I have tried several times to add social media buttons on my websites, but I have not been able to get this task complete.
I need this info too so thanks for airing it,

Okay,thank you I have done what you have explained. However I do not see the buttons when I view the post. Perhaps I did something wrong.
No I was working from my phone. That's probably where I have been going wrong. I'll have to try with the laptop later when I have more time.
Use SumoMe it is easy and works to perfection and is the best one out there also it is free -
Go to your dashboard then to plugins then add new and in search box type SumoMe and it will appear and just install
Have you had a look at the plugin GetSocial yet?
You can access through your dashboard for this plugin, with Wordpress.
Some also recommend SumoMe, but because the options are very multifacetted, I'm using the first for now.
I'll check again, how I did it.

Perhaps the one you have chosen isn't compatible with your theme.
Try another plugin.

Hi I used a plugin Tweet, Like, Google +1 and Share that was easy to use and looked good there are probably newer ones now.. try checking in plugins

I have Sumome installed on my website and it is very easy to work with and it looks great on your site. It's free, check it out!
