Marketing Ideas Research
After posting the question "Do You Do Offline Marketing For Your Online Business?", in an effort to resurrect the Out of the Box Marketing Series, I have decided to do more market research, but with your assistance, hopefully, and I won't be selfish, as I will provide the results back to you within 72 hours, after receiving as many responses as possible, so that you can also use the results :-)
Soooo, the plan of action is to post one marketing idea each day with a brief description about it, along with some questions to form the basis of the poll.
I will then add the marketing idea below, along with its results, in a form of a Table of Contents, to help you find them all easily, rather than scrolling through my blog feed, or searching endlessly via the top search bar :-)

May I suggest an idea for your series? You can take it or leave it. But something I am in the process of doing is creating a car magnet with my website URL on it. I drive a lot so I'm hoping more people will see it.

Hi, there enjoyed your post.
I come from the OLD SCHOOL era, if you will, where we used
business cards, flyers, and so on.
I live in a city where there are 2 colleges, and I had begun to market the area and was within the week of making my cards to
promote my business, then BAMM. COVID hit.
Hence, students moved out of the dorms, of which many are from other states, and out of the country as well.
Last week, I decided to order cards, as I found after contacting the colleges, that the percentage of students still live within the area.
I believe there are more students and recently unemployed people than we imagine, that could benefit from our platform, therefore, putting the word out, is something worth doing.

You're welcome Carla :-) and that sounds great, apart from the initial hurdle of course. What you mention is partly one of the reasons for doing this series, and why I also didn't continue it previously, but I do believe that now is a great time to bring these suggestions back up. I would love to follow your progress as well :-)
