HEY FOLKS.
I HAVE 2 IP CAMERAS ON MY HOME NETWORK AND I WANT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE THE CAMERA FEEDS ON MY WEBSITE.
IS THERE A PLUGIN FOR THIS?

HAVE A PAIR OF GLASSES FOR CLOSE TO PC...PAIR FOR NOT SO CLOSE TO PC AND PAIR FOR WATCHING TV THAT ACTUALLY DON'T SEEM TO DO ANYTHING. THERE IS NOTHING APPARENTLY THAT CAN BE DONE FOR ME WHEN THE FOG ROLES IN EXCEPT CAPS LOCK ON AND VERY LITTLE COMPUTER WORK ...ITS A REAL PISSER...ITS FRUSTRATES ME IMMENSELY ...BUT HEY...COULD BE WORSE XOXOX LOVE TO ALL XOXO
did you miss out on the excitement earlier in the year where kyle is training us in a bootcamp bootcamp - yep loads of work to get an affiliate site up for promoting WA in a year and 300 referrals!
I like all engineering, but have worked in electronics most of my life rf engineering - designed search and rescue beacons for avionics- really like it. like anything that can be made and not made and engineered.
It must be really frustrating - i remember when i had a bike accident and was limited in what i could do - arghhhh - but at least i had an end- sorry.
so you use one pair of glasses looking for the others and then cant see the first pair again to look for the third - almost like an engineering challenge to get some fancy zoom glasses - have got a 3d printer and am going to try a site about binoculars so...
shame there isn't another way to interface to the world.- socket in the back of the neck..... another engineering project! direct input.
You take it easy, and make sure you look after yourself and don't overdo it too much.

Most of my family are engineers...they all worked for Marconi avionics/GEC/GEC Avionics and Alan now works for BAE Systems he is in Avionics too.

You can actually change the text size on your computer screen to make it easier on you. I bet since no one else types in all caps it must be hard for your to read content here. And also when you change the text size you won't have to type in all caps which is like shouting lol.
What you'll want to do with regards to your site is create youtube videos and then embed them into your site as opposed to trying to stream live or upload video direct to your site. Embedding is by far the best way to do it. How To Embed YouTube Video Into a WordPress Blog Post

HEY FOLKS.

If you want to stream your IP cameras you need to look into how the cameras are set up in your network and what ports to open in your firewall to allow the stream.
How to do this may depend on your internet service provider and what traffic they allow through various ports.
It should be described in the manual for the camera how to access them from the web. You may have to contact support at your ISP to get it right.
And then you can use a relevant plugin to present the feed on your website.
But remember that if the outgoing feed is not correctly set up on your network you may leave your home network wide open for attacks to your home computer, your online banking and whatever else you do on your computer.
And the hackers are targeting the settings for IP-cameras waiting for someone to set it up wrongly.

If you are talking about a live stream, it is the access through your router that may be a vulnerable point.
If you just post a videoclip to YouTube or FB there is no issue.

I really can't say unless I see the details on how it's set up in the network. And to do that I need to be on your computer :(
