My yearly premium expires at the end of Feb and I dont know if I have enough money to pay the $299 for another year.

Yes Kent, you would definitely lose that advantage, as you would no longer be grandfathered in yearly, if you changed to monthly payments, and months later switched to yearly again.

Ive now heard that there is some kind of grace period after the membership expires where I'll have 30 days and the websites will still be there. is that right? if so then maybe I can just use that

I would figure out a way--family, friends--any type of assistance! That will be a huge hit financially if you let that lapse! Heck, I would take a late charge on something else to keep the membership current as any fees from that would be the lesser of two evils! Just my own 2 cents, Kent!

Im using the panoramic theme which I've used before to build another website and it worked fine. now I started a new site and there's this weird giant white blank area at the b

Am only guessing, but one of your screen prints (the one that has no white space at the bottom) has content, where the other one (with the white space below the footer) has no content.
Perhaps once you have added content... even only a paragraph... that white space may disappear.
If not... then my next guess would be that this is being caused by a plugin. I recently had a similar issue with one of my websites using Generate Press and it turned out to have been caused by a plugin.
Should this be your issue... to determine WHICH plugin, simply deactivate one plugin at a time, being sure to clear the cache and refresh your browser so that the change will be seen.
If you are just starting out building a new site, deactivate everyone of the plugins and check. Then reactivate ONE plugin at a time, checking in between each reactivation to see if/when that white space appears again.

You could create one for your own use if you have a photo editing software, or even Microsoft's Paint... or... go to:

and create a button using this site and edit it in Paint to add the blue square with white text and the black text.

I think Andy has summed it up well. It's all about you don't focus on what others are doing.
Personally concentrate on working through and implementing the training building your business is where the real money is.

Hi Andy, Yes been busy with growing the business on YouTube and through my blog. Also, become an AWeber certified expert so looking to build another income stream helping people build sales funnels and email campaigns.
I have tried to be more active on WA too.
Why would what other people are making even be on your radar of questions as it has no bearing on what you might earn? Some people are here more hours, check more often, leave better comments, and simply live to make a few bucks off site comments instead of running their blogs full time. Your choice on how active you are and that will determine your earnings which is the important number.
