We were moving to another location all of last year, and I have not been on my website for awhile because of other family crisis. I had all domains, and membership on automatic
You can check your domains here, if they were not set up as auto pay, or your credit card wasn't processed, then they would have lapsed. We send out several warnings about this starting a month in advance.
You can see your domains here:

Make sure they are all purchased, the ones that you want. You have to stay on top of things like domains and the notifications to keep them live as they will lapse if you don't have an available payment connected to them.
We also keep websites for up to 6 months beyond cancellation, how long have you been away.
Any websites older than that you don't actually want to try to revive, I would recommend starting fresh with the brand NEW platforms you have here, the generative AI platforms, and the Hubs environment.

I asked for cancelation of membership shortly after I learned everything is gone (within an hour of renewing). Yet my membership is still open and no credit yet, and its been about 20 hours since. How long does it take?
Hi - you will need to get in touch with Kyle, as regards to whether your automatic payments failed.
WA typically tries 3 times to collect your subscription, and if it fails, you should have received an email to notify you of this.
Is it possible you have an old payment source registered to your account, that is no longer valid? And an old email address?
Unfortunately, if your WA membership is not renewed, then your websites are deleted after 60 days.
Site Support may hold a back-up if it is less than 6 months.
But I do note that the domain for the dog website listed in your profile is up for sale at $495.
That would indicate that you didn't renew it, and it went on the open market, where it was acquired by somebody else.
oh no!!!! All my content is then sold too? Oh this is a disaster! I tried to contact Support, but with no domains or websites whatsover, my question just got posted here. What is the point of having automatic payments set up, if it does not stay as automatic ?

Not sure if this will help, but there is a possibility you can get your content back by visiting:
https://web.archive.org/
This is essentially an archive of the internet and if you put your domain in there, it may have an archive of the last time it was live.
From there you can copy and paste it into your website or least attempt to get some of your content back.

I have been inactive for awhile. Although I did not loose my site or any material. I found that some parts of my site were no longer part of the menu. I think we both need to see if things can be repaired. I am sorry to hear what happened to you.

No No No! If you want to sell website you will need to gain the experience and learn the website building here and then buy hosting from other companies selling that like hostagator or Wix and so on. Such a site you will be able to sell. I believe that the website here at wealthy affiliate is for members a lone.
If you have built website here and you want to sell you will have to move it to another hosting then you can sell it after.
Easy fella :) I have some experience in creating websites, I've built a total of 5, three here on WordPress sites, and two others on very different platforms. I fully intend to move the new fledgling site rubix websites to other hosting & domains. I was asking how the process works. So far I have not gotten the information I need. I was hoping to hear from those here in WA that have done this a few times. Thanks though.

This question is not about moving a website. I need some advice from those who have built websites here for resale, using the Site Rubix subdomains. I have found someone who has done this and he is allowing me to PM him for specific questions.
I have often been emailed by website designers, offering me their services to build a better website. I guess they thought they could do better than my Weebly site LOL! Mostly I ignored them, but sometimes I'd send a quick reply back, saying my Weebly site was just fine as I did not need SEO for it.
It was only an informational site for a local business I owned and operated for a very long time. A neighbour of mine, solicited my help too when she was trying to build out a better website. I couldn't help her because she was determined to stay with the free version of a WIX website, which did not give her a whole lot of options.
I got to thinking that there must be a lot of folks out there, who just want to have a blog but don't know where to start. A facebook friend of mine, tried but gave up because she found WordPress too complicated on her own.

I recently just focused on redoing my overall look & feel of my website and I find designing a website very interesting too, more interesting than writing contents.
That's definitely one thing I would want to focus in the future. Very good topic to bring up Maddy!

I recently built my third website, and this one has the Gutenberg Wordpress built in. I have avoided switching my other two websites yet. I did try the beta Gutenberg plug in,
hello Maddy im silde from Ottawa im still trying to choose my themes and looking for that place to find free picture to use on my website. i feel so bad i just started and cant answer any questions when you are more advanced in the course i have so many questions myself

I have been busy all day, building out the new website and just moved onto other functions until I got my answer. That will be tomorrow's job. I hate to admit it, but I enjoy working with Gutenberg on this new site.
I have not moved on over with my older sites, because they might break or have so many issues that will need to be corrected. I am waiting longer so all the issues get ironed out via other people's websites LOL!
P.S.- It's so much fun building a new website, I enjoy that a LOT more than constantly finding new posts to write on my older ones. This website has old images and content from a website that I used for a physical business (dog boarding).
I closed down that business in the Fall of 2017, and recently deleted the website for it at Weebly. However I saved all the content and images to rebuild it here in WA. Why? It seemed a shame to destroy it, lots of memories. My plan is to sell that website along with my retired Dog Boarding business when the time is right.
i take it the addon blocks for gutenberg plugin and the added panel down the side don't allow you to control the colour and fonts - even with css?
There is absolutely no way to change the Fonts in the Block mode. I have wracked my brain and eyes on that for hours. I gave up on that and decided to ask here in WA. If someone has a snippet of code that can correct this, I am all ears and eyes.
