About DiannaM
Joined June 2014
Hi, my name is Dianna. I live in NSW, Australia. I joined WA back in 2014 and worked through the training as a free member. As I approached the end of level 1 training, I lost faith in myself and turned in a different direction.
I did real world training as a teacher's aid and early childhood educator and have worked for 3 years as an early childhood educator (0-5yrs). This means long hours and unreliable time off. As I've recently become a carer for my father I need more flexibility and availability.
This is when I returned to WA in May 2018. For a long time, I have been frustrated that my earning capacity as an employee is capped and I have desired to make a side income. So far, I have not succeeded at anything I have tried because I lost faith in myself, or the product or didn't reach out to ask for help.
Over the last three years working with children, I have experienced a lot of personal growth. I have a clearer vision of who I am and where I want to end up. I know I can succeed in creating any online business if I take it one step at a time and control my negative thinking.
My goal is to create an income online that will allow me to work from home, or anywhere else, and so be available for my family.
One training at a time, one post at a time. I won't get there tomorrow, but I will get there and I consider myself fortunate and blessed to be on this adventure with a great group of supportive and generous people.
Regards and I will see you along the road.
Dianna

Hello Dianna ... thank you for the follow. You have a great attitude, and with patience, persistence, and dedication you can do it this time. Will it be easy ... of course not. Will it happen quickly ... No, there too much to learn and do. But I suspect you already know that.

I wish you the best on your WA journey.

Hi Dianna,
Thank you for including me in your circle of friends here at WA. It's a pleasure to meet you. I can definitely relate to your Carer challenges because I too am a Carer and it is the exact same reason I am here too. It may be slow going for you here and there, as it certainly has for me, but we are made of the strong stuff and that is why we will get there in the end. I have no doubt of this. Keep on reaching for the moon and the stars, why not aim for both? Wishing you much success with it all and if I can help you, being almost neighbours, LOL, (I'm from the Gold Coast), please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Welcome back to WA Dianna!
I joined while you were away and somehow face the same hurdles but like you i decided to take one step after the other and don't watch the time. i experienced that sometime it takes time to choose and "feel" the right next step and this time i need to take even if the course says it is an easy step… it has to be and feel right for you because only then you can believe in your business and grow.
I wish you fun and success!
Kind regards,
Tina

Hi Dianna,

Thanks for adding me to your network. I couldn't agree more - step by precious, focused step, one thing at a time. It's helped me enormously to simply focus...and enjoy (new one for me) every step of this magnificent process of building an online business. I also agree, WA is top-notch - great education and great community.

If I can be of any help, please let me know.

Wishing you all the best!

Howdy Dianna!

Glad you are here :)

You've found a great thriving community and place to learn new skills that can really pay out. Internet Marketing is fast paced and can seem a little complex at times.

My best advice to you is to not only start, but also finish the Online Entrepreneur Certification (OEC). That seems to be why you are here again, so awesome job for giving this another shot!

By completing all 5 courses, you will have learned how to use this platform and have good base skillset to get your online business going.

Thanks for follow. Glad we're connected. Look forward to learning from each other!

Hi Dianna! Thank you for the follow. I am on my last week working as a teacher's aide. So, I understand that whole world. Which is not always an easy one! I don't know what it's like over there, but over here, we get paid very little to do that job. So I'm going to dedicate myself for an entire year to become a successful affiliate marketer.

I know you can do it too. One post at a time, like you said! Lots of success to you! :)

Hi Christina, nice to meet you.
Over here, early learning educators are in the lowest wage bracket, so its the same as where you are.
I'm happy for you that you are able to work full time at affiliate marketing. that is my aim in a year or two.
All the best to you and your success

Hi Dianna

We all go through some trials at different times in our lives. Perhaps this will help you stay focused.

Work on answering posts by others for about 15 minutes each day, work on the training for at least 15 minutes to a half hour each day, work on your website post for at least a 1/2 hour each day. Even though they are small steps, they are steps which will keep you moving forward.

If you did not read my 6-month review, here is a link which may also help you with some more tips! Tim

Hi, Dianna.
Paul Mindra here from Ontario, Canada.

Thank you for inviting me to be a part of your network. I graciously accept by following you back.

Welcome back to the Wealthy Affiliate Community. I have been here since May 2016 and doing quite well with my learning and studies.

This time around, Dianna, take your time and be completely decisive in your decisions. The Open Education Platform here actually does work. It is however, not a 'Get Rich Quick' click button program.

I have not mastered it yet, but I make headway every day slowly and steadily. 2020 will be my year to break 6 or 7 figures.

Outline a plan for yourself and never hesitate to reach out to one of the best communities in the world.

Make use of the 'Private Messaging' system that is also available to you.

I wish you nothing short of complete success on your journey by coming back here. Yes, the least that will happen is that you will land among the stars.

Kindest regards,

Paul.

Thanks for following me, Dianna.

I'm new to WA. I went Premium May 4 (Joined April 22). I'm here at WA to learn how to supplement my fixed income.

I went Yearly June 1 2018. I'm excited about dedicating myself for a year. I hope to have the same success you have had with WA.

Dianna, your story about losing faith touched me. I know that with other programs I bought in the past it was easy to lose faith without support. What I learned in my first month here is to follow simple directions.

I learned in a recent live training What is a Niche? that individuals are the niche. We need to learn about our audience. My focus this year is to learn about the people that make up WA.

That takes time and commitment to learn what people are about here in this community. That means I have to disclose and be vulnerable.

Thanks for writing your bio and showing your weakness for now that has become your greatest strength. You are definitely a marketer to watch. I have added your name to my notebook.

Congratulations for returning to the WA family..

Thanks for reaching out to a newcomer.

All the best,

Louisa

Hi Wayne nice to meet you.
I originally joined in 2014 and got most of the way through level 1 training. After that I lost faith in myself and moved away in a different direction. I never forgot about WA and now I am back for another go.
I know I can do this if I take it one step at a time and control my negative thinking.

Hi Dianna,
My interest is also in children 0 to 6. I wonder how you are doing with your dad. I am a live in caregiver also. It looks like you have been doing well. How do you manage your time as you care for your dad and work on your business?
I appreciate you,

Hi Daisy, although I joined WA in 2014, I did not continue with the training at that time. I have returned to WA 2 weeks ago and am in the process of setting up my first website and creating content.
At this time my dad is able to provide his own personal care. My caring involves cooking, taking care of the house and the finances. My concerns for him are that if he gets sick I would have trouble getting time of work to care for him. Olso, he is going to deteriorate over time. It will only take one bad fall for his situation to change drastically and then I may have to quite work to care for him.
My aim is to set myself up in advance so I have options if/when the time comes.
If you have any more questions, just ask. I am interested to see how you get on as well.
Regards Dianna
