These are some interesting numbers here from and give me something to think about. But is there really a way to measure whether or not business cards are effective?

It would have been interesting to break it down further and also know how far along each member is in their offline/online business (3 months, 6 months, 1 yr, 2 yrs, etc.) along with the response.

Does a member who's had an offline business for four years and said 'no' to using business cards measure up with an individual who said 'yes', but only started three months ago? Maybe I'm overthinking it this statistic.

Thanks for the results, Chrystopher

Isaiah 😊

You're not overthinking it at al Isaiah, this a very high level survey and based on individuals perception, rather than a measurable and granular survey.

It is hard enough trying to just get three replies from members, let alone the full 5 from this survey, or an even more detailed analysis :-)

It's a shame that we're not allowed to link out to external surveys, as you could enforce and control the questions far better.

Maybe WA need to implement a survey module here for us ;-)

That is amazing, the ratio differences between using bc and not using bc. I'd be interested in a 6 mo followup of those same people, to see if anything transpired...

Thanks, Chrystopher, for compling the data.

Very true Rudy, maybe I'll redo this research in 6-9 months time, definitely in a years time though :-)

Well done, Chrystopher! Some good information to ponder!

Jeff

Thank you Jeff and you're welcome :-)

You're very welcome, Chrystopher! Keep them coming!

Hi, Coach.
Thanking you in advance for compiling the information gathered through your survey. It is very informative and leads to other potentials.

The business card is an 'entry,' and very powerful in the future development of relationships.

However, things have changed a bit during the current COVID situation but still, the card is effective.

Many involved in the 'small business' market have a business card but do not have a website. They perceive that a website is too expensive for their budget.

This opens up a huge opportunity for those of us that are 'Grandfathered' into the original program here at wealthy affiliate, meaning 25 free Siterubix sites.

We can offer a business a 'siterubix' site for whatever amount the recipient can accommodate within their budget.

By using some tactics that we learn from Jay regarding "Local" SEO, we are able to put this small business at the top of rankings based on certain keywords that consumers may use.

I think that those here at WA that have been 'Grandfathered' in can use what is offered here to their advantage.

It does require some 'Face to Face' work, however.

Let's say that we keep a couple of the siterubix sites to ourselves for further development and allow for 20 of them to go out into our local community.

The bottom line is to pay for our annual "learnbership" here at WA without stress.

My goodness.

20 websites that can be offered to local small business.

1 website (does not matter how many pages) will probably be well received for 'X' amount of dollars.

Add-ons can also be included meaning not a subdomain but a local domain.

Do you understand where we might be going here, coach?

From the bottom of my heart, Chrystopher, I commend what you are doing here and I value my connection with you.

You are a very good coach.

How about I 'give' you or you could pay for a sidebar allocation with attribution complete with a review linking back to what wonderful things you have to offer.

Let me ask you, Coach, if I am going in the right direction.

I will not allow anyone like 'Adwords' for example to fester on my sites.

Instead, I will offer those that want to advertise on my site an opportunity to do so.

Yes, they will have to pay for an e-classified listing.

Initially, I will have to give some things away for free.
Let me put you on my sidebar with an internal link that then goes to an external link directly to your presence.

I think, coach, that this is a concept that has not been developed here at WA but would be very open for discussion.

Someone would have to take some control. The best candidates would be Carson Lim and Kyle Loudoun. They would obviously do it on a 'Huge' scale but we as 'learners' would do it on smaller scales.

I'll leave it at that for now.
Send me your thoughts.

You have my complete trust and integrity with what you do.
Plus, I like the way that your name is spelt.

You are special in my online life here at WA
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/pmindra/comments
and I would be honoured to link back to you not only here but the rest of the world.

Let me go and check what you have been doing.
If you want to know about me and if I am real, just "google" my name.

"Paul Mindra"

As Cassio Of Troy recently wrote,
It is all about branding.

What will I arrive at if I google "ChrystopherJ?"

Let me have a look.

Peace, Love and respect from Canada.
We are collectively doing the best that we can to curb a world-wide disaster that is only going to get more worse than better.

I apologise for any errors and ommissions as they are excepted.

I don't even know how to end this communication because I know that it is being sent out to somebody held in trust, integrity and respect.
Remain awesome.

Paul Mindra.

I appreciate your message Paul, thank you. Although we are not allowed to solicit other members, if you would like to PM, feel free, so that we can carry this conversation on :-)
