What does everybody think is better for a niche, "AI for dental clinics" or "AI for professional practices"? I suspect the narrower the better, so AI for dental practices. Anyo
Hiya Dr_Dave!
I would say whatever you want and feel more inclined to do! Both have great opportunities for growing your website out.
Personally, if you feel more informed about dental practices, then I would go with that. While the AI for professional practices could be really good, that is a super broad category.
It all boils down to what you want to do. Do you want to delve more into AI for dental practices, or be broader and include many different professional practices that could benefit from AI integration?

Hi Dave
I assume you are trying to target the professional sector so I would go with dental clinics.
I would think that usable AI in that case, from a practical point of view, would be built into the office electronic health record in the form of decision support, automated answers in patient portals, smart scheduling, etc.

I don’t know about the dental space, but in the medical sector the competition is keen and you would be primarily targeting IS and IT personnel and some C-Suite officers like CMIO and CFO.
Good point. I actually think that the existing practice management software providers will probably resist any efforts to allow their software to integrate with Twilio and Zapier and custom gpts. They will probably do their best to force dentists to use their non ai rubbish until they have their own ai solutions they'll force their subscribers to pay extra for.
Yes, absolutely. That’s where the real money is for practice management solution software, providing proprietary turn-key (enterprise level) systems rather than home-grown solutions.
