I always struggle with self doubt when it comes to the length of my blogs: Is the blog long enough? How long should it be? can the reader understand my points if it's too short

You should try for 500 words to drive content home without boring the reader. If it is necessary to write more, you are looking at a linked to article or serialized training.

Hello Kearns,
Thanks for that info. I will definitely concentrate on the 500 words. I can do that. LOL

Keep in mind that search engines love content, with this being said our training tells us that we should for 800-1000 words and break them up into small paragraphs. Little bits of information at a time. And add pictures, we are all visual animals.

The right length for any piece of writing is how ever long it NEEDS to be in order to say what it needs to say!

That said, less is usually more. I read some where that people online cannot tolerate anything longer than 1500 words. And I've experienced this myself, too. I lose patience if it doesn't get to the point, already and click on to something else quickly. Something about reading on a screen instead of paper....

I disagree and so would others pro-bloggers. I write a successful blog and the ideal length is between 300 - 600 words. Nowadays people are to busy to read war and peace and they lose attention fast. So you need to make your point and get your message over in a short time by keeping it simple and concise.

Hello Walkes!
Thanks for the information. So as I am understanding this: I need to make sure that my point is short and concise. Thanks you so much. I got it.

Hello
I say any blog size is better than no blog when dealing with time constraints...but from what I have heard, ideally should have over 1000 words and a few in the 1500 to 2000 words to show authority. Then of course, ensure to get comments to your blogs and respond in a timely manner.

Hello Paul,
Thanks for your answer. I agree that any sized blog is better than no blog. I will keep yur recommendation under advisement.
Again Thanks

I purchased my domain. I actually used one of their recommendation and when I got ready to build my site and list my domain name I get this.

A domain name may only contai

If you tell me what the domain name is you purchased, I will be able to tell you what you have to do.
Regards,
Shawn

Since you were able to purchase the domain, its name contains only legal characters. You'll need to enter the domain name *exactly* as is appears on your domain registration.

Forgot to mention -- Don't try to put the "http://" in front of the name when trying to create it. The colon (":") and slash ("/") characters are not part of the domain name and will cause the error message that you're seeing to appear.

Ok Thanks will do.

My Domain name is good, I like it. I don't want to change it. How do I just add siterubix to my existing Domain?

According to what i understand you cannot add siterubix to a domain name it must already be a siterubix domain, however if it is your own domain a dot com, dot net, etc, you transfer to siterubix but it will still have its original domain name

You don't need (nor want) to add siterubix to a domain name that you own. As a premium member, you can host up to 25 personally-owned domains here at WA for no cost beyond your premium membership fee.

Ruby did you buy your domain name? I see your sites on your profile it doesn't that you need to add the site rubix to it. The site rubix is for the free websites.

Where are you looking for the item? Under "Plugins > Installed Plugins" (see below), you should see a list of all the plugins installed on your site. (Note: I use the All In One SEO plugin. They display for your plugin should be similar.)

Assuming that the plugin is listed, look at the right end of the line below the name. If you see the word "Activate", click it to activate the plugin. It should then appear as an entry in your wordpress dashboard. (If you see the word "Deactivate", the plugin is already activated and should already be shown in your wordpress dashboard.)

Hello Bob,
Thanks for the information. I will goto my dashboard and get back to you. Thank You so much
