Hi All I have $53 in credit referals, how do I get that released .

I see your question was answered all the best Max

Hi, if you go to your profile picture and select that then select credit dashboard you can cash out credits there. There are certain requirements like

"Affiliate credits are available to use or cash out when a minimum of 40 credits have been earned, and a 5% Starter to Premium upgrade percentage is maintained."

But you can read about all of these requirements on the Credit dashboard.

Hope this helps.

How to I release my payments?

I juat finished writing a post and my title is visible but not the article. I can see them in the test editor, I have not changed any setings only the publishing frequency.

It happens to me too sometimes, it's probably just a glitch. Make sure you save your work and sign off WA then log in again and see if it works

Still not working

Did you try sending a ticket to support? https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/support

Doing it now

has it been fixed?

Hi All, I have built my clients new web page using the free siterubix here. The client likes it but he has a website already that he had done by a previous company that he doew

I'm not getting any help. Please someone help!! Need help with I have attempted to transfer my domain name that I owned from 1&1 to here. It's been over 48 hours now and noting has happened. I have followed the instructions. At 1&1 it says that it was successfully done and that payments would go to another provider. Upon trying to set up my website here. It won't build. It's getting frustrating.

Hey Sherp, great that you have some client work. I had a similar problem with a client, it's important to make sure they know that they will lose access to everything on their current site once it is switched over. When they are happy with the test site, they (or you) have to change the DNS to point to WA servers, then you simply use my favorite WA tool "MOVE" which I wrote about here. Let me know how you are getting on, buddy! And any help you need let me know.

Just go to domain registrar and change DNS to siterubix. Note: all content will be lose. If you want to keep all content make backup first.

Hang on , all the content on the clients original website or my siterubix site?

Only the content on the client's original website will be lost when they change the nameservers. It does not affect your own website.

Thank you very much Marion, I was worried all my hard work would be gone, now how to transfer the domain name from some other host to ours here is the tricky part

Kyle's got you covered

nice work Marion, thank you

Hi All when choosing a domain name for a client , who owns it. I will be purchasing it through name cheap in my account. I don't want to own it , how does billing work, ect

I would have thought that it would be easier to decide on a domain name and then let your client buy the domain name themselves! I have a Webmaster who build sites for me, but I always buy the domain names and set the name servers. I hope this helps.

yes, thanks a lot,

When you purchase a domain name through
NameCheap You can transfer ownership to
someone else, I believe it is after 6 months.

I will check that out with them if that's the case, thank you

Be well.

Hey sherp,

If you buy it, you own it. There really is no way around this. May I ask why you don't want to own it but still ... want to have it? Because technically they are the same things.

For billing, you purchase the domain name, between $8 or $12 and you pay a renewal payment yearly. It's really not that expensive.

Kyle does go through all of the NameCheap details in one of his videos in one of the lessons. I believe it is this one. If you would prefer not to own it officially, you can continue using the SiteRubix free platform. Although the URL is yours, the domain still belongs to SiteRubix.

Hi , its for my client, not for me.

Sorry sherp, my mistake. I must have missed that.
