I’ve come up with this—does this align with what you do, or is it different?
1. Break the Task into Smaller Prompts
Since your original 13-section out
KISS principle applies here. Instead of making a task more difficult and potentially overwhelming, just let WA’s AI do the heavy lifting. It will create a solid outline without any prompting needed. Then you can just adjust or tweak as needed.
Hi Lula
I usually let AI do most of the work.
For, example I would prompt it to create an outline for an article with a particular title of a certain length, tone, and reading level.
Then I review its output and ask it to make changes from there.
If it is a recurrent, high precision task, then I create a custom GPT,
AI has gotten so “smart” now that you really don’t have to do much to get a quality product. 😎

Hi Lula
Does this mean you're using the free version of ChatGPT?
What did Kyle say about lost credits and data?
;-)
Richard
I am using the free version of ChatGPT, Richard, and I haven't PMed Kyle yet! I’m trying to work on writing my post. Abie said I only lost 100 AI words from the outline, but that’s not the issue. I can't retrieve it, and I don't think I can. I can rebuild the outline, but I want to understand how prompting is done, as I’m very new to this area. Thank you.
You can adjust this however you like, but it doesn't make sense. Have you run it and seen the results?
Also, have you gone to MyGPT and created a customized bot to recreate posts on the go... You can also adjust/tweak it till you get the desired result.
Abie
AbieOi, I haven’t run it yet. I’ve been reading about prompting, and to be honest, I feel overwhelmed. I’m struggling with effective prompts, but I’ll try again—I’m not giving up. Thanks!

This has got me thinking deeply about the benefits of using the WA Content Writer vs using ChatGPT 4.0 and Canvas.
I'd love to see what people think of this topic and I think it would likely be useful for CountressCtry. Why I Recommend Using ChatGPT 4.0 Before Canvas for Personalizing Your Content: A Balanced Approach

I ran out of AI word credits—my balance is now 287 out of 10,000, and it will refresh in 11 days.
I wanted to write a long post, so I created a detailed 13-section
I feel for you there… wanting and needing to find the outline! I have had this problem in the past and was especially frustrated because I had added so much “Additional content” up front in the first part and I had spent so much time on it and BAM 💥! You can’t find it!
It feels like you should be able to access the OUTLINE somewhere as to me it’s an important piece of my article writing.
I’m glad you’ve brought this up and I hope Kyle 🌟 will make this part of a future update … 🙏🏻to save and have access to the OUTLINE of the articles written, whether published or just saved to drafts. Thank you as I thought I was the only one that this is important to and see the benefit of having access to the OUTLINE!
Hi Lula,
This has happened to me a few times. Now I'm in the habit of typing my prompts in notepad/Google Docs and copy/pasting them into ChatGPT, then clicking "okay". Especially if they're lengthy prompts.
Hope this helps!
Isaiah 🙂
Hi Lula
This is a little counterintuitive. To find your saved outlines from the Hubs, and any other content, look under the Publish tab.
;-)
Richard
Then, unfortunately, it might not have been saved.
If you've lost credits and content of some time, reach out to Kyle.
;-)
Richard
Go to chatGPT and ask it. It's like an employee. Talk to it like you need your employee to do something. Don't forget to say Thank you and be nice to it 😊.
Example.
Prompt: I would like to create a 13 section outline of [topic]
Prompt: Can you expand on each section?
Prompt: Wow this is great!
There is a way to find the outline. I do t have access on my phone, so I didn't see where it would be.
Rudy
You could ask site support, they have backups. If your outline was saved, it could be recovered.

10,000 Refresh in 15 days
As others have suggested, you can use other forms of AI to top up your article. ChatGPT is a good one.
Premium members get 10,000 now instead of 7,000 which is aside from purchasing additional credits. But they still get replenished back to 10,000 on the join date each month for that member.
Hmm..., I've been a premium member from day one, and didn't start getting 10,000 words until I purchased additional words.
I was getting 7000.
Yeah if you are short with the AI platform here then use AI elsewhere like ChatGPT as Abie suggested or try perplexity which is great to use
You are welcome Lulu Perplexity is another AI and you can used it for free as well as the paid version. But you will find the free version is fantastic and very helpful for your content.
Wishing you well
Andre
No problem. I have used the Perplexity AI and found it very useful.
https://www.perplexity.ai/
I also use the RightBlogger one. If you are interested to try
https://rightblogger.com/
I could ask it for specific course content, and once I got that, I shifted it to Claude AI, who wrote the content.
https://claude.ai/
I recommend all of the above, lol.
Abie
Thank you, AbieOi. I wrote a 13-section outline for one post, where I was short. It seems I lost it.
Are you after a pillar post? Is this what you have been trying to do? Are you using the AI Article designer?
Can you make it shorter using your credits or do another outline for another post?
I am sorry that you lost it. But I'd build another.
Abie
I was AbieOi. But I figured I would write another post.
Credit Balance: 287

So have you managed to do the other post with AI?

Or more expensive. I am asking for a friend.
It could be less or more. We'll know more nearer the Black Friday offer, which usually happens after Thanksgiving in the US. #Lola
Abie
Black Friday is never more expensive but judging from all the other years I am sure they will offer added benefits on top of what we already have now.
Only Carson or Kyle will determine whether it will be a reduced price when we get closer to the day.
