Information available here. It captures your e-mail to explore but does have free options: https://www.constantcontact.com/index.jsp
I've been into aweber and get response. I need to bypass Sumome and I'm not sure that's possible.
I have always heard of Awebber being the email service to use.
Personally, I have not gotten that far yet.

I've used the paid version of Constant Contact in the past. Constant Constant has codes you can copy and paste onto your website to allow visitors to subscribe. It's a pretty powerful tool if you use it to the full extent. I used it for newsletters, surveys, and events. Personally, I think it's a bit on the pricey side though.
Thanks for that info. I'm learning how expensive email marketing can be. Even good ole Sumome demands Pro status to tie into an autoresponder--that is if you want to do anything but the basic-- here's my sign up form, give me your email, type stuff. And since I'm just now trying to get my websites "out there," paying for email is not feasible yet. But hey, it's all good. I've got a good start and I'm fianlly moving forward again. God bless everyone! It's a beautiful day!!!
After I left my comment, I started researching the prices of similar services. It was enlightening. Like you said, email marketing is expensive. Constant contact doesn't seem any more expensive than the rest. A gal could go broke subscribing to all the different services that make being an affiliate easier or more effective.

Got it. Now I've got to get it working- I can make minor changes to code, but not-so-good at installing. I put in the codes--or thought I did, but..... Thanks again. I'll get it worked out. It's just what I needed.

I know about downloaded ebooks on my computer, but how do I secure an ebook for my website? Do I download it somewhere? Just link to it? That doesn't sound secure. I've sear
Upload it to your media library in PDF form. Then, find the link to it just like you would an image. Then, on your "Thank You" page, have an Adobe PDF icon linked to the PDF in your media library - so when people sign up, they get your Thank You landing page, click on the Adobe icon and are presented with the PDF download in their browser. If you want to see one in action, Just PM me. :-)
I believe Marion had done a training about this. Search in the question bar. I'm sure you'll get everything you need from Pj though ;-)
I tried Google and the search bar. Nothing for what I was asking. I've got it saved to my media file now tho and gonna check PJ website for the sequence of emails. Thanks!

Good question Barbara. The very important thing is the relationship. Somebody is saying "money in the list" But the real thing is "Money in the relationship of the list" So make a good relationship with your prospects. Give them a good value. And serve them.
You can set up a contact page letting them know they can email you with any questions concerning the article they have just read. See if that helps things not going to spam.
Hi Barbara,
I like your question. I also like the responses you have gotten so far. They helped me out too. Have a good weekend.
Hi Barbara, The most used services are Aweber and Getresponse.
I have created a description of both services on my website that you might find helpful. (Don't click on the links inside the articles as I have inserted affiliate links!) :)
What you can offer is a Useful eBook, a weekly newsletter or a sort of training that you can send through emails to keep engaged with your audience.
GetResponse:

Aweber:

I'm currently using Aweber, but I'm thinking of changing to Getresponse as it has more features and support.
Hope it helps
Thanks so much, I'll check it out. Since I haven't created something to give, it's difficult.
