I just looked from my Samsung Mobile phone, and everything was showing fine. So I think whatever your girlfriend is using is the problem.
I'm seeing both of those posts. You might ask your girlfriend to clear her browser cache (hit F5). She may be seeing a saved copy of the page.

Hi, guys. Simple question today - My admin bar is gone in Wordpress! I don't think it's due to an expired login cookie because I've tried logging out and logging back in throug
It happened to me once or twice .....i logged in to the wp dashboard via wa, make sure you have deleted all spamshields, then cleared my cache quick way to clear your cache etc logged out of WA altogether........closed google completeley.....restarted machine......
restarted google and loggged back in to WA and back into the site manager and back into the site under admin .........
and presto when i went back to my site view from my wp dashboard it was back....try it and let me know how you get on will you .....if you havent already done it that is :-))

There are a few reasons why your tool bar is missing, it is maybe because there is an error with the html code or may be because of the plugins.

Hello,
Go to your wp-admin dashboard and click on Users. Edit your user account and double check to make sure "Show Toolbar when viewing site" is checked.
That's the first thing I'd check.

This is the first thing I looked at, but it was already checked. I tried unchecking it, saving changes, then checking it again and saving the changes again but it still doesn't work unfortunately.

If it's still broken try disabling all plug-ins and if it comes back you turn on one at a time and check to see if you can track down the problematic plugin.
Also test reverting back to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen or something and see if it comes back. Then you know it could be within your theme settings or at least what area to be looking in.

Sometimes 2 plugins don't play nicely together. Try Antispam Bee as an alternative to WP Spamshield Akismet Alternative - Antispam Bee

By the by, I switched to Anti-spam by vitalii - I hope that helped. I know WP spamshield is causing a lot of issues now.

You have to uninstall antispam plugin and install the new one - Anti-spam by webvitaly, Version 4.2. It's that plugin that causes this issue. I know that it was recommended by Kyle, but you need to uninstall it.
