Hello to you all, I thought I would just say hello as I have not said much for a while Well I am still here and my mental health has been a struggle again but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel I live with constant pain, ringing and deafness in my left ear and face as the blood vessels in my ear are swollen due to the massive stress I have endured with PTSD, its hard to sleep as its with me 24 hour a day I hope it will calm down over time as I have worked very hard on my P
