membership as I cannot afford to pay any further monthly Premium fees and am finding it is all too overwhelming for me. I'm not a quitter but it is

All the best to you, hope you do find what you're looking for.

Hi Jen, thank you for your kind wishes. I'm hoping to get into affiliate marketing and praying I will be successful in that. Warm regards and all the best to you.

I see others have answered the where to cancel question. It does take a lot of work to get and keep up a blog website. Perhaps you are thinking more along the lines of having affiliate product landing pages, and doing email marketing? Good luck with whatever you choose to do.

AnnieB many thanks for your comments. You hit the nail on the head! I AM more interested in affiliate marketing than going for the really big stuff. Was just a bit too much for me. All the very best to you

Hi NZKIWI,
If its any consolation, I spent most of my Easter break reading and re-reading and listening to some of the lessons. I felt a bit like Alice falling down a rabbit hole, a bit overwhelmed, but I'm really enjoying it and the quality of the lessons are superb.

Sorry to see you leave, looking forward to reading your articles on the web sometime, your Aussie mate across the creek!
Bethamy.

Thank you Bethamy (my Aussie mate) for your kind words. I wish you all the very best and hope you do well with your endeavours. Sure is hard going though.

Hi Yvonne. I have just sent you PMs. Sorry, I didn't see your PM earlier because it arrived just after I had gone to bed. I wish you all the best whatever you do.

the button to the right where it says Rank , click onto that and go into your account settings

I think you need to go into your account settings

sorry to hear that,, I wish you the best

I just want to say Sorry you have to go and Good luck.
Do not stop learning about this business go to you tube, Google for information on things you want to learn about keep at it at your own pace
WA is always here and you can return anytime.

Yes mam no problem at all your picture reminds me very much of my precious Gramma Georgia! She's a super pretty lady. Concerning the cancel button you will find it by clicking account settings which is at the bottom of this page on the left hand side. Once there you will be looking for the area that say's subscription settings and then manage which is on the membership line to your right. You will see a big red button that reads Stop billing and close account. Let me know if you need anymore help at all. Take care and may the Lord richly bless you! Tim

Hi there nzkiwi, so sorry to see you go but I can understand the feeling of being totally overwhelmed and drowned in information. Before you go let me just encourage you along these lines. The way I personally have decided to go with this journey at Wealthy Affiliate is to look at the whole experience just as if I were attending the local university or an online version for that matter. I've given myself permission to simply take my sweet time and go as slowly as I need to fully grasp and absorb the content as I go and implement only when I feel comfortable doing so. If you bite off one small thing at a time and get laser focused on that one item and complete each task accordingly before moving to anything else like me you will sense a greater peace in the process of setting up your business. This is why Kyle and Carson have created the different lessons with their respective phases so that we can move along nice and slow and actually be able to enjoy the journey. Hope this has helped at least a little bit. I wish you all the best whichever path you decide to take. Take care and God bless you! Sincerely, Tim J Osborne

Tim, thank you so very much for your kind and understanding reply to my question. I still think it is not for me and would be grateful if you could please show me the "cancel" button. God bless you too, you are a lovely person.
Yvonne

How do I go about transferring something from Clickbank to my website? I've found a product that I would like to promote (as an affiliate) but don't know how to go about this.

Thank you sandiccc, I am digesting this slowly as there seems to be a lot to it. Many thanks for your reply and assistance. Just hope I can pull it off ...

I was trying to illustrate what the 2nd link would look like, but WA must have a feature to disable clickbank links posted here. This is sort of what the 2nd link from clickbank will look like when you paste it into the text tab on your post:

< a href="http://dbead6zipdpqi561fmlry810aq.hop.clickblank.net/" target="_top">Click Here!

The "Click Here!" portion is the bit where you can change the text that appears on your website.

If you post the 2nd one into the 'Text' tab of your post or a text widget (for instance), you will see "Click Here!" appear on your website. For example:

You can change "Click Here!" to be any text you like. e.g.: "Check this out. This amazing system has got to be seen to be believed!".

But that's only a text link. Go back to the Marketplace Search Results and see if the product has the "Vendor Spotlight" link under the Promote button. This will give you access to all the tools, links, banners, email swipes, articles, etc that the vendor may have created to help its affiliates. If the product doesn''t have Vendor Spotlight, try going to the product's sales page, scroll right down to the bottom and see if they have an Affiliates link. This will give you access to their tools.

If they don't have a Vendor Spotlight or an Affiliates page, in my opinion they're not a product I want to bother trying to promote, unless their sales page is magnificent. I don't know if it violates copyright or not (presumably if they want you to promote their product, they won't mind you using their images), but you could potentially save a product image from their website to your computer, then upload them to your website. When you want to use the image in your post, click "Add Media", locate the image, and in the "Attachment Display Settings" at the bottom right of screen, click on "Link To" and change it to "Custom URL". Here's where you would paste the URL from Clickbank's URL generator (the first one).

Could someone please give me an idea for a website theme? I've decided FINALLY on a niche: A site for the over 60's. There are so many to choose from and wondered if someone

If it's more for the women choose a theme with a pink background, but if it's for both genders, choose something blue. That's just my suggestion for the color.

I use Iconic One Pro ... I think it works for most niches....

Thank you KD6PAO. How do I call that one up - Iconic One Pro, to get a look at it? Is there a place where you can enter those details in?

Thank you KD6PAO - How do I find that particular one please?

Hey Yvonne! OK, log into WordPress and select "Appearance" under Themes. You will see a search box at the top. Type in "Iconic One" and select it. I use the Pro version but that costs $$. You may not want it. Check it out and let me know what you think or if you have anymore questions. Good luck!

In the search box type - Iconic One

They have so many themes to check through right jere on WA that might relate to the 60's, go to the top of this page (where it says ask your questions here), enter in free themes available, it will come up with the suggestions below to see the available themes.
good luck, my site www.scamfreeweath.com has a real retro theme of color and shapes that might be soemthing you would like take a look at it . Good Luck
Denise

Thank you for your reply Denise. I clicked on your scamfreewealth.com but it came up with "Server Not Found" so couldn't take a look. Sounds like a good one though.

Hi Fellow Kiwi
Im not sure where your at with your above comment. But for all its worth - Awesome idea.

Hey, thought you might be interested in being added to this; Cheers, Karen :)

As an aussie , I would, its beautiful, there are parts that look like Europe and with the exchange rate which favours the tourist and the fact that there are NO SNAKES is brilliant. I would do a short video on NZ showing different parts of the country that look the same as some parts of the world, i.e. the Alps ect and let them guess which country it is.My 2 cents

Sherp, thank you so much for you valuable and appreciated comments. I certainly agree with you about the SNAKES! Thank goodness for that! I like your ideas - thanks again and best wishes and luck to you.

I'm at the other end of New Zealand, in Wanaka, where together with our near neighbor Queenstown, we draw 100s of thousands of tourists all year round. There is enough going on in my area for a site of it's own, as indeed there is in Rotorua. To quantify this the spell check doesn't recognize any of the three towns mentioned. Not in itself a key indicator but certainly food for thought. Possibilities are boundless.

I say go for it if you can monetize it!
