How do u know affiliate links not working? Im just wondering how do you check if its working or not because I have something like 100 unique clicks in the last 2 months and only 2 starter referrals.

But at the start of this year I had 100s of clicks and my conversion was at 30% so it's now at 2% and it's a steep drop. Is that due to affiliate links not working?

I said it's not working because there was a short period of time when you click on the affiliate links the page just didn't load or lead to an error page.

If you click on the affiliate link and the page shows up correctly, then it's working.

You know what is equally or even more annoying?

I had the same issue the past few days. I wrote to support - NO ANSWER.

I wrote a question to Kyle and Carson - NO ANSWER

Does this mean Support, Kyle and Carson only answers to Ambassadors and people who made it to Vegas?

I had gotten a response within 5 minutes from support when my rank was around 100,000

I've always gotten a very quick response from SiteSupport. I didn't always like the answer, but it was always knowledgeable and very quick.

Only had to use SS once in 4 months. They answered almost immediately.

Please check the comments below if you haven't already. Both Kyle and Carson already responded to this and remedied the problem.

Hi Carson I was wondering if you got my PM's regarding site comments? The issue is still unresolved regarding site comments loaded up via the old system entering into the pipeline and $ credit tally. Thank you.

WA Website has been back up now for 10 minutes - we're investigating the cause and how multiple servers could have gone offline at the same time.

Are your servers hosted on AWS or another platform. If you have more than one server in the same zone if there is a major issue in the network in that zone all servers go down.

You want to have seperate servers in different zones so that the network will reroute traffic to the other zone.

If I go to Websites, SiteManager, choose a site, and then click Details, under "Hosting speed" it says I've got "Amazon c3.large". That sounds like AWS. Unfortunately, it doesn't list the AZ.

Yes it's definitely AWS. You would only see the zone in the actual details for the instance on AWS. You can choose from many zones all over the world. I think three different ones in the US. Each on a different backbone.

What happens is if just one major router goes down it can take down thousands of sites. I have seen major sites go down on occasion. But having load balancing, autoscaling, and a good hardware firewall or use something like cloudflare you can stay up pretty much always..

Most big hosting companies say 99.9 uptime.
