About Marjorieugot
Joined February 2017
I am a Senior Citizen who didn't save enough money for retirement and am still working very hard. I need something I can do that will make income without me working myself to death. I am tired of having to choose monetarily what it is I can do.
I use the computer and have tried in this industry before, only to be ripped off many times. Hoping this is my last stop.
My goal is I would like to finish paying off my house and do some traveling. Still interested in working, but would like to be to work from home.
I want to be involved in volunteer work, and help others

Hi Majorie,

Yes, I think many of us have been ripped off and this will be my last stop so I plan to make it a good and ever lasting one. I am enjoying this kind of work it is different, very interesting and motivating, and I don't think I will stop working till I head up to the Pearly Gates.
Keeps the brain alive and being active prolongs life in my opinion.
I see many people stop, put their feet up, do nothing and deteriorate.

I thank you for following me and wish you all the best in health and wealth.

Cheers,

Brad

Hello Marjorie,♫Welcome! Nice to meet you ツ I wish you a lot of learning pleasure and fun on WA. Thank you for adding me to your network.

From the start, I have written training for every issue I had problems with myself. I made an addition for After The Walkthrough. Also a list of 1001 niche ideas, a checklist with 25 points to go through before you publish a post, 101 blogging ideas when you get stuck and an A-Z WA dictionary. I just love lists:) It has been very helpful to a lot of people. I have listed them in one blog you can find on my profile. It's the first website link right under “Follow me on” (click on my picture to get there). I hope to help you with those.

If you have any questions, please reply to this message or leave a comment on my profile.
Success building your business in 2017. See you around, Greetings Loes

Hi, Marjorie...

You ARE in the right place to realize your goal of making some income from home, paying off the house, and traveling...I see that you have been here a couple of months now and have upgraded, so you realize that...

It will take some time, but IMO this place definitely offers a straightforward solid and proven system for building an online business...

I wish you the best luck in getting your business in place and hang in there, even when it seems that things are not moving as fast as you'd like...

For me, it took a while for everything to gel, but once that clarity was there, and the training implemented, slowly things have started to snowball...

Many people get a positive cash flow quickly, but more do not and give up entirely. That is a mistake because this stuff is cumulative...

What you are doing now will reap benefits for you months and years down the road...Since you are retired (like me), you have the time like some do not (those members with a family, or having a full time job, etc.)...

Best of luck and have some fun too! Let us know how things are progressing!

Cheers!
Dave : )

Hi Marjorie,
Here is the content of the email I mentioned to you. Perhaps it will be of use to you. See below. Peter

"We just found out my mother has Alzheimer's"

This is what my wife's old friend Jenny told us a few months back.

Jenny told us all about what they're going through...

...the memory loss

...the struggle trying to find a diagnosis

...and the massive stress it's putting on her family.

I offered some words of encouragement, and told her that I would follow up with some information that I thought would help her mother...

I read these kinds of stories every single day when I check my email...

And it's heartbreaking.

So I want to share with you the plan I would put together if my own mother was was diagnosed with Alzheimer's or any form of dementia.

1. The #1 thing I would start with would be her diet.

My mother eats pretty healthy as it is, but I would make sure she's 100% following a strict paleo diet.

This is what the famous UCLA Alzheimer's study was based on and during that study 9/10 patients saw a reversal of their Alzheimer's symptoms (more info on that study here)

Dr. David Perlmutter echoes much of this in his great book "Grain Brain".

Refined carbs, sugar and processed foods are like throwing gasoline on a fire when it comes to Alzheimer's.

Getting those foods out of the diet and replacing them with REAL foods (meat, fish, eggs, nuts, veggies, fruits) and more healthy fats (coconut oil) is what I would do.

There's a reason that 80% of Alzheimer's patients are either insulin resistant or they have type 2 diabetes.

Eliminating the foods that are causing this insulin resistance is the first step.

2. I would put a BIG focus on getting her to exercise for at least 30 minutes a day.

Now this exercise needs to be tailored to the individual.

My mother is close to 80 years old, and in decent shape for her age, so a 30 minute walk or 30 minutes of bike riding would be a good start for her. That might even be a little too much, so we could start with 15 minutes and let her work her way up to 30 minutes.

The key here is I would make sure that she's doing something active that actually challenges her every single day.

I would also make sure my father does these workouts with her. If someone is there pushing her everyday, I know she'll be much more likely to keep going.

3. The third thing I would do is make sure my mother is on the right supplements. The main ones would be a good probiotic, vitamin d3, CoQ10, curcumin and fish oil.

We know from the UCLA study that these supplements DO have a positive effect on the brain and help with inflammation so I would not hesitate to put her on those.

There would probably be a few other things I would get her on as well, but I would make sure that these 3 things were being done everyday before adding more stuff to her routine.

Just doing these 3 things would make a WORLD of difference for most people when it comes to any type of Alzheimer's or dementia issues.

Obviously I would also follow the advice of a specialist, and if they want to put her on any kind of drug I would do my best to research it's effects and whether or not if would be a good fit for her.

One of the big issues with Alzheimer's is that there's not a whole lot out there that consistently works when it comes to drugs. It's very hit and miss.

Which is why I think the UCLA study is so promising.

The UCLA study is based on principles that I've seen work over and over again when it comes to reversing disease associated with inflammation.

And it makes sense that it has such a big impact on diseases like Alzheimer's.

So there ya have it...

That's exactly how I would handle my own mother's treatment if she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's...

Feel free to forward this on to any friends or family that you think would enjoy reading this...

God Bless,

- Jeff Reagan

Thanks for the return follow, Marjorie - great to connect with you. You've come to the right place to be able to you generate the income you need to pursue the goals you have. One of my goals, when I'm financially independent, is to do volunteer work so that struck a chord with me. It's not just the size of the income you can earn here, it's the type of income you can earn, ie, Residual on autopilot for the work you do in creating your online presence. Wishing you every success.
Kind regards
Richard :-)

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

Hey I'm going to follow you. Thanks for following me.

My goals are something like yours. I don't really have a company pension so when my wife and I slow down our worklives, finances will be pretty tight. I am confident that what I am learning will help us out. Good luck to you. Keep in touch.
