Those are all details you can change yourself :) Just click on your profile icon at the top right, then click "Account Settings".

My profile is correct but all communication are coming to my gmail account, whilst using the incorrect name. I've sent several requests to have this addressed and so far you are the only one to respond. It is becoming very frustrating!
I can understand being frustrated, but don't worry. This is something you can just fix yourself and problem solved :) no need to wait on anyone. Just change your email in your account settings along with anything else you want to change and you're good to go.
