HI, yes as you are grandfathered, 25 siterubix subdomains and 25 premium domains.
That would include Registered, Transferred and / or Pointed to WA servers.
All included within your Site Manager.

Google searching the error prompt you received (thank YOU for making sure to include this important part), I discovered that others have experienced the same thing.
One WordPress moderator suggested the following when a user asked for help:
"This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.
If you can install plugins, install Health Check: https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/
On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site."
If this does NOT solve your problem, please Google search the error prompt IN FULL, and read through other suggestions offered.

Why are you changing your WordPress password? You don't need to do that unless you want to change your password.
Are you sure you mean WordPress, or Gravatar?

I'd forgotten, but I had exactly the same problem.
And the same solution.
The problem was that I thought it was just giving me the opportunity to get a gravatar associated with an email address.
It needs to be clearer that you can't submit until you've done this.

Hi Christine - from what you say and the comments below it sounds like you may not have a gravitar. If that's correct, the Site Comments page directs to setting one up.

I tried to make comments on the platform, but I got banned for making the wrong type of comment. They have strict guidelines on how you are supposed to give the comments. I think that there is training somewhere on how to make the comments. I don't know exactly where the training is, but I saw it somewhere it may be on the comments page or you may type in "How to make comments" on the training portal.
Sorry to hear you're having problems. The Site Comments page could be just a little more helpful for newcomers. Yes, there are guidelines on how to leave comments which will help everyone., but the page doesn't link to any training.
There is lots of training about it. Here's just one: How to write a good comment 1 It's also important that you leave a 'comment' and not 'feedback.' There is a separate section in WA for feedback. Dr Vic Explains: Feedback vs Comments Hope this helps.

I found that out after the fact, but I really don't have the time for comments anyway. Trying to write content is taking most of my time anyway. Thanks for the links I look at them later. Glad it helped, Sruffey. It's actually not difficult once you grasp the basics - add value, be relevant, etc. But my advice would be to only select topics that you know somethign about.
When you leave comments you get credits so you can then ASK for comments on your posts and these can help you rank in Google.
But content does come first so work on your site and dip into comments when you feel you need them.

How to update user profile in wordpress?
I'm facing problem editing my profile in Wordpress. When I added new info and press update, the new info was not there.

What "new information" is it that you are trying to add Christine?
If it is a new password, that option has recently been removed from WA hosted websites. This was discovered recently when another member wanted to create a customized password and could not.

When I enter those information and press Update Profile, those info just disappear.
Ahhhh... I'll BET it has something to do with the script that is removing our ability to create a new password.

Hmmm, on your profile page you press "edit bio" then after you press "save," and it still do nothing.
