Voicemail
Setting up a voicemail number will allow you to prerecord your sales pitch, allowing you to reach thousands of people quickly and in a cost effective manner, you could even use a freephone number to encourage people to call you.
The prerecorded message only needs to be about two minutes long, but ensure that it is compelling and sells well.

I personally use a VoIP service and have local numbers in a few countries that are connected to the same voicemail. The caller is free to skip the message, or at the end of the message, to speak with someone. The call is then diverted to my 24/7/365 VA's who take their details. I then call the person back when I am free.
