Well I haven't done any additional work on it for a while but now my site health color has gone to Red. What should I do to fix this issue?.....maybe add some more contents!...
Not having enough content is certainly one issue - as is not asking for feedback and comments.
However, it is important to note that site health on WA isn't directly connected to how good your site is overall or how Google sees it. Some of the metrics that WA uses don't directly correlate, so it's possible to have relatively low site health on here and still have a high quality website.
Add Content, ask for feedback via the site manager, ask for comments on each of your posts as well through the site manager.
Make sure to respond to each comment

When I had the reverse experience last week I had just commented on a couple of other websites. So, add more pages/posts, utilize site comments and you should see a reversal of fortune rather quickly.
