First you download the files, selecting Add Media and then you build your code.

You download the image and insert it on the page

Then you add the book, selecting Add Media again.

I just apply for amazon and got it. the only thing i can tell you is amazon ask how much traffic the site is getting, of course it's a new site so i had to let it appeared as if i was already getting traffic.

Bridget, You have chosen an important topic, and people who find your site are experiencing serious suffering, as you stated. Congratulations on attacking this problem. And I encourage you to keep going. You're on the way.

Although I am in no way an expert on websites, I am happy to share my thoughts, for whatever they may be worth. Use what is helpful, and ignore the rest.

If I were anxious, I would want you to list the 5 easiest ways to get over an attack, and maybe point me to a place where I could get more help. As you develop the site, I know you will add information that will help your visitors find relief. Answer their question: why am I so anxious? what triggers anxiety? how can I overcome this problem? where can I get professional help?

Try putting subheadings on your paragraphs in Bold print so they stand out. I liked the second picture on your overcoming anxiety page, but could not read the writing on the first one - is there a clearer image you could use?

Hi Bridget, Glad you started the journey to the website that will make you some money, so well done on that. On the constructive view though I would make the content 3 to 4 lines then a break, also some H3 or H4 headlines to break down the content.

Don't forget when visitors come to the site you have created they will scan it first by reading the head lines just like you do no doubt. So you need to break down the content with head lines that visitors may like.

This gives the visitor a idea what the content on the page you have got is about. This will then get the visitor to stay on that page as it is relevant content. This content is what Google loves by the way.

Is very clear, simple and easy to read, a very clean look
Just to let you know there is a spelling mistake at the top of the site Nagitive instead of negative
Its a very refreshing site and makes the reader feel calm, I think you have started on the right track, keep developing it and add some great images and maybe a couple of u tube videos on motivation
